This company is expensive and the service is inefficient. We paid €453.75 to have them come in and tell us the leak was inside a wall. When we sent the leak report to our plumbers and they broke through the wall - NOTHING! The area was completely bone-dry. The leak was actually meters away, under the floor. All the leak detector did was detect where the hot water pipes were, not where the leak was. Now the company will not refund us the €453.75 they charged us, and we have to pay to have our wall fixed, since we unnecessarily broken into it following this company's "leak report". There were a few red flags before we discovered they were wrong about the leak. First, the lady on the phone told us they were coming Friday morning at 11:00 am. No one came, so I called again. She told me she mixed up my appointment with someone else's, and that the leak detector would come at 12:30. Very unprofessional. Strike one. Next, the leak detector came and once he completed the inspection, he told us it was €453.75. We asked him why the price was so high and he asked us if the lady on the phone told us how much it was, and was surprised that we were not told anything about price or payment. He said the company normally informs everyone of their rates and how to pay. Yet we were never informed. Strike two. Later, we get a message from the company with 3 different prices, including a €598.95 penalty price if payment is made after 2 weeks. They wanted payment immediately before sending the report, and sent us a Tikkie for €453.75, which we paid just to have the report as soon as possible. Strike three, and I decided to no longer use this company. When the plumbers came and broke into the wall where the leak report said the leak was located - NOTHING. They had to search and found where the real leak was. Afterwards they advised us to contact the leak detectors and tell them they were wrong and made us cause unnecessary damage to our wall and tiles. I contacted the company via WhatsApp, and they promised they would help us and that they would contact the leak technician who came to our place to see what went wrong. Haven't heard from them since and it seems that they are trying to avoid responsibility for their mistake. We are now in the process of filing a formal complaint and talking to a lawyer to see how we can get our money back from this company. We paid €453.75 for a mistake on their part, and will pay way more trying to fix it. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from these people. They don't know what they're doing or how to fix their mistakes.

Afspraak gemaakt voor het opnemen van de schade. Aannemer zou om 16:00 komen. Om 16:45 was er nog niemand gekomen, waarop ik zelf maar gebeld heb naar lekdetectie. Toen werd voorgesteld om de afspraak te verplaatsen. Na veel gedoe/miscommunicatie zijn ze een paar dagen later alsnog gekomen. Ik zou een offerte opgestuurd krijgen. Na een week had ik nog geen offerte ontvangen. Weer contact opgenomen, waarop ik te horen kreeg dat ik dezelfde dag nog een offerte toegestuurd zou krijgen. Het is inmiddels twee weken later, en ik heb nog niks gehoord. Tijdsverspilling dus. Bewerking: bedrijf reageert dat het niet om hen gaat. Gaat het dus wel. Heb contact gehad via het telefoonnummer dat in de foto’s staat. Excuses voor het verspillen van mijn tijd en het niet nakomen van afspraken, hadden ze op z’n minst kunnen maken.

They came and check the moisture and said it is form roof although the moisture was close to the floor. I've called the roof company and they came and spend more time and effort to tell me its not the roof. I've called 2 other independent experts and they confirm its not the roof but from below. Their report is useless. I can't use it to claim from insurance. They refuse to come and provide another report or refund me. I'll deal with them through lawyer. I don't suggest their services at all. They ask for the money on the spot and you have to call them several times to get the report. Looks like a scam! Company responded saying I haven't contacted and complained. I've sent them an e-mail with complaint which was not replied.

Komen afspraken niet na, wacht al een maand op het rapport van de lekdetectie die is uitgevoerd. Ze beloven binnen 2 werkdagen. Na 2x bellen en beloftes nog niks ontvangen. Ze geven korting op de factuur als je gelijk betaald en ik snap nu waarom, want daarna hoor je niks meer. Ze weten overigens ook de lekkage niet op te sporen, moest een ander (wel kundig) bedrijf inhuren die het lek wel opspoorde. Ik adviseer om geen zaken te doen met dit bedrijf.

Onze hogedrukklep was eenvoudig te repareren, net als onze hoofdkraan, die eerder beschadigd was. Het hele proces was eenvoudig te boeken via internet en telefoon. De kosten werden vooraf vermeld en de klus werd volgens schema en zonder problemen geklaard. Ik zal het opnieuw gebruiken.

We gebruikten ze voor lekdetectie. We belden om 7.30 uur en ze waren om 10.30 uur gekomen en gegaan (waarbij alles was opgelost). hij was GEWELDIG - erg vriendelijk, informatief, schoon en efficiënt! Ik zou dit bedrijf zeker weer gebruiken.

Vroeg in de ochtend gebeld, ze hebben niet 1, maar 2 monteurs in een uur bij mij thuis! Fantastisch, professioneel, redelijk, behulpzaam en oh zo schoon! Ik zou ze 100% aanbevelen aan iedereen die ik ken !!!!

Deze jongens reageerden onmiddellijk, hebben de lekkage van waterleidingen geklaard en waren professioneel, aardig en transparant. Ze hebben ook buitengewoon goed schoongemaakt, wat niet alle aannemers doen.

Hun loodgieter was de meest efficiënte en bekwame man die het kleinste gaslek op de moeilijkste plaats oprichtte. Zeer betrouwbare en vriendelijke service. Volledig aanbevolen.

Erg slecht bedrijf. Het rapport waar ik bijna 500 euro voor betaald heb, krijg ik niet. Ze zijn niet professioneel. Zoek een ander bedrijf.

Een leiding die uit mijn watermeter kwam, lekte. De monteur heeft goed voor me gezorgd en het op tijd gedaan.
