Excellent staff and facilities. I have used the services of various physiotherapists at this location for many years to assist in regaining and retaining range of motion and strength after several joint replacement surgeries I have had due to my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have always found the staff to be well trained, friendly and very professional. I am presently receiving physiotherapy treatment from Mark Robertson for post operative shoulder joint replacement surgery. I have found Mark very knowledgeable and helpful in his treatment. Occasionally, when Mark is unavailable I have used the services of other staff at this facility and found all to be very knowledgeable and professional. If it were not for the staff at Lifemark at the Father David Bauer Arena I would not be able to enjoy the great quality of life which I have. I would definitely recommend this facility to anybody requiring their services.

I had never experienced this type of massage previously, and although Aron showed little mercy (Ha!), she was fantastic with letting me know what to expect from the treatments, making me feel much more comfortable about the whole experience. Since that first appointment, her efforts to tear down that muscle tissue, have been... surprisingly to me, Great! In fact, had it not been for her consideration, intelligence, and approach to overcoming my concerns, I'm unsure if I would have kept going for treatments. I was referred to this clinic post surgery which I had following a work place injury. Kelsi is my physiotherapist she’s amazing, compassionate and motivating. Despite of multiple setbacks as I still have some complications with my injury she had motivated me and explained me nature of my injury, that had keept me going and kept me motivated as I work towards my recovery. She had always taken time to explain me whenever I had questions related to my injury and always paid attention to concerns I have. I will recommend her to anybody who’s looking for a good and exceptional physiotherapist . Lori was my pre-surgery therapist who takes care of the patient on complex programs she was another exceptional therapist who I met and Allison who helped me while my primary therapist was away. Overall positive experience at this location

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, I probably should. I wanted to shout out Devin Grant after my appointment with her today. Devin is an exception physiotherapist and honestly anyone with pelvic pain or pregnancy should go see her, like now. Devin is extremely knowledgeable and her passion shines bright as she's educating you and sharing her knowledge. She creates a warm and trusting space within minutes. You can tell she wants you to truly understand why she's doing things and the reasons behind the exercises she suggests. I was honestly very anxious about my upcoming pregnancy and know that with Devin on my team I'll be going into it more prepared and ready for birth. Lifemark and this location are very lucky to have her. Thank you Devin!

Kelsi and Kendrick have been incredible in helping me recover from a work injury. Kelsi runs a fantastic team, and it shows in their quality of care and their results. I am eternally grateful for all of their help. The front desk staff have been consistently considerate and kind. The doctors on their team are efficient and empathetic towards assisting patients towards recovery. I came to this location back when I was still in highschool for an injury I sustained during gym class. When I had to choose a location for my current work injury, Lifemark Father David Bauer instantly was my first thought. Every time I have been treated at Father David Baur the staff makes me feel right at home. Both Mark Robertson and Devin Grant have facilitated my treatments, working with them has not only helped me through my shoulder injuries / pain but have given me a better outlook on how to best take care of the old temple, as we all should to mitigate future injuries. Immediately upon walking into the clinic you can clearly see the excitement and care the staff brings, they all truly love what they do. I continue to recommend friends and family to visit or at least sit down with one of the therapist when in need and have only heard the best of reviews. This clinic is wonderful! Every staff member I encountered was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I have worked with both Ravi (a few years ago) and Devin (most recently) and they are both excellent physiotherapists who got my recurring knee issue fixed and painfree very quickly. They are also very friendly and positive people who clearly enjoy their profession! Thank you ladies for making therapy a such a good experience! The Lifemark Father David Bauer clinic is amazing! I have always received excellent care from Melissa, my physiotherapist. She is knowledgeable, kind and welcoming at every visit. I was recently in a car accident and have been dealing with insurance and it has been a horrible experience, with my adjuster being extremely difficult to contact. Fallon at the front desk was so helpful and worked with me for weeks to track them down and get the information I needed all while ensuring I was getting the proper care. Kelsi Lemna is the best physio therapist I have ever had and I have had A LOT. She actually works on your injury (massaging, controlled movements, assisted stretching, suction cups etc.) and then shows you how to do the exercises. She has the strongest hands in the business, so if you are a bigger guy… fear not, she’ll be able to loosen up those muscles. She also books the right amount of clients so every gets enough attention. Gavin is also the man. He is polite and friendly. He is knowledgeable and confident about what he is talking about.

I have received physiotherapy treatment from Melissa Tomiyama. She is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled therapist, that takes her time with all of her patients. Melissa offered me exceptional care and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physiotherapist. She makes sure that her patients are comfortable and took the time to personally teach me exercises and stretching techniques. Overall, I have had positive experiences at this clinic. The facilities are excellent and the front desk staff are always friendly.

For the past five years I have been attending this clinic for physiotherapy treatments. Devin Grant is an exceptional physiotherapist and can't recommend her enough. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. At every treatment she checks in with me to ensure my at home exercise plan is working for me and makes modifications as required depending on my symptoms. She clearly communicates each treatment she performs and makes sure I'm comfortable (as one can be) during the whole process.

This has been a great place for my mom to receive physiotherapy. Alison is an amazing physiotherapist - knowledgeable, caring and personable. She is respectful of the fact that my mom is 86 and requires special care, but is still helping her to regain full range of motion within her physical capabilities. I unfortunately don't know the names of the other employees, but the assistants and front office staff have always been great to work with too. I highly recommend this Lifemark location.

Everyone at this clinic was beyond helpful and respectful throughout my entire first visit. From a friendly greeting at the door to a thorough assessment by the physiotherapist who genuinely listened to my concerns. Maddy, who completed my active assessment was very nice and clear with her directions as well as being very friendly. Something I think is highly valuable when seeking any kind of therapy. I have been seeing Bryce Snow for physiotherapy following an MVA, and both his work and the experience with everyone at the clinic has been great. Kelly at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, the rehab spaces and the change rooms are clean and bright, and Bryce is knowledgeable, personable, and had made the recovery experience as good as it can be. Will definitely recommend the clinic to others.

At the moment I am working in my physio with Melissa Tomiyama, and I am very satisfied with her job. She is a very professional and cordial person in her treatment, I can say that it is a pleasure to have someone so kind and excellent in her work, thanks for that. Similarly all the people at the reception, like Jim, he is a very friendly person and always willing to help with whatever I may need.

Everyone here, from the front desk staff to the physiotherapist, occupational therapists are wonderful. They always greet you with a smile when you come through the door. The therapists are very understanding, empathetic and knowledgeable. I have been seeing Mark Robertson and Miranda Godberson and they are amazing, but honestly everyone here are GREAT and a huge support in your way to recovery!

I’ve been going to Life Mark for the past six months. Kelsi, Geoff, Emily and Evie have been exceptional in my treatments. They are all very intune thought my visits; communicating what need to be done and what is happening in the treatment. They were able to get other services and supports to help me with my treatment plan. I would highly recommend this place if you need treatment

I wish I had gone earlier! My Physiotherapist Leon, and my Kinesiologist Alex, were truly Godsend. They were both compassionate, caring and kind in addition to being very knowledgeable and provided me with a well tailored program to recovery. It seemed like they were both my cheerleaders and took pride in seeing me succeed. I recommend this program without hesitation.

This place is great. Devin, one of the physiotherapists there is tremendous at her job. She is thorough and comprehensive. She has already helped me rehab an injury a couple of years ago, and is helping me again. The rest of the staff here are knowledgable and competent. Hard recommend if you're looking for a good place for physio. They direct bill benefits as well.

Employees at the clinic were polite and helped me with everything. A recent grad named Inaya helped me with exercises for my stiff neck and helped me understand why it hurt. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions well. At one point in the middle of an exercise, I felt a bit dizzy and she immediately rushed to help by bringing me a chair.

I've been receiving physiotherapy from Melissa Tomiyama for a shoulder injury and I truly cannot commend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough and focused and kind. Her manual therapy works wonders. I feel I'm in the most competent hands with Melissa. The staff at this clinic are wonderful as well. I am very grateful for this help!

I started as an AHS client but as Mark and Melissa have been so helpful, I have continued to return as a private client for over a year. Really enjoyed my WCB assessment by Dr Stelmaschuk and kiniesieologist arron higson they were both very thorough and to the point and that took away my anxiety and they answered all questions thankyou so much. I would definitely recommend their services. I am happy to continue on with my therapy here

I had Leon Lew as my physio therapist for the past few months. Leon is simply the best therapist that I have worked with. He has great attention to detail and explains why we do certain exercises and why we do them in a very specific order. Highly recommended.
