After several days and many unanswered calls and emails of trying to find a location within Tampa on where I should take my laundry I came across this location! I spoke with "Carmen" she STILL picked up my call although she had already left for the day! Speaks volume!! She took the time to explain me how this works as I've never used a wash and fold service. I'm pleased to day that although I haven't even dropped off my clothes yet I found my go to!!! I'm so thankful, big kudos for Carmen as solely her customer service skills over the phone and understanding sold me!.

Our experience has been ultimately very excellent. The location is convenient, very well taken care for. Clean and well protected. Change, vending machines on-site. Free Wi-Fi and cable for entertainment. We washed on a Monday and we forgot a load and desperately trying to get to the location we managed to get there the following Saturday and praise God, Doña Luz who does an extraordinary job had kept the cloth confident that the owners will come for them, well behold, we recovered our cloth. Kudos to Doña Luz sms Coin wash 24. I highly recommend it.

In the last year this laundry mat has declined. Half of the washers are broken consistently and to top it off I was dispensed a penny in place of a quarter today. I am so disappointed we've been coming here probably more than 10 yrs. The volume of customers is consistent especially on the weekend of course. It's not fair to the customer's whom been faithful for many years to not deliver. If your looking to wash your cloths especially in hot water make sure to go down the street because you will not find it here.

While the amazing laundry attendant is there its nice and clean. After she leaves disastrous. Bums sleeping on folding tables at night. Had things stolen from here. Disgusting bathroom. Asked owner to view footage himself just to see what was stolen, I know they can't do anything about it. But Just wanted to know what was stolen. Left phone number time and date of incident. Owner never called me back. Just poor customer relations if you ask me. But the attendant is awesome! She should own the store.

Had a incident with a $8.50 washer didn't spin the final rinse water out,I didn't realize that until I opened the door & water gushed out everywhere. I call the # on front of building,left a message. Being it was pretty late 10-11pm I wouldn't hear back from someone til Monday. Well about 15-20 minutes & the owners show up. I explained they seen water everywhere & she told me no problem I'll take of drying ur other load & give you credit for another visit. Very nice people

It’s sad that this place is deemed good just because it’s “clean” the washers aren’t a bad price, decent size. The dryers is where they get you, 16 minutes to dry a basket of clothes is good enough. I know because at the Laundrolab it takes 16 most of the time le long story short, more time more money here. BABY CLOTHES DONT EVEN DRY IN 16 MINUTES HERE I hope somebody come in and break all these machines, not doing nothing but taking money from people!!

It was not very clean, the prices seemed fair but just seemed run down & dingy. Not going to return anytime soon. Unfortunately my place does not come with washer & dryer so I am forced to go to laundry mats but the ones that are close to my address I have not been impressed with what-so-ever so it's either drive way out of my way for a good clean wash & fold place or deal with these run down places for about an hour or so.

Nice and clean but a little warm.was clean up until someone left and left it a mess, dryer sheets all over the floor from one person.should be left as found.I go weekly and got some inlaw and daughter going to this one now.This is add on after 1 year,place has no working bathroom in months now,was there earlier and ac must be set high because it was HOT in there.guess I'll be looking for another place to go.

Washers and dryers work for the most part, Asian owner though makes his employees re spool toilet paper so there is always only just enough....pretty pathetic practice if you ask me. Also refuses to place soap in restroom, where you know people have to stretch that TP and cant properly wash hands....place must be teaming with bacteria.

Nice place to do your laundry... Air conditioned, if you time it just right sometime you're the only one there or one of very few... That's where I always go to do my laundry.. Not much has changed, still where I do my laundry.. Still going there, late Sat afternoon is a good time to go... …

Alot of machines are down which should have been a sign to not come here but I was in a rush and now regret it. Of the 4 machines I used on did not dispense water until the rinse cycle. So my clothes are not clean. And there's no attendant to help you. What a waste of my 5 dollars.

Carmen takes such good care of my son Roberto & my clothes. I have driven all the way from Westchase to have Carmen clean our clothes for the past 4 years. She is a winner . ❤☺ …

Clean fast and everyvone was so friendly, at any time if I every have a issue I let attendant know and she takes care of it immediately.. and the prices are lower then what every ones else has going.... feels like home

Thanks to hurricane irma had to go to this place let's just say I love the maxi pad sitting in the dryer so awesome those people use there 3 Rs ( re use, recycle, reduce ) but besides that has a.c ....

Its ok i guess someone fell and hurt there self but it wasn't laundry mat fault there are signs saying no horse playing or kids running. Price is high but efficient with time and getting laundry done.

Compared to the other laundromats around here this place is the Ritz. Clean, neat, and orderly. I did not see a lot of broken machines. The two times I have gone all was well. And no bums. 5 stars.

It was awful, I don't think I will be going back. The washer took my money, there was no water going in, and of course noone to talk to about it. First and last time there

super clean! super nice! all machines work, i can trust to walk away form 20 min and not have things stolen!!! theres someone there to help during the day which is great.

It was busy tonight. It seems the washers are rather expensive. $2.75 for a small one, $6.50 for a jumbo. It was fine other than than that .

This is the best coin wash service in all TBA, very clean, nice and friendly staff. The machine washers are pretty new and well maintained.

Love the fact that that it’s 24 hours and it has a Queen super size washing machine ! So it makes washing clothes super fast !

It’s very clean. But they lose a star for not having WiFi or even power outlets to charge your phone. Very no frills.

Nice air conditioned place to wash your clothes. Plus you can buy laundry soap and other supplies there.

So this was the nearest 24 hr laundromat. It is a complete rip off as one triple load wash is 3.50!
