My experience at this Laundromat was terrible the employee that they had working Friday June 28. 2013 at around 7 pm is a very irresponsible and rude person. I know it is long but it is completely worth the reading please take a few minutes to read thank you. It was awfully hot inside I tried opening the door and the same lady by name Yvone closed it. the only reason why I opened the door was to let the air/breeze flow, but no she closed it and then again I opened it only for her to close it again. I do not know what she was thinking, if she was even thinking. She obviously wasn't hot because she wasn't even inside she was outside socializing with another person. Since this Laundromat opened again after the fire that took place like 4 or 3 years ago we have been loyal customers every week we spend about $40 or sometimes even more here. Let me tell you what I am looking for another place to do my laundry because what happened today was an insult. I tried speaking to her and she ignored me because she wanted to go and socialize outside leaving the Laundromat unattended. People seriously I do not advice you to go here, this is not the first thing that happened here, the new employees that they have are not at all friendly.. Another incident that happened was one of the washing machines didn't remove the soap from the cloths we tried speaking to her and she started to say that it wasn't the machines fault and blamed it on us she said we had put too much soap and that she couldn't help us. I tried talking to her so did my mom but heck no she didn't want to help. I told my mother and husband we are not going to be begging for $5 and I didn't even thank her why should I had she didn't help. we ended up restarting the entire thing again. Please people I suggest that you don't go here terrible service. Let me tell what she did when she did come in from outside because the people that she was talking to left. Only until then when she came inside she left the door opened and even opened one from the backside of the business that was stupid she did it only because it was for her convenience because until then she felt the heat that we had been suffering while she was happily outside socializing. People like this, people that are so inconsiderate should not be working, my husband heard her talking on the phone which that is all she does when she is there complaining how she didn't want to be working. Hey if you don't want to work go home!!!!

The place should be shut down. They are exceeding the number of people allowed in by almost double. More people are not wearing face masks than are. The lady working there has her face mask around her chin. I will be reporting them. I will contact the governor if i have to. Once you have your laundry in the washer you have no choice but to be around the people who could care less about anyone but themselves. Now I have to hang my wet clothes all over the house until it dries.

I went for free laundry day. It was an hour wait, but that's very understandable given the crowd. Once it was my turn, they got me in and taken care of it very efficiently. They even had some food and snacks for us. Very generous. The machines also did their job and got my clothes as clean and dry as would be expected. If I ever have money again, and find myself close enough to make it on a regular basis, I will bring my laundry here exclusively if I can.

Coming here for years!I went to the restroom and the lady there took my cloths out of the dryer and put it in a bag ,I asked her what had happen to my thing and she sayed I couldn't leave my dryers unattended I told her I was in the restroom and she sayed she didn't knw. I went the next day to talk to the other lady to see the camaras she had put them in her car I went back and told her she sayed that it wasn't true ppl don't go there

Honestly. It's a laundromat. Conveniently a block from my apt. Every time I've gone there and I've had a problem with a washer (which I have on 2 trip there) the staff has been really hopefully (even though I do t speak Spanish). It's cheap. It's reliable. I give it 5 stars.

Been coming to this laundrymat since 1997,before it was renewed! I live a good distance from here and still continue to come here.I highly recommend it! It's gotten pretty pricey,but i wouldn't go Anywhere else.Ms.Elsa is the best!Thank YOU for such great service.

My friend used to go here all the time. I had forgotten about the place. I have a washer at home but it's a small apartment size I can't do large quilts and blankets so this place is great. I also like the attentat who works there. She was very nice . …

$3 for a wash, which I don't think is that great. Fairly clean place. One woman came in with a bag of clothes and took up SIX DRYERS, all tops. She's chatting with a woman who works here, so she's probably a regular. I won't be back .

I have been here a couple times now and I appreciate the employees that keep it running so efficiently! The machines are always in working order and it makes the whole process easier. Thank you!

Very clean. Newer equipment, fast and quiet. Coin exchange machine works well. Ample washing machines in three sizes. Good dryers. Very impressed with this facility.

Spacious, readily available washing machines of varying sizes. Staff is available during hours of operation, though speaking Spanish would be helpful.

Charge too much for washers And dryers, not enough baskets or tables to fold, attendants are always on their phones or locked up in back room

It's usually not too busy. It's close and reliable. Theres 2 small shops next to it I love to visit while I wait.

Friendly attendants, clean, washing machines work well. The attendant on Tuesday afternoons is wonderful!!!

The attendants don't speak very good English but that's OK I don't speak good Spanish but we made it work
