Spent quite a lot of money on laundry here due to my closest laundromat being closed for renovations, yet after spending an hour and a half on the washing stage the daytime employee refused to allow me to use the restroom. She sat a lot so I guess she is not a big fan of working. I am older and the laundry process can take me 3 to 4 hours, so it goes without saying a bathroom is a necessity. Because there's no respect for customers, it will be the last time I will go to the New Hampshire Avenue location. The laundromat near me is a Laundry Basket too but they are friendly and accommodating to their customers.

Very nice place to wash and dry your clothes. Attendents are friendly and helpful. In some cases, your in and out in 1.5 hours. BUT (and it’s TWO “BUTS”)... (01). It’s expensive. (02). It’s a little bit further from my house (there’s a 24 Hour Laundromat that’s about walking distance from my house, but some of the time, some of the machines are broken). Overall, I prefer coming here opposed to going the one that’s closer to my house (which I will go to when I am washing my large items due to the fact that it is closer to home). This one’s a LOT nicer. —Charles—

It's always a pleasure washing my clothes there! They keep it clean & the clothes get clean too! midweek it's not so busy! 1st of the month really busy! I left my bag there and the # I called worked! They put it away for me, till I came & picked it up! Staff is super professional & nice! Will do business again!

Two staff is very nice the other two is very racist they are very quick to call African Americans monkeys in Spanish, people be very mindful what you say you don’t know who can speak Spanish.

Prices are great -- very affordable. This is the only laundromat in NW that has NOT raised their prices recently. This place is great. The staff is so helpful and nice.

I arrived at 7:45 a.m. Sunday morning and was very crowded throughout my whole stay, but very well organized by the lady attendant for the laundry basket

Very Clean. Plenty of parking. The manager is helpful and extremely professional. I come here often to wash my comforters.

My comforter had never taken more than 15 minutes at other laundromats. I am now on 1 hour waiting for it to dry.
