Where do I start, this place is so unprofessional and dirty. The girls that work here are definately NOT registered massage therapists. Many of them speak very little English and are very hard to understand. I got package B. The foot massage was nice, however the chair they have you sit in is very a very dirty uncovered fabric chair and I felt uncomfortable as I had the door massage sitting there. It could have been done on the massage table. The lighting is very dim but the place just felt dirty overall. My masseuse had to leave 4 times during the full session to get some water because she couldn't stop coughing. During the 60 minute full body massage, (which was on a flat table with barely any support and a thin throw away fabric type sheet to lay on) she was going far to hard and after some pretty hard translations I understood her saying "your muscles need this". I told her it was too hard multiple times and she didn't listen. I've probably been to over 100 professional massages, even sports massage and this was NOT AT ALL A PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE. IT FELT LIKE SHE WAS PUNCHING MY SORE MUSCLES, NOT ACTUALLY WORKING THE KNOTS AND TENSIONS OUT. I left the room with more pain than I had walking in. I went to the front to pay and the owner asked cash or card. I said card and I would like a receipt for insurance please. She proceeded to tell me if I pay cash there's a discount, (obviously because she then does not have to claim the income), I said no, I'm paying by visa and need a receipt. She provided to write me a carbon copy receipt while I paid by card, the machine asked me for a tip, I obviously didn't tip. You're not supposed to tip an RMT right? She asked me "why no tip for the girl" and I said that I didn't know this was that kind of establishment when coming here. She pestered me a bit about it then said "ok maybe next time". As if I'd be coming back...NOT! Today is the day after and I am stiff and sore in the areas where this amateur "massage therapist" went far too hard on. Would not repeat and would never recommend.

DO NOT GET A MESSAGE HERE. This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had - it’s almost funny. First my appointment got pushed back 15 minutes, and then I was directed to a room. I waited for 15 minutes, to which the woman laughed and told me to get undressed and lie down. She then came back five minutes later. At first it was fine, but then I noticed she was texting on her phone that was lying beside my head on the table, while massaging my neck with her other hand. Her phone was on the table the whole time, with it pinging for messages and phone vibrating for calls. She then left me to go deal with a costumer at the front desk, with the door open with me half naked on the table. She was gone for about five minutes with me hearing the whole interaction. Then she came back, and proceeded to go back and deal with another costumer for another five minutes. She came back and began again. For the last fifteen minutes, she had conversations with her colleagues through the door. Then at the end, said she gave me extra five minutes and left. I was so shocked - and I paid. I shouldn’t have. The energy is very rushed and cold - get people through as fast as possible. I understand business is busy - but getting a massage is vulnerable experience and should be handled with some discretion and CARE! anyways - don’t go here. The vibes were awful and not worth any amount of money.

The worst spa experience one could have. The masseuse BLED ALL OVER ME! Half way through the massage the masseuse left the room abruptly, as i lifted my head i realized she has bled excessively all over the bed and all over my back. Minutes before i felt her wiping what i thought was oil that had dripped down my back but soon realized it was her own blood she was wiping off me. Believe it or not she continued massaging and NEVER told me. When she came back in she told me a scab had opened on her face (GROSS!) but with the amount of blood on the floor, table, tissues (used to soak up her blood while she massaged me with ONE HAND!) and on my back...I am sure it was a bleeding nose. Regardless. I had to ASK for a towel to clean the blood off myself. As i cleaned myself up in another room, i overheard the staff talking and laughing about the situation in the other room as they wiped up the "crime scene". Staff just said sorry and gave me a voucher for 30 free minutes.. pshh AS IF i would ever go to them again. DISGUSTING. TERRIBLE handling of the situation. Ottawa Health and Safety were shocked to hear about this and have opened an investigation against them. I think the masseuse was named Mina

Where do I even begin? It took about 5 minutes to be greeted and once someone finally came up to the front I was completely ignored. It wasn’t until another woman came up to the front with a translator to ask me what I wanted and after a few “lost in translation” moments we finally understood each other. She brought me to the room and left immediately. Throughout the session she left 5 times and was talking to the other employees. It was supposed to be a neck and shoulder massage yet she proceeded to massage my lower back/behind area. She cut the time short and very rudely just left. When I went to pay the receptionist very bluntly said “are you not going to tip the girl?” As if I would tip such poor service after one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a massage spa. Extremely rude, unprofessional & greedy. 1spa4U just down the street is absolutely impeccable compared to this place and a fraction of the price, which is where I’ll be continuing to go from now on. If you want rushed, bushed boundaries, no clear way of communication which staff who would rather be anywhere else, Le Spa is the place for you.

During my recent visit to Le spa, I was amazed by the degree of relaxation and pampering I received. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a serene and tranquil atmosphere, complete with soft music and subdued lighting that created an ambiance of pure luxury. More importantly, the price over there are extremely great and suitable. I remembered that I did 1h for 75 dollars, it really worth that price. The employees at the spa were exceptionally welcoming and perceptive, dedicating time to understand my preferences and recommend the most fitting treatments for me. The quality of the services offered, such as massages, facials, and body treatments, were of superior quality, leaving me feeling refreshed and revitalized. Every aspect of my visit, including the usage of top-of-the-line products during my treatments and the provision of plush robes and slippers for my use, was considerately thought out and executed with precision.

I’m not one to write a lot of Google reviews however I am compelled today due to my exemplary experience. It was my first visit to Le spa and it exceeded all of my expectations. I can’t say enough good things about this place. As far as I know there aren’t any other walk-in spas in Ottawa were you don’t need to book far in advance, which is incredibly convenient. They took me last-minute with no hassle. The environment is “no frills” but clean and calming. The prices are INCREDIBLY AFFORDABLE and they offer packages and membership discounts which is what I got because I will definitely be back! The workers were sweet as can be and my practitioner Ceecee gave me possibly THE BEST massage I’ve ever had in my life (and I get a lot of massages). I was asked at the reception if I’d prefer hard or soft pressure and I asked for it strong and that’s what I got! I might feel it in the morning though!

I've been going to Le Spa since they opened in 2016. I won't go to another massage spa because Le Spa is best in quality, price, and atmosphere. I usually go for a massage because my muscles are tight and sore. I always leave feeling amazing and my muscles are free of the knots I went in with. I am a very frequent customer. The staff are all friendly, qualified, confident, sure, and great at their job. They always have new packages and promotions. I really appreciate the membership program they offer. They will take a walk-in but it's better to book an appointment a minimum of 24 hours ahead of time; that way you get the best employees for the massage you want. I always tell everyone I know about Le Spa. If I could give Le Spa an infinite number of stars, I would do that and then double it.

This place has gone downhill. I've been a regular customer for the past year and usually go every other week. It used to be ok but not sure what happened it's gone downhill the last few months. First off they do not honor appointments and over book. The last time I went I had to wait 1.5 hours past my appointment time for someone to be available. Secondly only half the masseuses are ok. The other half will only do light massages or only do massage techniques that are easy for them or are not real masseuses. Most don't speak English and there's no professionalism. I always tip 15-20% but it's true they really watch the machine to see how much you tipped right after you pay. It's cheaper but its worth the money to go somewhere else.

I go to this spa regularly for their massages since their opening. I initially gave them one star due to their more often than not poor management and customer service... also because I didn't like how their masseuses badgered for tips before (despite me receiving poor service or experiencing a bad massage). But I gave them a second chance, and I'm glad I did. There seems to be a turnover in masseuses and an improvement in their management and customer service. I am no longer experiencing issues with my appointments, and the masseuse I regularly go to is very professional. Although it's difficult to communicate with her, she does not badger for tips, but rather her impressive deep tissue massage earns her a good tip.

Le Spa is incredible.. I am so grateful that I found this place a few weeks ago.. for the past few years my range of motion has diminished.. other massage therapy and chiropractic treatments only provided temporary relief.. because le Spa is so affordable I have been having several sessions per week.. each time releasing more muscle tension and chronic pain.. a membership package is available - 5 hours for $300 .. during my visits I have been treated by three different masseuses.. all were very good but I especially enjoy Lilly for her strength and ability to find the right spots .... le Spa has renewed my life and I feel younger.. thank you

Very unprofessional. Biggest waste of money. I called to book an appointment for an hr and the receptionist doesn’t even bother to ask me anything. I arrive and wait 30 minutes on top of that. Not sure if I was being massaged by an actual rmt. They switched between 2 attendants to “massage” me. The door kept opening and was a lot of chit chatter. On top of that, I realized the door was opened and I had to yell out close the door. I’m never coming back. I was a regular and this place was actually good when they first opened, but now it seems like they have gone downhill. I’m not recommending this place to anybody.

After a short but wonderful first time experience in coming here by accident, I was so disappointed to find that their staff is definitely not all equally qualified. Certain therapists they have hired appear to be unregistered amateurs, and this is made very obvious from the get go! Why bother to pay $60 for a “professional” massage when you could get the same quality or maybe even slightly better for free from a friend or family member?? I would now only advise coming here if you have money to spare and a very mild case of tension, because otherwise it will be just like gambling.

Not a registered massage place. Worst massage I have ever gotten in my life. I repeated multiple times that she was going too rough. I felt like I was being tortured not relaxed. There was no real massage techniques just purely rubbing my back with all her might. My friend who also was with me barely got a massage, she barely felt the masseuse. Also the place was too loud and kind of sketchy, the staff outside was talking and laughing outside the room. Waste of $60.

Very cozy and clean spa. Very professional and curtious. The masseuse that performed my massage was Lili. Very thorough and professional. Polite woman and she even asked me if i had pain in any area. I advised her that my lower back causing me pain. She did my whole back side and paid special attention to my lower back. She then got hot towels and massage with hot towels on the back. Totally satisfied with my experience and Lili. I will certainly return

The masseuse bled on my roommate while giving him a massage and tried to hide it from him. Instead of excusing herself, she continued to massage his back while trying to cover up the mess with paper towels despite dripping blood on his back, the massage table, and floor. My roommate thought she was using oil, imagine how horrified he was to see it was blood. Grossly negligent. Insanely unprofessional. Nightmare establishment.

Sketchy place.. went and got a massage here and the 'masseuse' was very obviously not a real masseuse. They didnt listen at all to what kind of massage i wanted and proceeded to give me the weakest massage ever. The sheet they had me lay on was stained, and they also wouldnt give me a receipt for insurance purposes unless i paid with physical cash... will not be coming back here again.

Called on thursday to book 2 massages for the following monday at 6pm for my partner and I. They said its good that they’ll reserve us a spot. We arrived monday and they said that they couldnt find the booking and that there were no available spots. Due to their organization skills I never got to try the services they reserved for us.

I had a great experience at Le Spa in Ottawa. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were friendly and professional. I come back a lot to relieve tension in my back and shoulders and always left feeling refreshed. I would definitely recommend Le Spa to anyone looking for a good massage in Ottawa.

the staff are kind, compassionate, and warm. They go above and beyond, and despite the language barrier I have with some of them, they still made me feel heard and put in an active effort into understanding what I need. It helped make my chronic health problems more manageable <3 Xièxiè dàjiā <3

Wasn’t sure what I was walking into, but it was a great, professional, clean message. Did the $20/15 min back and shoulder special. She worked me hard, I asked for lighter a few times, and she just laughed and said ‘some pain is good for you’. Wasn’t relaxing, but worked out the knots for sure.

Le Spa is truly exceptional. The ambiance is serene and relaxing, and the staff is professional and attentive. I had a fantastic massage there, and it was a rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend Cam and this spa to anyone looking for a pampering and soothing retreat in Ottawa.

My partner and I have been here for a couples massage, and we loved it! We purchased one of the packages, where we got a full body massage along with a foot massage. We loved the atmosphere and service. We were completely relaxed after our visit. Definitely would go back!

I got this for my mom for her birthday on Groupon, she said that it was the best massage that she'd ever gotten. She also said that the masseuse would find the exact spot that needed massaging and would massage it, she also said he wasn't too rough, nor too soft.
