Moreover, the gym's lack of customer-centricity is apparent in their membership cancellation process. I was surprised to find out that I needed to pay for the two months during which I had not used the gym facilities, and their unwillingness to compromise on this issue demonstrated a disregard for customer satisfaction. Lastly, the gym's overall lack of transparency regarding their membership process is a significant cause for concern. Customers should be fully aware of the terms and conditions they are agreeing to, and businesses should take responsibility for ensuring that these details are clearly communicated. Lemon Gym has failed in this regard, which has led to my overall dissatisfaction. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Lemon Gym due to their poor customer service, lack of customer-centricity, and insufficient transparency in their membership processes. I hope that others will take my experience into account when considering a gym membership, and I encourage potential customers to thoroughly review the terms and conditions before committing to a contract with Lemon Gym.

I recently used the 3-day free pass at Lemon Gym Europa and was able to get an impression of the fitness studio. Overall, I am satisfied with my visit as it provides all the necessary facilities for an effective workout. The gym offers a wide range of training equipment, providing ample choices for various fitness goals. The equipment was in good condition, and the machines were clean and well-maintained. There was also sufficient space to perform exercises without feeling cramped. One thing to note is that it gets very crowded between 6 PM and 8 PM. So, if you plan to train during that time, be prepared for the possibility of it being crowded. It is advisable to come earlier or later to avoid the rush. Another positive aspect is that the gym is open 24 hours, even though it may state differently on Google. This is convenient for individuals with irregular schedules or those who prefer to train outside of the usual peak hours. It provides the flexibility to use the gym whenever it suits you. Overall, I had a good experience at Lemon Gym Europa during my 3-day free pass visit. It offers all the basic amenities one would expect from a fitness studio, and the ability to train around the clock is definitely a plus. Aside from the peak hours between 6 PM and 8 PM, it was enjoyable, and I would recommend the gym.

Это как самый низкопробный лоукостер, в очень плохом смысле. Большие проблемы с контрактами и оплатой. Берешь самый дорогой "помесячный" абонемент, но в итоге он не понятно чем отличается от годового. Когда хочешь тормознуть, ты можешь либо полностью разорвать контракт, либо все равно платить за каждый месяц (не важно, пользовался или нет). Заморозки на месячном контракте нет. Достучаться до службы поддержки не реально, в зале часто нет администратора. Либо эти работники ничего не могут и не знают, предлагают решать вопросы через службу поддержки по email (где просто игнорируют письма). При расторжении абонемента выставили счет от начала месяца, оплатил, но оплаченные деньги они найти не смогли (платил через их же сайт), в итоге выставили еще какой-то штраф на 7 евро через коллекторов. Сам зал довольно душный, многие тренажеры "уставшие". Часто очереди на многие тренажеры (летом посвободнее, но очень жарко). Сауна работает только до 9 часов, после выключается. Душ грязненький и работает очень нестабильно. Бывает, что нет воды. Шкафчики очень дешевые, не удобные. Резюмируя: цена вроде и не большая, но учитывая уровень менеджмента и "клиентоНЕориентированность", плюс переплаты за месяцы когда не пользовался, плюс всякие штрафы на выходе, лучше сюда и не приходить.

Stipriai nerekomenduoju rinktis šio sporto salių tinklo. Salėse trūksta naudingų treniruoklių, prie svarbiausių treniruoklių visada apsipitę 'Vietiniai' kurie nuo jų nenulipa 2+ valandų, ko pasekoje dar daugiau treniruoklių pasidaro neprieinami. Ir svarbiausia paminėti - sudarius bet kokią sutartį ši kompanija bandys iš jūsų išgręžti kiekvieną centą kurį gali gauti be jokio informavimo asmeniškai. Visapusiškai nerekomenduoju leistis į santykius su šiais vagimis :) ___________________________________________________________________ I highly discourage from having any business with this chain of gyms. The gyms themselves highly lack equipment, and the equipment that is at all useful is always surrounded by the 'gym locals' who spend 2 hours alone on the already lacking equipment, not giving anyone else a chance to workout. The most important thing - after making or cancelling any agreement with this company, they will milk you out for every penny they can from you via institutions instead of reaching out to you and settling whatever the situation might be. All around, I don't recommend sharing a bed with these thieves :)

Nerekomenduoju rinktis šio klubo, dėl nesąmoningų sutarčių, jeigu norėsite atšaukti, turėsit vistiek mokėti už visą planą (metų, puse metu) nesvarbu ar rašysit el.laišką, kad atšauktų narystę. Pradės grasinti antstoliais ir toliau reikalaus pinigų nors sumokėjote. Kas įdomiausia, kad nors mato sistemoi žmogaus paskutinį apsilankymo kartą, nesusisiekia ir ne paklausia ar norėtumėte atšaukti sutartį, matosi, kad įmonei svarbiausiai yra pinigai, o ne klientas. Be viso to klientų aptarnavimą vertinu 1/5, buvo atvejis, kad į 1-2 minučių trunkantį atsakyti klausimą, klube dirbantis treneris su kitu klientu, vos ne pasiuntė mane and 3 raidžių, nes buvo labai užsiėmęs ir negalėjo skirti minutės dėmesio dėl kurios tikrai nebūtų nukentėjęs kliento aptarnavimas. Žodžiu, rekomenduoju rinktis Gym+ arba impuls, aplinka taip graži ir sutvarkyta lemone, bet tikrai neverta dėl požiūrio į klientus kaip į vaikščiojančius pinigus.

Buvau ten prieš valandą 'pabandymui'. Bet ką ten pabandysi, kai sausakimša ir tokia netvarka. Persirengimo kabinoj nėra vietos net kur prisėsti. Taip pat nėra ir kriauklių. Tai kaip nusiplauti rankas atėjus iš lauko? Ant treniruoklių vietos taip pat mažai. Bet jais aš net nesinaudojau. Ir išvis nesportavau, nes sunervino administratorė. Pardavė sugedusią spyną, atėjau paprašyt, kad pakeistų, nes neužsirakina, tai ta su kitu klientu pusvalandį praplepėjo, kol mano daiktai spintelėj neužrakinti gulėjo :))) po tiek laiko trūko kantrybė, net nepersirengusi išėjau. Bardakas kažkoks. Grindys neplautos, spintelės nevalytos. Gyvenime daugiau į lemongym nebegrįšiu, šlykšti vieta. Esu lankiusi impuls, gym plius ir moterų sporto klubą, tai ši vieta pačio žemiausio lygio, kokį esu mačiusi.

I attempted to sign up for a short term membership at the kiosk in front of the gym. The machine had a fatal error, breaking the UI indefinitely until someone could restart the computer or program. I let the gym know when I emailed a picture to their support. I was never asked for a credit card so I left the gym disappointed and just waited until I visited Latvia to to use a different gym's working signup. A little over a month later I get a email from a collections third party saying I owe them for the membership I couldn't sign up for. Don't use this gym, and definitely don't give them your biometric data.

Very nice gym fitting needs of everyone I feel. There are plenty of plates, two power racks, cardio equipment, stretching rubbers and kettle bells. Locker room is spacious. Staff is also very friendly and responsive over email (regarding free trial which didn't work automatically when registering over website). Staff also spoke good English. I'm always kinda skeptical with regards to gym chains but this was a pleasant surprise! 1 entry is also possible for a fee of 5 EUR which is nice because chains often push long term memberships or not even allow single entries.

Cheap and good place for workouts. A lot of sports equipment including virtual training. There are open showers (Also for disabled people), lockers (but you need a lock for it witch you could either buy at the place or bring your own), toilets, fans. The entrance is with finger print, you can stay here as much as you need and if you will pay extra you can have some special water, go to other gyms and bring your friend few times a month. Overall for such a price it is the beat deal.

Labai geras Gym pradedantiems, ar norintiems tiesiog palaikyti formą, tik įdomus sprendimas vienkartinio bilieto, 3 iš eilės dienos už 10 eurų... Jei esi sporto maniakas gal ir gerai, bet šiaip gaunasi 10 eurų už 1 kartą. Kai kurie lankytojai nerušiuoja ar nesudeda atgal svorių, bet čia jau ne Gym problema, tiesiog sporto kultūros trūkumas. Žodžiu viskas neblogai, buvo problema su fingerprint, nes nykščio nenuskaitė, bet pakeitėm pirštą ir viskas ok. Maloni admnistratorė !

Excellent gym full of equipment, with a separate room for collective course, a crossfit area, a boxing stand, it's very rare to wait for a machine event at the busy hours. The place is opened 24/7 despite what is indicated on google, during the night we can access the place from behind the main building by passing through the parking. The locker rooms are huge with showers and they also include a sauna. A lot of personal trainers are working in the place.

They extended my membership without my explicit consent which is sneaky move without mentioning that. when you sign up the contract , it will be appeared in contract after you got trapped. they had provided me with Lithuanian contract to sign up and then I received EN version states that the agreement shall be prolonged automatically without your consent. There's no transparency , you don't force people to extend after completion of the membership.

Great gym, has a lot of equipment for casuals and for the free weight types of people. There is a large amount of area to train and I rarely feel like there is no place to work out at. I'm English speaking and there was no problem for me to communicate with them the both instructors and administration . There is like all other gym a lot of people who works out there on Monday and all other week days between 4-8 so avoid those times if your shy.

Puikus sporto klubas. Analogiškų klubų esu aplankęs mažiausiai 15-a todėl galiu sulyginti. Mano išvada - šitas yra vienas geriausių Vilniuje. Europos klube salės įranga puiki - netrūksta lygiai nieko, įrangos ergonomika puiki! Yra staklių sektorius naujokams ir moterims, kur aš visą svorį galiu traukti arba stumti viena ranka. Yra ir žiedai ir TRX ir kamuoliai ir gumos ir giros ir daugybė kitų įvairių priedų, žodžiu liuks!

Didesnės betvatkės nesu matęs, žodžiai 'BE ĮSIPAREIGOJIMO' neturi jokios prasmės pas juos, kaip normalus žmogus, gali patikėti, kad moki brangiausiai, kad neturėtum įsipareigonimų, bet ne, tu turi įsipareigojimų ir jei nežinai, kad turi įsipareigojimų, praneša, kad po 3 dienų perduos išieškoti pinigų už tai, kad neįsipareigoji. Super tvarka, tikiuos, kad jūs su savo tokia tvarka bankrutuosit

Lemon Gym's entrance? A maze, no guide, no trace, Desk's empty, no face, in this huge space. Plans? Misleading, thought I had a slick pick, Three months tied, their trick, collectors come quick. Lockers? Bring your lock, ain't that a shock, Showers old, but machines rock, that's the only stock. Considering the scene, my rating's just two, For the gear, the rest? It's a straight-up boo.

Horrible experience and harassmewnt I was a member of LemonGym for a few months and then decided to cansel because I wanted to move oot. I had to pay 7 eurous, which I did, but they somehow missed it and sent my "case" to a comany called Legal Balance. For weeks this company is harassing me and threatening me to pay for I already paid. Horrible experience.

+ Netriukšminga + Nešalta todėl galima susikaupus treniruotis. Beje, nežinau kaip ten būna vasarą. Vasaros metu ten gali būti įjungtas šaltis. Šaltis - negerai. Bet svarbiausia - netriukšminga ! T.y. jų leidžiama muzika netrukdo klausytis audioknygų per savo plejeriuką. Ir bėgti kilometrus ant takelio. Štai kur gerai apgalvotas ir įrengtas sporto klubas .

Worst support ever. Taking super long time to answer, bot willing to solve anything. Also when you are buying by month membership, please be aware that they will prolong it automatically and then they will make you pay for it and annoy you with calls every day. Super user unfriendly. Please try not to use this gym to keep your nerves.

Clean and air conditioned. Lots of squat racks and heavy dumbbells. Huge stretch and warm up area. Just have some silly rules that they are VERY strict about: must bring separate gym shoes in a bag, must bring your own towel to use on machines, must keep bags in locker room. First time is free. Bring your passport.

Взял самый дорогой контракт с помесячной оплатой. Не ходил месяц, но счет выставили. Т.е. по их логике я должен каждый раз прерывать контракт и создавать новый когда возвращаюсь. Супер неудобно и нелояльно. Поддержка отвечает долго. Конкретно этот зал периодически закрывался из-за плесени в мужской душевой

I bought a one-day pass, but the machine crashed as it took my payment. I assumed it went through only to get an email from a debt collector two months later for double the amount. Horrible service — gym is busy and dirty anyways. Definitely do not go here. Looks like others had the same problem too.

В зале плохая вентиляция. Терминал оплаты глючит. Оператор телефон не поднимает. По оплате ты не можешь оплатить за 1 месяц, выбираешь тариф flex но тебе все равно приходится платить даже если месяц не посещаешь зал. За три месяца никто даже не уведомит о необходимости письменно расторгнуть контракт.

Atsargiai su mėnesio naryste "be įsipareigojimų"! Ji prasitęsia automatiškai ir galima nutraukti tik specialiai paskambinus į klientų aptarnavimo centrą! Jeigu paskambinsite po mėnesio, reikės sumokėti ir už ateinantį mėnesį, nes "reikia pranešti apie nutraukimą prieš 30 dienų".

Bukite atsargus su sutartim, nes naimanoma dasiskambint ar atsaukt kitu budu. Iskart eikite i sporto kluba ir darykite vietoje. Be aware of what is written in contract. Phone number of club is always busy and you can’t cancel it from anywhere, go directly to club.

Too crowded. Bad conditioners. Only singles of most useful and popular machines thus always taken with a queue behind them...even the free weights... About 40% of machines are never used and useless, only taking up space in this small hall with 80+ people.

Smell in the showers is very average 90% of the time, now curtains in the showers, and water is barely running....part from that gym is above average, very central, good working hours, good machines on offer but running treadmills are ‘very’ average / old.

Automatically extends my membership, even though I didn't renew it. I left the town, they send me notification to pay, without any bank account number or code. After that they notified a legal firm instead of just being normal and sending an email.

I don’t understand why such a monstrous door was installed and whether it will open in a force majeure situation. The room has no windows and now the gym has become a claustrophobic nightmare. Unfortunately, I don't want to visit it anymore.

Сам зал может и норм, но сервис полный 0. Я купил членство на месяц, и после того как месяц закончился, мне сказали через пару месяцев что контракт не разрывается после окончания посещений. Итого я заплатил 75 евро за то чем не пользовался.

The worst gym you can possibly sign contract with. Even agreeing on one-month membership means that you actually sign long-team contract with auto-renewal, so beware. My advise is to search for a better place and never use their services.

Через неделю после того как я взяла абонемент закрыли женскую раздевалку на ремонт на месяц. Никто не предупредил, предлагают или переодеваться в туалете, или ехать в другой филиал. Если бы знала, что такое будет - не брала бы абонемент …

Отличный зал, есть большое количество разных тренажёров, всем всего хватит) если конечно вы не придёте в час пик, так как в это время в зале очень много людей( есть большое количество платных тренеров на ваш выбор. Всем советую))

I have bought 3 days pass. Receptionist took 10 euros from me without noticing about construction in dressing room, not working showers. I guess a correct approach should be allowing me to train free of charge.

Good gym for travelers, 10 euros for a 3 day pass is quite reasonable. Good variety of equipment and in good condition. The only negative point was a couple of roided up dudes screaming at each other one time.

It has the basics, but there are cheaper and better gyms in the city. Inside is messy, weights are all over the place, some trainers are not very helpful, the registration or self-service screen never works.

The premises are good, equipement not yet bad, somewhat crowded. IMPORTANT entrance is automated, no personell to asist, troubleshooting done via phone, answered quickly, solved problems quickly as well.

Superinis gym, yra labai daug treniruoklių, neturėtų kažko trūkti. Minusas galbūt yra tame, kad nėra baseino, bet nežiūrint į tai, tai man labai patinka šitas gym ir visiems siūlau apsilankyti čia

Sutartys sudarytos taip kad tik apgaudinėti žmones, pratęsiamos be žmogaus žinios ir sutikimo, o kad jas nutraukti reikia kalnus nuversti. Ne verslas, o legalūs apgaudinėjimai..

OK gym, equipment can be a bit annoying sometimes, no self service so if you need to buy single use for example the reception takes forever to deal with anyone in front of you

Overall a gym is too crowded, weight plates all over the place, not enough of basic training equipment. Bad conditions in the changing rooms - dirty, men shower smells bad.

Auto sistema, kuri neveikia ir nėra personalo, kuris padėtų. Negalima patekti į klubą, nes ne nuskaito piršto antspaudų. Formuojasi eilė prie vartų. Cirkas!!!!!!

Aptarnavimas vertas nulio. Ateini nusipirkti narystės tai visi aplinkui tik vaikšto ir nesugeba prieiti. Po gero pusvalandžio ateina ir klausia, kažko reikia. :)

Visai nieko, patiko labiau nei Fitness Panoramoje. Už tokią kainą keista tikėtis kažko įspudingo, bet treniruoklių pakankamai daug, labai gera vieta, švara.

Lankiau šį klubą 2 metus. Labai patiko. Renkasi įdomi publika. Treniruoklių kokybė ir aplinka yra patenkinama ypač kaip už tokią, gana mažą kainą.

Viskas gerai. Bet vaikai kurie užsijiema treniruoklius ir po 20min sedi nieko neveikdami telefonuose nusibodo. Auklejimas aukščiausias....

Senoje sovietinėje kaimo sporto salėje geriau veikia fingerprint scanner negu čia, tai tada sėdi ir lauki 20min kol kažkas grįš įleisti

Pigus sporto klubas. Įrangos mėgėjiškam sportui užtenka. Vyrų rūbinėje baisi kanalizacijos smarvė. Sauna vos šilta. Reiktų pasitempti

This is a big gym in the center of Vilnius. You can be there 24 hours. Cheap in comparison with other gyms. There is sauna inside.

Lemon is a nice workout place in a very convenient location in the nie Europa center. A day pass for visitors is inexpensive.

The place is okey, but the coaches are not really as friendly as they would be in other gyms in Vilnius. Tested. Approved

Kainodara idomi. Minios zmoniu piko metu, rubinej tvyro nemalonus kvapas. Mirksintys sviestuvai nekeiciami savaitem.

Administratorės malonios, patinka salės išdėstymas, yra galimybė sportuoti atskiroje virtualios treniruotės salėje.

Per mažai suoliuku štangos stumimui 180 laipsniu, rubines ne visada švarios. O šeip geras, nepasene treniruokliai.

sitame gyme kaip ir viskas tvarkoj tiesiog kazkokia nejauki atmosfera, turbut nes Europa prekybcentryje lokuotas
