A bunch of these churches need to think outside of the box. They just have the common humdrum Sunday morning service but no Sunday evening services. That's unrealistic because not everyone can be available for morning services. Yet it seems that a flurry of these leaders simply don't care and it's true that they don't, which makes them out of touch with their congregants. This lack of flexibility puzzles me. It puzzles me because tabernacles will go the extra mile to instill game rooms and cafes to turn their churches into local pool halls and your friendly neighbourhood cafes. They'll go the extra mile to abolish their once held rules, put on laser light shows with smoke, mirrors and flashing lights, but won't even so much as try going the extra mile for evening services that run year round. Not exactly the right way to minister to the public if you ask me. Reality check: This isn't the 1950's anymore. Not everybody is on day shift and this is where many churches fail. They need to stop being so exclusive to day people and married folks. Think outside of the box and stop catering solely to the common man.

If you are in the south side of Edmonton and looking for a church to attend or to visit, don’t look any further! Evangel is a great place for families and, from the attendees to the staff, everyone is so friendly! They recently had a Family Day Carnival and it’s unbelievable how much cool stuff they were able to setup inside the building: science rooms, bouncy castles, big slide, petting zoo, etc. On top of all this, it is a church with a solid doctrine and with a heart to serve the community. I encourage you to give it a try.

Wow I couldn't believe this service on Sunday when the youth Pastor said happy Halloween on a Sunday service Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them."You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. Huge place. Was here for the first time. Two welcome faces seem to be pleased to see an “ordinary” being in their Church. A very nicely kept and maintained place of worship. Was a bit confused as I didn’t find any cross or statue of any book or anything “depicting” or “embodying” or representing God. If , I m to worship or be with HIM in vacuum, I can sit and be in HIM anywhere!! What for and why should I be here!! Will come some other time!!

Friendly ushers greeted me. Sermons were Bible Centred and relatable to our personal lives. Awesome praise and worship. Activities planned for families to attend. Sunday School classes. Foyer was very welcoming. Guest service area was staffed with personel to assist you. A very good experience. I have attended services on-line as well as in person. God bless you all at Life Church. ☝️

Lovely brunette girl with glasses and a flower tattoo on her arm (sorry darling I forgot your name) showed me around a couple weeks ago on my first visit, answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome!! You can really feel the Holy Spirit working here. Can't wait for this Sunday to see the beautiful smiles of this congregation and staff. ❤️

This church is not Holy Spirit led... It's people led... I find it pretty funny that if you read the webpage, it says everyone is welcome... That's a lie... If you are old, or single, or married but don't have children.. then you are not welcome here.

I come here to use the gym for ball hockey and its an amazing building with friendly people and well maintained and taken care of! Everytime i come here i always feel like i am at home. Thanks for the memories!

I attended their family day event with my wife and kids. Very well organized, tons of fun, very engaged and helpful volunteers. The kids had a blast!!!!

It is a nice church, the Christmas Eve special was really wonderful & the Church choir was amazing ! Great location with lots of parking.
