It was the worse customer service i have ever experienced. I got a meal which came with chicken i asked if it could be changed to chips instead the person who in charged said yes then walked over to another worker and said who swaps chicken to chips. Then as i didnt know what the cost of it was after i ordered that i ordered small potatoes seperate the trainee took my order he walked over and said to the supervisor what i ordered because they needed to cook them. The supervisor replied why didnt she order it together. Anyway why i was waiting for my food to cook. another customers came in and order half a chicken but no chips the trainee put the chicken in the container and the supervisor told him to move and he put the chips both the trainee and the customer said that they didnt want chips. The supervisor then turned around while there was customers in the store and said I'm sorry my staff are useless then said to the trainee who trained you your pathetic. While the customer was there aplogizing for the inconvenience. The supervisor then told another customer to wait he shouldnt be to long he went out the back and grab a name badge and slammed it down on the counter next to the trainee. Then he tipped the potatoes into the slot. Some spilled out to the side he grabbed the potatoes and threw them on the ground. Then the trainee called my order i asked the trainee if he was okay his face was red. I then left. I really hope something gets done about this. Know one should have to go go work and be treated like this. (this was legs and breasts in moonah)

I like to stay away from the larger chains when it comes to fast food so it's nice to send a shout-out to one of the local smaller chains. I've used these guys over the years and have always enjoyed the food. I feel they have some of the best hit chips in the business, tastiest chicken and yummiest gravy. But on this occasion I'm reviewing their Honey Mustard Chicken burger deal which came with regular chips and a can of soda. The burger was made fresh and the sauce very tasty, the hot chips were more than enough and their regular size is comparable with a large of any of the larger chains so much better value. With the can of soda thrown in the total came in to around $16 which is excellent value. I did uplarge on another occasion and I struggled to finish the meal (and it still came in under $20). I'd be lucky to feel that full for the same price with the larger chains. The staff were friendly and were very efficient at sorting my order while taken care of other customers. Try them if you haven't already.

A girl with tattoos working here put mine and my fiancés order through as two upsized burger meals (what we wanted) but she then gave us an upsized chips and a small chips which isn’t a big deal but I let her know that we ordered and were charged for 2 upsized ones and she then proceeded to take the bag away and slammed the chips back into the tray making a loud bang noise (loud enough to make us both jump) and the whole time she looked extremely ticked off. She then handed the bag over and I apologised but she neither looked at us or said a word. It was super awkward and uncomfortable. I’ve worked in fast food and understand it can be frustrating but she made the whole experience super unpleasant to the point where my fiancé and I agreed not to come here again.

I visited this takeaway on a very warm day at around 6.00pm the other day and found the poor staff sweltering in their workplace. There isn't an air conditioner in there and it was stifling. It was much hotter inside the shop than outside and sweat was trickling down their faces. If you don't care about your staff, the least you can do is cool the place down for your customers. Very poor indeed. The staff were excellent under the circumstances.

Always a great place to get food from. Staff are friendly, and it is always fabulous service

They was drinking when they don't have a liquor licence which I don't think is right were they could be seen and only 3 of the stuff wasn't drinking that was serving ppl and one of them that was drinking was serving ppl

Gave our order to customers that came in 10 minutes after we arrived. Replacement burger was inedible. Yankee burger is Microwaved and was rock solid. When I called to inform them their only answer was come back in and we can replace it. Why replace rubbish with rubbish, wouldn't give a refund so we could get some proper food. Never again. take out trip was ruined. Never again

By far the worst legs n breast I have tried. I had fish n chips and for some reason they buried the fish at the bottom which in turn become flat and soggy , and the burger I had was actually cold , thrown all of it out to the seagulls, never going back .

Probably the worst food I've eaten in some time. Burger was tastless and poorly made. Potato bake was awful only saving grace was the gravy that I got with the chips. .

Not my favourite of all the LnB's but always a quality experience. Honestly some of the nicest customer service, never too busy, and the chips are always fresh!
