I have never been so disrespected by medical professionals in my life. I called to make an appointment with my family doctor that happens to be there. She has no available time until September 30(its Sept 3) after explaining why I needed to see my doctor sooner then later they person on the phone rudely found me time on the same day I called in. I told her that I had 20 minutes from the time I got there to the time I left to see the doctor. I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes while people came and went around me and when I went to the desk to tell them I couldn't wait any long I had to leave they got defensive when I said it was ridiculous that I was told the doctor was on time 10 minutes before hand and all of a sudden they're 20 minutes late... Unacceptable. I will be finding a new doctor and I don't recommend anyone to here ever. Unless you like to be confronted and like to wait around.

The wait times can be long, but it's nothing that wouldn't be experienced at another clinic or walk-in. The staff are pleasant and the doctors topnotch. I was very fortunate to have found Dr. N. Roman. He shows a genuine care for his patients and takes the time to actually HEAR you. He works with you, to have your concerns taken care of in a matter you're comfortable with, but one that also allows him to properly do his job. My only complaint about Linden Ridge would be the on-site lab. The wait is usually 30mins or more. As well without notification or posting of times, the lab technian will go on their hour lunch. Often leaving 6 or more patients waiting. Perhaps having a regular lunch hour with a sign saying 'on lunch from x - x ' would improve these wait times.

I'm surprised to find negative reviews here, maybe not every experience is the same depending on what your situation is? I feel fortunate to have found Dr. N. Roman as he accepted me as a new patient after losing my previous physician. He's thorough, friendly and professional. As for wait times, when I go to a doctor's office I expect to wait approximately 30mins. If it's less, great! If it's more, oh well, what's a few extra minutes for receiving what I feel is excellent care? In closing, the lab and reception staff at Linden Ridge are awesome and I hope things never change there.

I was a patient of Dr. M. Roman at the Scurfield Medical Clinic about 5 years ago. We moved around that time from Winnipeg South on North End. During the last 5 years I did not feel the need to contact my family doctor, as the clinic was located far away on Scurfield. When I did contact the clinic I was told that because of the 5 year gap, I have to request another of their physicians. The Scurfield clinic is quite far from our place now. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH DR M. ROMAN . I did not have any other family doctor during the 5 years after I changed my address.

I don't typically post publicly but after witnessing bad reviews I felt compelled to share that my experience with Dr. Nadir Roman, and all front desk staff, has been exceptional. My wait times are acceptable, reception is polite, examinations are professional and thorough and the entire experience is far above average. I can't comment on the other Dr.'s in the clinic since I've never seen them. The one thing I'd change is the size of the waiting room but that's a limitation of the building, not the staff. Still, I took away a star for that reason only.

Although people may complain about the wait times, i find this clinic to be one of the best. Although you may have to wait the doctor i see is well worth the wait. The front desk receptionists can sometimes be a little short but they see so many people throughout the day that are rude so i can understand their behaviour, if you're pleasant to them, they're pleasant to you. The quality of care here is indescribable and i highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for a doctor!

So unfortunately Kristen Young, you are not the only person alive in the world. Also, unfortunately, around here you have to wait to see a doctor. Make an appointment. You can move to the states and pay if you'd like. Fine with me. If your issue is so urgent, go to a walk in clinic. That's what they're there for. Not sure who your doctor is, but Dr. Luk has been nothing but great for the past 20 years. I'll continue to go there as long as he's around.

Dusty clinic, staff tries to help but they're not very nice. If i call in about an urgent appointment for my 13 months old daughter they make me feel horrible about it like i made her sick!!! The lab tech is the slowest person ever and the faxes always say come back for another appointment. They just wanna bill us continously!

Clinic is dirty and dated. Walls are covered in memos about how much they charge for non insured procedures. This clinic is all about billing and nothing to do with patient care. Constantly call you back in so they can read test results and bill for it even though nothing unusual is on the lab report. Avoid.

Best and lowest waiting times. Better still are the doctors and staff. DynaCare clinical medical testing facilities have relocated and are no longer available here. I feel blessed to have finally found a place close to home where it is seldom crowded and with plenty of parking. WiFi available.

My husband sees Mr.Roman, he's so quite wonderful and takes the time to listen ,i was unlucky and ended up seeing Mrs.Roman, she is very dismissive of problems that i mention and i'm starting to feel uncomfortable, hopefully i can switch to Mr.Roman as well.

While scheduling my appointment, I write down the date and time in all of my calendars. An administrator scheduled me for the wrong day in their system causing me to miss a much-needed appointment and wait another 1.5 months.

I've been recommending this clinic to all my friends. They really have some great doctors in there and their staff have great client service skills and very professional. This clinic deserve a high rating.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. I also received appointment reminder from email and text.

I originally had Dr. Mare about 14 years ago: totally arrogant and beligerant. Switched to Dr. N. Roman and never had a problem. Very professional, caring, and understanding.

Doctor Mr. Roman is one of the very best doctors ever very kind, caring and always helps thank you! Linden Ridge is lucky to have him and Doctor Mrs Roman!!!!

Been seeing Dr N Roman there for some time now . Both he and the staff have been fantastic . Though the lab is quite busy , the fellow there does a good job.
