Had a great experience shopping here a couple of days ago. I had received a voucher from Life Pharmacy for a previous purchase, and wanted to use it, but did not know how, and the store staff were extremely helpful and helped me understand how to activate and use it. Specifically, Mr. Lorenz was extremely helpful and diligent with his support, and showed me what products I could redeem it with. The process of shopping there was easy, enjoyable, and pleasant, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful by giving us a smooth shopping experience and providing helpful and insightful product recommendations and explaining what certain products were to be used for. He also helped me pick out medication for my upcoming travel, which was also extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to shop at this Life Pharmacy branch, because their customer service and approach to supporting customers shopping with recommendations is admirable and great! Thank you to the team that works there, much appreciated, and looking forward to shopping there again in the future.

Upon ordering, they confirmed that the delivery will be within an hour hence I ordered, time pass, no sign of the deliveryman, every time I called to follow, they told me the deliveryman is on the way, within 20 minutes! More than 2hrs later with several calls, I finally got the medicines when it is just within the same Dubai Hills community! I hope they understand that medicine needs to be taken at specific timing! If they cannot delivered as promised, then don’t offer it. Will not trust to use the delivery service again.

Hii, i m working at dubai hills mall and my experience with life pharmacy is very good. I always buy supplements from there and since summer started they're also distribution free vitamin's for all staff and drivers cleaners who is working ouside or filling dizY in summers. Staff also is very helpful and service is very good.

I have nothing but great things to say about this pharmacy. Service was prompt and amazing. I even had an issue with one of my prescriptions and they were able to correct it in less than 24 hours. Everyone was so nice especially staff named Anju Justin. I have never had such a great experience from any pharmacy to this date.

I really love this branch of Life Pharmacy. It is spacious, tidy and has an incredible range of products. Everything is well-stocked and fresh. The staff here is also very knowledgeable and friendly. I always come here for my vegan and cruelty-free skincare products, and filling out prescriptions.
