Estuvimos una noche en habitación mixta compartida. Es cierto que había bastante ruido y luz hasta un poco tarde, pero las camas eran realmente cómodas y olían a limpio (no siempre pasa). Los servicios higiénicos estában bien equipados y había agua caliente. También hay cocina disponible para huéspedes, y café y te gratis todo el día, lo cual me parece todo un detalle. Quienes llevaban hostal eran realmente agradables. El problema con el que nos encontramos vino a la hora de hacer el pago: intentamos hacer el pago desde la targeta de mi pareja (Colombia) y no resultó llegarles el pago pero a mi pareja sí le quitaron el dinero del banco. Esperamos hasta el final del día y, al no haber cambios, mi pareja habló directamente con el dueño. Primero le instó a que pagase en efectivo, a lo que nos opusimos ya que el fallo era de su sistema (y el dinero ya había salido), no de nuestra negación a pagar. Finalmente el dueño nos dejó ir sin pagar el cash. También digo, la cantidad era pequeña (62 soles) y no sé cómo lo hubiesemos arreglado de ser mayor. Pero en general, si pagan en cash, ¡muy recomendado!

The beds were very comfy, the bathrooms were clean and breakfast was included. The kitchen was ok. Our stay was great overall. The reason I give 4 stars is because we had an issue with card payment. The card reader they have isn't very reliable and there were issues with both cards that we tried to use. I would suggest to pay in cash in order to evade any issues of money leaving your account but them not receiving it (like in my case). They told us they had had issues like this before, so I would strongly suggest they get a more robust card reader that works well with international cards (especially being a hostel), or only accept cash. Luckily the staff were very helpful and resolved the issue for us.

2 receptionists are warm, welcoming all the guests, always smile, even go down stair to help me for waiting for the drive to pick me up to the airport, it is very different to the other hostel that I stayed 3 blocks away, staff are always frowning most of time when people passing by the desk. its a small but clean hostel, I made friends with roommates, kitchen is clean, room is small but clean, the house cleaning does change the bed sheets.

Cuando viajé a Lima me hospedé con ellos, las habitaciones siempre limpias, rico desayuno y el personal muy amable nos asesoraron como transportarnos dentro de la ciudad. Además la ubicación es muy conveniente cerca de parada de buses urbanos y frente al Centro comercial. Con ellos coordinamos la contratación de taxis seguros para que nos recojan del aeropuerto y nos lleven al hotel, para retornar también.

En realidad fue muy cómoda mi estadía en este lugar, todo el lugar bien conservado y limpio, el único inconveniente que tuve fue que mi reservación tuvo un sobre costo, no entendí el problema pero cancelé. Y la música del bar del costado incómoda un poco. Pero está muy céntrico y el servicio de la señorita recepcionista excelente. En conclusión recomiendo el lugar es muy confortable.

We didn't quite understand all the good comments about this place! We stayed in a private room, and there were stains and hairs on the duvet and sheets, no curtains on the windows so the light was quite disturbing, and most of all really loud! (Street sounds, sounds from reception, breakfast being prepared at 5am). Also quite far by car or bus to more popular areas like Miraflores or Barranco. The staff however were amazing and lovely, cannot fault them, but this place is in need of updating!

Lima House es un hostal tranquilo, que se siente literalmente como en casa. El gerente nos dio soluciones t opciones para nuestro viaje, en otro lugar no se molestarian en darlo. El desayuno estuvo excelente, nos hizo sentir bienvenidos con tamales. Gracias por toda la atención, los baños son increíbles!!

The rooms, beds and bedding are dusty and stuffy. They have the worst pillows ever. Also the breakfast is just toast and coffee. An egg would go along way. Staff is really friendly and its in a pretty great location. There is nowhere to really chill comfortably.

Honestly, this was the best hostel I stayed in Peru during the month I have been there! Hot showers, extremely friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. I totally recommend it to anyone visiting Lima. The WiFi was working just fine in all areas. There is a well equipped kitchen to cook. Even a cute aquarium in the common area! 5 starts well deserved.

Clean, relaxed, comfortable. Alfonso was extremely kind and caring. He woke up at 5am to call an Uber for me and made sure I left safely. Location is in the heart of downtown with almost everything you need at walking distance. If you’re traveling to or from the airport, plan at least 45 minutes in taxi as traffic can be heavy.

Super nice hostel, the bed was comfortable and clean, the showers were hot (!!!), wifi access in all the areas, the kitchen is good and has the necessary equipment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, very close to the historic center and to a big shopping mall. I definitely recommend it.

Excelente Lugar relación calidad / precio. Los desayunos son abundantes, las piezas cómodas. Pero lo más destacable el personal, siempre predispuesto a ayudarte. Nosotros llegamos 6 hs antes del Check in Y nos dejaron alojarnos en la sala de estár, usando las instalaciones sin cobrarnos de más. 100% recomendable.

We loved our stay, the staff is super helpful and nice, the hostel itself always very clean, super light and super well laid out I think ! Breakfasts are served until 11am and you can use the kitchen whenever you want. Definitely will go back to that place if I'm back to Lima one day.

Very clean place with a good kitchen. Nice location too for walking to the main square and other parks. A mall on the next block has a good supermarket and restaurants. They let me stay-in and had my bag on the locker til the time for my overnight bus ride.

We love Lima House! Stephanie was very helpful and super friendly as were the rest of the staff. Great location. Simple and clean environment with great lockers for storing luggage when you are out and about.

La atención de Fátima es maravillosa. Tiene agua caliente, wifi, las camas son cómodas, tiene buena ventilación, buena limpieza. Lo único que no me gustó es que es un poco ruidoso.
