Wow… if there were more stars available to give I would give Michael 100 stars. Michaels name and number were randomly dropped in my lap and am I so happy it was! His knowledge of insurance is impeccable and if he doesn’t know, which is highly unlikely, then he will most definitely find out for you! Michael didn’t even have to take my call or help me through the “mess” of insurance companies and not only did he answer my call he took me on and treated me like family! Going above and beyond is natural for him and he excels at it. He helped me before during and after the entire enrollment process. I wanted to change my plan after enrolling and he had no problem helping me fix everything. Again if I could give Michael 100 or 1000 stars I would! Michael you were amazing and your customer service skills are through this roof!! These days you don’t get treated like family often especially over the phone and you made sure to treat me like family no if ands or buts! I will recommend you to anyone and everyone!!
