Laundry Gopher is literally a saving grace for me. I have had bad experiences with other laundry services. Laundry Gopher has blown them all out of the water. They are so professional but also very personable. They are prompt, flexible and super efficient. Other services cost an arm and a leg, I have paid far more than you should ever pay for laundry. Their rates are beyond reasonable and they do an awesome and efficient job. I am singing their praises because living without washer and dryer in the unit, or much less the building, was the bane of my existence and laundry Gopher is my answer to prayer. A service that is affordable and truly excellent.

Fresh Laundry during a Pandemic We used their wash and fold service. We have just gotten our clothes back and they smell incredibly clean. We work out HARD and they don’t smell like it. Everything is folded so nicely. I may never wash my own clothes again. During a pandemic this business is a godsend. I was texted and called for a no contact pickup and drop off. Many people are upset about their dry cleaning services and honestly I haven’t used them for that purpose. It’s always a risk to have precious items dry cleaned especially by a commercial operation. Small mom and pop operations are great for precious items.

Laundry Gopher is an OUTSTANDING company for SO many reasons. Their business model is brilliant. Their services are flawless. It's super easy to book pickups and deliveries. Their prices are excellent. Their staff are AMAZING--super responsive, understanding, just all-around excellent people I'm beyond happy to support. Clothes/towels/bedding are always returned impeccably cleaned and folded. I have not yet had anything missing. If you don't have in-building laundry; you hate communal laundry; or you simply hate doing laundry, period--Laundry Gopher is the absolute best in the business.

Clothes were nicely clean, but... much as I'd like to like these folks, I asked for (by email as well as noting it to the driver) for Tide, no fabric softener. Apparently, it's ALL (ha) or nothing. I can't handle fabric softener (plus, it's bad for towels). Also, why did it take so long to return my laundry, especially when they notified me that it was done on Tuesday but wouldn't deliver until Thursday? That meant everything sat, cooling until I had no chance with wrinkling. Seem like nice folks, but would not use them again.

After searching all over the site for pricing and not finding it I was really dumb and followed the websites directions that direct you to get pricing by submitting a request. Apparently when you submit a request they direct you to go back to the website where you will not find pricing. So, clearly it’s me who has missed a step. Good luck to the rest of you looking for pricing! My dry cleaning and I will just be here waiting for a more efficient company to pick up my items.

First time using this service. I had initial questions and after sending an email, received a phone call within minutes and all my questions were answered. Talk about customer service! I scheduled a delivery thru their app, and everything went like clockwork, both with pick-up and return delivery. I don't use a laundry service often, but they are my "go-to" I am extremely impressed, and would recommend you "Gopher-it"

I’ve been using Laundry Gopher since the pandemic began. I. Love. Them. I haven’t set foot in a laundromat since. They pickup during a window of time and drop during a window of time. We don’t love our clothes to smell like a lot of detergent and they use unscented. Everything is folded perfectly. Laundry is a domestic task I don’t miss doing and Laundry Gopher has made that possible.

I've used the service for several years. They used to be great. Now they are unreliable. They frequently change pick up and delivery times at the lasy moment.They have outsourced tnese services with nothing but trouble since. Good quality of tHe laundrhy but very nreliable pickup and ðelivery. If I had another option, I'd use it.

Laundry pick up and delivery dine with a smile ..all of the delivery crew is very helpful ..I'm a disabled senior and depend on the help of strangers...delivery crew always offers to carry bags down to my garden apartment. This company lost my son’s very expensive and custom blankets. I am crushed !! These are irreplaceable and I have yet to receive a response. I have had multiple poor experiences and still foolishly proceeded and now they’ve lost something Invaluable. Pretty upset. Be cautious because this was only a two load order

We use this service laundry for our company and it is awesome. Their schedule is always very flexible and the delivery punctual. The managers are great dealing with costumer service. We are very happy with the service and hope to have the chance to keep working with them in the future.
