Very bad experience. i dropped off my clothes at 9 am, hoping to get it back the same day. But the lady working told me to come back the next day. when i did, the laundry store was closed hours before what it says on their store and online. the next day was sunday, which was also closed. i messaged the company and they were no help. my flight was early monday morning so i had to change my flight to stay and get my clothes back. And they lost some of my pairs of shorts. ¡Experiencia muy mala! Dejé mi ropa a las 9 am, con la esperanza de recogerla el mismo día. La señora que trabajaba me dijo que volviera al día siguiente. Cuando volví, la lavandería estaba cerrada horas antes de lo que dice en su tienda. El día siguiente fue domingo, que también estaba cerrado. Le envié un mensaje a la compañía y no fueron de ayuda. Mi vuelo era temprano el lunes por la mañana, así que tuve que cambiar mi vuelo para recuperar mi ropa. Y perdío unos de mis pantalones cortos.

Eine tolle Wäscherei. Die Wäsche war frisch und sauber und pünktlich fertig. Zwei große Wäschesäcke haben nur 100 Pesos gekostet. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen sind aber die beiden fleißigen Mitarbeiter. Der Mann und der Junge waren total herzlich und wir haben und sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ganz lieben Dank für eure charmante Art und euren tollen Service. Muchas gracias.

These dudes are so nice and they folded my clothes neatly. When I told them I was on a tight deadline, they said they would wash, fold, and dry within a couple of hours for just a little more (80 pesos). Top notch service. Wish I would have known about them during my entire stay in Merida.

Muy buen lugar y muy cuidadosos con la ropa. La relación calidad precio excelente . Las relaciones humanas muy buenas y se preocupan por los detalles de la ropa. Los conozco hace años y cuando vengo de viaje se los llevo a ellos vale la pena.

The kindest people I’ve met in Merida. Cheap, only $70 (Mexican pesos) for either 3.5lbs or kg (probably kg) of clothes, washed, dried and folded nicely. I dropped off at 4pm and picked up at 1pm the next day. Go here to do your laundry!

Used them twice in our 1 week stay in Merida. First time they delivered to our hotel after they closed, second time we dropped off in the morning and picked up at 4. Nicely folded, very fair price, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service! We needed laundry done while in merida without a mashing machine - guy who worked here was friendly and spoke good english - prices very reasonable and all the laundry was returned well, recommend!

My clothes was clean and nicely folded and ready by the time that was given. No complaints on my part. 5kg of clothes for 75 pesos with same day service. I’ll be back here.

Very good laundry. Cheap, on time and clean clothes. They don't use detergents that are too fragrant. Scent was good but not so strong that it makes you a headache.

We really appreciated the service ( we ask for a one day delivery) . all smell good and have been really well folded and sorted in the bags like given to them.
