I used this place every week for 6 weeks to do my laundry and as I finished washing and drying, I would stop by the front counter and leave the pieces that needed to be ironed. Sometimes it was 6 total pieces of shirts and pants and sometimes it was more. An excellent experience each time for 6 weeks. I come in during the middle of the week (usually come in on weekends) and try to leave 3 new shirts and 3 new pairs of jeans after I washed them and the man at the counter said there would be a 10 piece minimum charge. I never had a minimum piece of 10 charge before and I told him that and he said that the staff was in error and that I was welcome to leave 6 pieces, but they were going to charge me for 10. I explained that it wasn’t just one employee that I had dealt with in the past and that he could certainly look up my previous ticked and see that I was telling the truth. He didn’t care, everyone else was wrong in what they did(he actually said that) and he was right. …… it’s a shame I’m not going back, the weekend staff ( all of them) were very nice, courteous and professional…..

Last time I went it was immaculately clean, the owner was onsight busy cleaning up after each customer. Its been at least a year or more since I was there. They expanded the space however every washer was taken, many completed the cycle with clothes sitting holding up the machine. Workers half heartedly swept but that's the only cleaning done. The restrooms were unclean. Someone hadn't flushed, it looked like cattle had used the toilet. C'mon ppl escort your children if they don't wipe and flush. Probably didn't wash either. No mask rules enforced and no assistance with the dryers that weren't accepting credit cards, although I see today that I was charged twice. Ugh. Definitely saw a difference when the owner or mgr was present. Lovely man from NY I think, he worked hard and it showed. We would drive across town to use his laundromat. Maybe just the time/day I went in, but it was difficult to find an empty washer (most had completed but weren't emptied) or one that didn't reek of diesel. I'll try again mornings and early afternoons only in the future.

I want to rave about how amazing this place is!!!! I have been to laundry places before and honestly I can say it’s never surprising to see dirty run down places. This place was amazing!!!!!!! Giselle (not sure if I spelled this right and Caleb (again sorry if I misspelled) were absolutely fantastic. They explained how everything worked! They were even nice enough to take my clothes and give me a quote on their professional services! (We did not use them) How amazing and wonderful this place is! They even had a gentleman cleaning, and even though he was cleaning they were also cleaning!!!!!!!! They never stayed behind the counter, they were constantly picking up after other people. I was so amazed and impressed with how clean and kind this place and the people were. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! We just moved here and our washer and dryer was not yet delivered and if anyone needs to use a laundry place look no further! This is the place to go!!!! Thank you!!!!!

When our dryer died and the amazon parts were going to take 3 days to come in, I was panicking. We have a busy schedule and I am constantly doing laundry every day of the week. I started researching and decided on here because of the ratings. Even though this place is a bit more expensive than some others I found online, it's worth it! Well lit, clean, staffed, and takes credit card! They have tons of rolling baskets and supplies for purchase if needed. When you first walk in, there are screens to show you which equipment is already in use and which ones are available. Apparently they even have a laundrey service that does your laundry & folds it! We didn't use it, but we saw the employees that were carrying out their duties with efficiency and care. If we ever have to use a laundromat again, this will be the only place I go!

Super impressed with this laundromat! It is very clean, smells nice, well lit, and the temperature was nice and cool. The people working there were friendly and easy to find when I walked in and wanted to ask a question. There's several different sized laundry machines, while the driers were all one size. All the machines accept change, or if you would prefer to pay with a credit card, each machine accepts credit cards as well and the price is the same. There's a change machine if needed. There's also plenty of large tables to fold your laundry on if you would like to do this there. This laundromat exceeded my expectations and is quite a bit nicer than any other laundromat I've ever been to. I'll definitely be returning to this laundromat without hesitation whenever I need to do some laundry again!

Tim and Denise assisted me by helping me to figure out the most cost efficient way to clean my three comforters and pillows. They were so knowledgeable, kind, and super professional! To top that off, the laundromat is extremely clean from top to bottom, and the laundry machines, of all sizes, seem like they are brand spanking new. It's so beautiful inside with bright and cheerful artwork and an overall colorful decor. Also, there are comfortable chairs and fun, non-blaring music plays in the background. The cost of $35 for two queen and one full size comforters, six pillows, and 4 shams seemed very fair to me. I was so impressed. Who knew I would ever be writing up a laundromat for being a beautiful, efficient, and fun place to go! This is THE place in SA to be for all your laundry needs!

The greatest experience I've had and laundromat service I dry clean my clothes quite often because I drive limousines and I do landscaping so I always need deep stains out my shirt pants pressed and it's always last-minute stumbled across this fine establishment and went in from the minute I called over the phone to ask questions from the time that I walked in it was always kind clean and welcome I enjoyed every part about it so now even when I am sweating out of the heat my clothes smell and feel fresh I want to thank every member of this establishment thank you you have a customer for life now from the manager to the gentleman's that pick up the phone calls to the guy that checked and my my clothes I think y'all and y'all guys are the true heroes

This place is fantastic!! I was dreading going to do a ton of laundry due to having many quests during the holiday and because our dryer stopped working. It was such an extraordinary experience. The commercial machines and there are many all are capable of washing and drying many loads at a time. So efficient and so clean and the staff was very helpful! From the sliding doors to enter - to the nice laundry carts - they are well equipped and much space for working and folding.The background music was pleasant - there were TV's and they even decorated for the holidays! Sorry for such a long review but I really was impressed!! I'm looking forward to going back tomorrow to get more done!! So impressive thank you!!

Honestly, when you're depending on laundromats to clean your laundry, you dread it and it generally sucks. THIS laundromat is the exception. Not only is it spotless (someone constantly cleaning), not only do they have every size washer and dryer (from double load to 6× load size!!) - but they have plenty of seating and even some cute kids seats and staff wears their masks properly. I went on a Sunday afternoon and although it was busy, everyone was friendly and I had no problem getting loads done. Washers take around 25-30 mins and dryers 27 mins. Also, nearly every machine takes credit card, which is SO much more convenient than needing a bucket full of quarters.

Went there to wash comforters. The place is clean and very spacious. This is the second time I have been there and each time, the bathrooms are out of order. I truly understand that because of Covid it is a cautionary measure. But let me say, most people spend possibly 1 to 2 hours using this facility and you have an attendant who spends most of his time rolling carts and sitting behind the counter with his mask on his chin.... he could really be more productive cleaning the bathrooms as well to keep them clean. By the looks on the outside of the doors, they are not that big. Just a thought.....

The business looks like it is run very well and is fully stocked with washing supplies you can purchase and they have a snack and drink vending machine you can get refreshments from. The staff is always very helpful and friendly when I interacted with them. There are also plenty of places to sit and outlets you can use to recharge your devices. The bathrooms were kept well maintained as well. They even have television you can watch if you like. Some machines might be in need of a fix but the majority of them work very well and pretty quickly. It has a good atmosphere.

The place is clean and it is coin operated. However, a couple of things that I would like to share. The dryer on gets you 3 minutes for .25¢. I believe this is on the low side and should be at least 5-8 minutes/.25. Also, I paid with my debit card because they have card readers. The cost for a load is $2.75. The machine debited $5 USD out of my account. The attendant said the money would be returned to the correct amount so we.shall see. Pay with coins to avoid this overcharge. Probably will go to a different laundry mat next. Hope that helps.

Moving so didn’t have our normal washer dryer in the house yet. Came here and it was very clean with plenty of space. All the machines seemed to be working fine. Washed on normal soil, using their “4 load” machine, which is like 2 loads at home, and it cost 5.00, washed in 30 minutes. Dryers were 2.25 for 27 minutes, so May need to run twice for large or heavy loads. Loved being able to use credit card or change to pay. Guy was here manning the counter for supplies to purchase or get change. Great place, will use again if we need it!

I come here very often and I always enjoy it. Its always clean and the staff a very friendly! The machines in my opinion are fairly priced, because it all depends on how large your wash is. I think its a great place to spend your time washing. Depending on the week day and time its usually pretty quite and pleasant so I get to enjoy my time reading while I wait. What more could I ask for in a laundromat so well deserved 5 stars. The best one I've been to in all San Antonio. (And I've been around most San Antonio laundromats)

This place is nice and clean. I paid $6.25 to wash my comforter. Also, this place has a machine that can take debit card payments. New Update. This place expanded with more washers and dryers. AMAZING! I haven't been here in years. The place looks nice and updated. The machines take cards, but make sure you have a tap to pay card. The magnectic stripes were disabled. The mornings are a great time wash clothes. Sometimes, you will have to ask the rep for help since the card machine on the washers is down.

Machines don't wash clothes fully or not working at all dryers are the same way cane washer dry a comforter on your large oversized machines not to mention the vending machines are rip off for food has small print saying exact change only but does not give you the option to buy more merchandise if you do put more than exact change you put $5 $10 with 20 Whatever item you're going to get that's how much it's going to cost you no ants but sorry you put $5 to buy two sodas you're only getting

As laundromat s go, I would have to say by far one of the cleanest, friendliest, relaxing laundromats that I have ever been too. They played jazz music, had some good seating options and didn't feel like I had to look over my shoulder every few seconds to make sure no one was trying to take my clothes, laundry detergent or anything else. Air conditioning worked well even with automatic doors and a good flow of people coming in and out. By far top notch. We need more like this in S.A.

I’ve been to about 6-7 laundry mats, this is the best so far. Beautifully clean atmosphere, the most washers and dryers I’ve seen in a nice atmosphere as this one for a laundry mat. Washers don’t take a ton of detergent and fabric softener like typical laundry mats and there’s even a keurig machine! LOTS of carts as well unlike most places where you have to hog one for yourself, and plenty of folding tables and chairs. There’s also a child’s reading area with books

I used to come here when I was still in nursing school as my apartment didn’t have a washer and dryer. Other laundromats in the area are sketchy and I loved this place because I felt very safe doing my laundry here. Spent many hours studying here too as they have desks and chairs available. There’s always an attendant and they’re more than willing to help you if you need assistance as well. Thank you guys for providing a safe, clean, and welcoming place for me :).

Wow! So clean. It’s air conditioned very well. Free WiFi. The staff is super helpful & friendly like Emma that took the time to explain the rundown. And they have huge machines to maximize loads & be time efficient. 8 load washer n dryers. It’s 8.75 for the biggest machine but the amount of stuff I packed in & it still came out clean, same for dryer but the huge one was $3.75/26min. Coin/card/apple pay ect. I’d totally come back & read or study here while I wait.

This laundromat is about 15 mins away from my house, but I won't do my laundry anywhere else. I come here 1-2 times per week and have had a great experience every time. Everyone is always friendly, the workers seem to actually enjoy their job, and there's a rewards program to earn free loads! I recommend everyone to come here to do their laundry. Very clean, reasonably priced, near stores/food/etc if you're like me and don't want to sit around waiting. 5 stars!!

I've been washing my clothes here for 3 yrs now and while I do hope to own my own washer and dryer eventually, this is my go to when its time to wash clothes. This place is always clean, anytime that it is not, staff is already on the way to maintain their cleanliness standard. I've not had any issues with the machines and even if I did the staff is very helpful. This is the best laundromat in town and until I get my own machines I will continue to come here.

What a surprising experience. My well was out for a few days and I decided to go to a laundromat. I was shockingly surprised. This place was clean, modern and very safe. The nice gentleman (Ron) was so willing and happy to assist me with the process. This place offers wash, dry and fold services as well as Valet service. Incredible experience. I travel a lot for work and have been to many different laundromats and washaterias. This by far is the cleanest and best maintained establishment I've ever used! The staff are always busy helping customers, cleaning up, or doing laundry of those who use their drop of service. That being said, this location is my go to for my laundry every time!! I refuse to use any other place or even the machines in the hotels I pretty much live out of.

I have been to many laundry mats as I RV around the country… this one has been the best so far. Super clean machines. Super clean bathrooms. Wide spaces between the aisles. Affordable detergent if you forget yours. I went during the day and there was plenty of parking (not sure about lighting at night), but I felt safe and will return for their commerical size washers. I paid via cc $5 for a washer that would hold 8 loads!

Staff are friendly and the place is very clean and bright and they've got lots of space to sit and folding tables to fold your laundry so you don't have to take it home in a big wad. Also the credit card readers on the machines are a live saver for someone like me who always forgets cash. Don't have a washing machine at home yet but I'll probably keep coming here until I get one.

Clean, convenient location,, many different capacity machines. Many are coin only, some are out of order. All kids toys and books have been removed for covid safety, bring your own. People are social distancing and all but one person is wearing a mask. Many seating choices and adequate number of folding tables. Many food options are nearby while you wait. I would come here again.

They have different size machines which is nice if you have smaller loads vs larger. Their dryers are huge so I could put all 3 wash loads in one dryer. Wash load took about 35 minutes and dryer took 24 minutes. All the machines take credit cards or quarters. They have a change machine if you need it. I love the carts and folding tables offered. This is a great place to go!

AMAZING! This was our first time coming here and I've never met such sweet people. The last wash is at 10 pm and we came in at around 10:20 pm assuming the last wash was at 11:00 pm. The lady said she'd make an exception for us and we got 1 big load of laundry done in one hour for $8.75. Everything was incredibly clean and well kept. Definitely will be coming back here. :)

Best laundromat I’ve ever been to seriously. Clean, well attended, everything works well. Machines accept cards. It’s even got some cute decor. This place is well attended. I had all three of my kids with me and they were content in the kids area with that had movies playing. Vending machine inside, sonic and other businesses nearby. Will come back to wash my bed linens.

I came in here to wash my big comforters and when I was having a problem with one of the machine, I had gone to ask one of the attendant for help and he flat out called me a liar and insulted me. It was deeply disturbing. This is not the first time that I’ve had a problem with this old man at this establishment. Another employee assisted me, and was helpful after that.

Tomorrow is a big day for me and my washer went out suddenly today. This laundromat is near my house and walking distance to Fuel, where Id planned to watch the Spurs game. I arrived at 9pm and was told by staff that the last wash was at 9pm "for tonight only" although it clearly states on the door that the last wash was at 10. Frustrating and unprofessional.

Went to launder 2 large comforters and needed a little help on procedure. Ron. the day time attendant was very helpful and patient answering questions and suggesting best size machines, etc. Besides being spic and span, and having machines that work, Ron's guidance made our task easy. Every time i come here it is clean, there’s always a washer and dryer to use, the decor is very nice!. The TVs help keep you busy while you’re washing. They even have a tv area for kids! So many places to sit so you’re not standing. I drive passed a few laundromats just to come to this one! Honestly the best laundromat I’ve ever been to!

We came here Monday morning to do laundry. We were able to wash and dry within an hour. If you forget your laundry detergent and dryer sheets like we did, they sell them on the premise. The place stay clean, enough space for everyone to practice social distancing. They even have an area for kids to watch cartoons and read books.

Lavederia Laundromat is a DISASTER! 17 out of 34 dryers are either broken or their card readers are! 5 out of 30 small load washers are either broken or partially broken. 4 out of 16 of the larger washers are the same case as previously mentioned. Do yourself a favor and find a laundromat that is properly managed and maintained!

Great laundromat. Always clean and always crowded. Management is great. Gave it a gourmet because I reported a dryer being broken and came back a week later used the same dryer and it was still broken. Atleast put a do not use sign instead of just ignoring it. Otherwise awesome laundromat. Definitely will recommend ti others.

There are not enough great things I can say about the place and staff. I am disabled and the two gentlemen this morning were extremely helpful. Not only that, I left my backpack containing life saving medicine and valuables behind and they kept it safe until I returned. I just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart ❤️

This place is so clean! One of the best laundromats I have ever been to. All the equipment is brand new and tended to very frequently. The staff is onsite and very helpful, there is a change machine, the units have coin and card operations, and there is a place to sit and watch TV. Very convenient, and worth the drive.

2.25 for a normal wash. Pretty awesome service. Washers are new and very clean. Staff is helpful for new people. Washers have a credit card slot to swipe your card and a coin slot for change. My dryer gave out, and our warranty company was taking forever to fix it. Leaving me no choice but to take it to a laundromat. I decided to try the drop off. I have a big family, and I took a ton of clothes. Dropped off at 9am and it was ready by 6pm. They did such a great job, and the prices are very affordable.

The laundromat is clean and the machines work well. The cost is $2.75 for a load which I think is kind of high. The machine was not taking my quarters. I brought a roll that I received from my bank but the machine wasn't taking the quarters. I used my credit card and was charged $5.00. This is way too much.

I love this laundromat. It is newer and has to be the cleanest I have ever been to. I appreciate that their machines will take my debit card so that I don't have to worry about having cash. I own my own washer and dryer but it is nice to use the big machines for comforters and quilts.

Used to be great, now not so much. Old machines that smell. Dryers that take your money because coins get stuck. Probably about 10 machine that you can't use your credit card. Rarely opens on time. The only good thing is lots of washers and dryers so you rarely wait.

I love this place. This laundromat is very well kept and clean. The machines are also very well taken care of. There’s a different laundromat closer to my house, however, it does not compare at all to this spot. Definitely recommend. They also have an amazing staff.

Went to this place after my washer broke and it was everything I could’ve hoped for. The staff were so nice. The laundromat (including the bathroom) was clean. It was a great environment for me to take my kids to, which was my highest priority. Highly recommend!

We drive an hour to get to this laundromat every 2 or 3 weeks. Having been to a number of others near by, this is worth the drive. It’s always clean. Nice restrooms. Washer sizes are from 2-8 loads. If you have to use a laundromat, you won’t find a better one.

Overall nice. Can use card if you forgot cash. Love that there are chairs but some of the fabric covered chairs are dirty and it is probably from people using them and it has been such a very hot sweaty summer. I would always use the metal chairs.

Wow! This is one of the nicest laundromats I’ve seen! They are super clean. No soap dripping from the machines, restrooms super clean and free, free WiFi, they accept cards, they have a folding service and even a kids area!

Sometimes wash times are way longer on some machines than listed but place is very clean plenty of seating and outlets for your phone and laptop chargers and really clean restrooms. Machines even take credit cards

All my clothes came out of the machine with oil stains. People should be more thoughtful when washing their dirty items where many others are going to do so as well. Please don't put oily items in a public washer!

Absolutely no complaints. I always have plenty of space to wash, dry and fold my laundry. My 4 year olds grab a chair, kick back with the books and watch the laundry spin. Apparently, that’s enough to occupy them.

Very clean. Plenty of seating. Electrical outlets to charge phones. Very nice machinery inside. Large capacity washers. You can wash and dry in less than an hour.

Clean. Nicely decorated. Attendant was very nice. Many load options for the washers. The dryers are huge and don't take long. Card option if you don't have coins.
