Why do you think it's acceptable to leave people's homes with disrepair for months and months on end? On hold again for another repair you've left in my kitchen and I'm having to chase you. 45 minutes on hold for a repair reported months ago and your electrician said he'd be coming back. Yet....I'm here with a freezer plugged into an extension, wonder if you'd have that in your home?!!! Absolute disgrace council

Leeds City council have messed up my pay 2 months in a row leaving me with not sufficient funds for the rest of the month. First of all i apparently got overpaid an extortionate amount and now i have been having to pay it back. Now this month i have been overtaxed which once again is leaving me with not much left for the month. It is ridiculous! They have no clue what they’re doing or how to handle things.

Terrible local authority with terrible staff. Never wanting to give any information, but then hounding you for things that you have already provided them with. It's laughable that they want to say they're a city for culture, but even tiny Bradford has better culture, events and provision than this massive and horrible local authority.

Full of councillors and their cronies who give out roadwork contracts to their friends and that’s why we have endless delays and diversions. How is it an improvement when they’re continuous? How is saving emissions when diversions add 1-2 miles to your journey especially getting in and out from the motorway? …

Scammers - charging people for driving in a bus lane which actually isn’t a bus lane with no signs and no markings. They are obviously just out to make as much money as they can whilst contributing absolutely nothing positive to Leeds.

if you're getting evicted for not keeping your house clean and tidy, they'll just put you in another home to destroy over the space of so many years. If you're disabled and living somewhat rough, they dont want to know.

Absolutely terrible. Should be ashamed. Shocking online services, long wait times, patronising and make you feel completely useless. Luckily the members of the council are fairly compensated for their terrible job

Given that they have lost billions in central government support over the last 13 years, they are doing a decent job. Most expenditure is on Education, Adult Social care and Childrens Services.....
