Sotera Anderson woke me up from Chrysler's Lemon nightmare! I had an ongoing battle with Chrysler for two years about my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid, which broke down NINE times, several times at intersections and once on the 10 freeway as giant trucks whizzed by inches away. While my van clearly fit the criteria of a Lemon in the state of California, Chrysler was obstructive, nasty and generally awful about the endless repairs and my eventual attempt to get them to take the van back. I contacted an attorney here in Los Angeles after I had brought the van in for service 6 times and Chrysler had 4 times rejected my Lemon Law case, but this man didn't think I had a case! It wouldn't start for the 10th and final time!) to the dealership and was given a check for the money I had paid Chrysler.
