I have been coming to Lavender for the past 5 years. The owner Kelly does a fantastic job every time, both pedi and gel nails. She really cares about her customers and put her very best in her work. I could never find a better salon than this place in Oakville. I always leave the salon Very happy and satisfied. Highly recommended!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! THE PINK NAILS I GOT WERE TOO THIN AND THE COLOR WAS ON MY SKIN. THE SILVER WAS TOO THICK AND ON THE CUTICLES. THERES PAINT BRUSH MARKS ON THE THUMB AND INDEX FINGERS. FOR $33 I WOULD NEVER GO HERE EVER. MY FRIEND GOT HER BIOGEL REMOVED AND THEY SHAVED IT SO DEEP HER NAIL HAS THINNED AND ANGLED INWARD.

Worse place EVER! I have been doing my nails for years and the person doing my pedicure didn’t do ANYTHING, didn’t know how to fix an ingrown nail… WORST service ever! What a waste of my time and money.

Never going back. My set cost $80 and was done horribly. It is uneven, bumpy, and the nails are super thick. They are shaped terribly and the service was rushed.

It’s only been 4 days since my mani/pedi and they look awful. A good job usually lasts at least 10 days from my many years of getting my nails done.
