Overall the trip was fun and good. The agent (Steven) are very nice, responsive , patience in answering every request we wanted. Best is allow us to have the flexibility to plan itinerary we wanted. And we have a coach (Joanne) who fetch and assist us during the day trip. She also helped us to collect our boarding ticket as well which cut down all the waiting time . Furthermore she do extra mile to assist us to purchase the kueh lapis , really fresh from oven and hot when we received it best is nice and tasty.

We had a great time in our short Batam trip. Our tour guide is very responsive and our tour bus is very clean and very comfortable. We enjoy all the places we visited, though we missed out to visit those included in the itinerary. The breakfast and seafood lunch is very sumptuous. Steven is very attentive to our queries and request. Kudos to your team for your impressive effort.

Joined a private day tour to Batam. Very responsive tour agency that patiently answered queries via WhatsApp. Hassle free refund process when one of your mate could not join due to covid. Assigned local guide Kelly is very friendly and adapted itinerary per our preferences due to rainy weather.
