Came in to this store with my girlfriend and was served by the rudest staff, Cassandra at the til. She refused to take cash because she didn't "want to count it, or the change." In addition to this, she persisted to say the my girlfriend was not who she said she was because she has a different haircut than pictured on her license, then said the license was expired, when it doesn't expire til May. I'm kinda shocked management employs such an utterly useless and rude employee. Won't be coming back to this store again.

The atmosphere in this store is awful. Yes, I've been ID'd upon entering the store -- that is a bit irritating but I do look young, so I'm not going to argue with that. But I've also CLEARLY been followed around by employees like I'm going to steal from them (I mean, you could be a tiny bit more discreet, no?) and have been spoken to condescendingly when I asked questions about products. With so many other options in the area, I'm gonna avoid this liquor store from now on.

Staff needs to be re-trained and learn AGLC regulations. Went in there with my 21 yo son and my 16 yo daughter. The rude cashier demanded ID from both my son and my daughter (who had no ID) and wouldn’t sell anything to us because she believed I was going to give my daughter alcohol. As the PARENT, it is MY choice if I share with her in the privacy of my own home. Management backed her up. Learn the laws and hire friendlier staff. Will not shop here!

I’ve gone to liquor depot for years & have purchased lots from here. Today, the guy ringing us through was super unpleasant, rude & looked like he didn’t even want us in the store. It was like we were an inconvenience buying liquor at the LIQUOR STORE. His name was gilupreet or something along the lines for reference. I won’t be going back to liquor depot, I will be going to ACE or different liquor stores from now on.

This is MY go to liquor store. Close to home but not the closest and not even 2nd closest. What keeps me coming back is their friendly staff who have a good knowledge of the products that they sell. As well as the great selection of spirits .It's hard for me to say a bad word about this establishment. Keep up the great work .They will continually get my business. Give them a chance ,they you won't be disappointed.

My semi retired friend was refused to get serviced there two month ago, didn't have an ID. Today that happened to me. I am 39 and No, I don't look 16. I changed address on my licence so had a temporary one with no picture on it. They want to teach us a lesson to always carry ID. Well here's my lesson to them - they will never get my business again.

(06/11/23) 1150pm the girl working tonight has a major attitude problem Once again on this day 07/26/23 the girl working is very unprofessional confronting me on my review about her and yelling things as I left the store. She really needs to brush up on her customer service. Very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful.

Defiantly would not recommend. Apparently me as an adult cannot bring someone who is under my supervision and underage into the store even though I just renewed my ProServe and know that is a lie. The store is completely over priced and I feel as if the staff is highly under educated in regards to AGLC.

As many other people reviewed, they ID you no matter your age, no matter your appearance the second you walk in the door. I was shouted at on one occasion to return to the front and present my ID after walking in. Why should onus be on me, when the norm is to present ID at purchase?

They REFUSED to sell my husband alcohol since I didn’t have my ID on me, even though my husband was the one purchasing AND handling the alcohol. On pointing this out, the cashier began to argue with us about the law and was extremely rude! They’ve 100% lost a customer.

High prices but kept going there as it is so close to home. LAST time i went there they refused to sell me a bottle because i had no id on me?! I am 50 yrs old and I don't show my id to random people anyway-can't give up my privacy that easy. So I'm done with them.

Can't complain, staff is friendly and courteous, I was moving recently and was needing boxes for that and asked the staff to hold them if they could, so I got the boxes :) for finding beer it doesn't have the widest variety but has a fair selection of hard liquor

Got to the doors at 1:55 and they are closed. Someone is still inside but ignoring the group of people at the front door. Don’t advertise for 2 am, then have people pay Uber’s/cabs to get them there in time and ignore them at the door.

Expensive and ripoff. They don't have a price display for the customers at the register and when you ask the price of items there is often discrepancies. I wrote to headquarter......Never answered, stop going.

I'm actually really happy with this location. Service has always been great. We used to go to great Canadian liquor superstore, but we found out that liquor depot will price match within reason.

Never had issues here, very helpful staff as well. As for getting ID’d, I doesn’t really matter to me whether that’s done at the doors or at the cashier. Gonna get ID’d regardless.

Have the decency to update the hours on Google Maps so people don't waste their time driving around at night to find out that you were closed at 8 p.m. on New Year's Eve,

The worse liquor store ever. They have so much money and so many stores but still..they are much more expensive than any other small liquor store.

I am a regular there. I often bring my puppies when I shop and they often keep treats for my babies. Love the staff and service!!
