Worst place to drink in krakow. Filthy toilets Rude staff .... Myself and two friends went there for a drink one evening we had 2 glasses of wine and I Diet Coke. We paid the bill and left. On our return to our hotel we noticed that we had left the hotel umbrella behind. We went back the next day to get our umbrella. when we went to ask for our umbrella we got accosted by the owner and his daughter accusing us of not paying our bill from the previous day.. we tried to explain that they must have got us mixed up that we definitely paid. He then showed us a receipt which had the last number as the time and not the total of the bill we apologised and agreed to pay the balance but tried to explain to the owner and his daughter that it was an honest mistake and that there bill is a confusing layout as we took the last digits to be the amount .. The owner was very aggressive and ripped the receipt from my friends hands and told us to get out or he would call the police ... I will add the difference was only about €6 !!!!!!

Very bad service . Unprofessional 100%. I found a hair in my coffee and I was told it was mine . After that , they brought our food which was different from what we odered. When we kindly asked them if there was a mistake , the owner of the place came to our table and starting screaming in a very inappropriate way that we are ruining his day . And that they just replaced the mushrooms with beans ( like it was the most normal thing ) . We tried to communicate really nicely with him asking him why he didn’t let us know in advance before we order . He wasn’t even listening . He kept on cursing us really bad . We are tourists not even locals . If we knew what to do we would definitely call the tourism police . So this is the least I can do to speak my opinion and protect whoever I can

You have no right to call your place a restaurant, cafe, bar or anything Really, you have no right to call you anything. If you really don't care, it is better to close down. You are the reasons why people don't go out, people can make it better home. A Saturday evening, about 18 pm. there is lot of clients every and you only have one lady to make coffee, drinks, beer ect. There was a line of 6-7 wanting for order, the lady have no smile and look like she rather wanted to be home. I order hot chocolate and a cafe latte, both was so cold that my girlfriend thinking I make joke whit she.. If you really don't want to make it,,, then don't do it.. If the owner of this place read this here... Please do something ore close.... Because you don't not know what your job is...

Myself and my husband had breakfast here this morning, the lovely young girl serving explained that they were down staff as her colleague had not arrived for work she apologized for any delay, we had breakfast and everything was nice until I went to use the toilet, on my way I heard the owner verbally abusing the young waitress, his language was fowl, he continued to shout and swear, the young waitress asked him not to shout but to no avail. His behavior towards the girl was disgusting and totally unacceptable, I expect to hear an explanation from the owner as why he would treat anyone in this manner , I don’t know polish employment law but I do know to treat another person in this manner is deplorable

Good service, doesn't really scream british except from the sign. Mostly british customers though. Doesn't accept cards!! We went here for the sign that said "5 zloty for Zywiec" - and we also had a pizza. If you can wait (50 minutes) for a pizza - this place is great. Nice leopard skin on the crust (only napoletana pizza I've entountered in Krakow), but a bit undercooked on the bottom. Perhaps the temperature on the bottom of the pizza oven doesn't have enough heat. Well risen dough, airbubbles seems to be fairly good. Great cheese and sweet sauce. I didn't really expect much - so this was actually a pretty good experience. We paid 38 zloty (+ 10 tips) for 4 beers and a pizza - insane!

Trzymajcie się z daleka od tego miejsca. Obsługa udaje, że nie zna języka. Mówią tylko po angielsku do klienta. Ceny bardzo wygórowane jak na to, że w lokalu jest samoobsługa. Przy jednym stoliku krzesła i fotele, każde z innej parafii i co najważniejsze każde ma siedzisko na innym poziomie. Można usiąść z kimś przy jednym stoliku i czuć się jak krasnal. Ale łazienka. Łazienka to jakaś totalna masakra. Paskudnie, mega zimno, dziury w ścianach. Żeby się dostać do tej łazienki trzeba pokonać dużo stromych, krętych i naprawdę niebezpiecznych schodów. Skandaliczna. Nigdy już nie odwiedzę tego miejsca jest w okolicy sporo o wiele przyjemniejszych. Omijajcie szerokim łukiem.

Lokal generalnie wygląda ok.... Jednak ma sporo minusów: -masakrycznie wysokie ceny - brak możliwości płacenia kartą (w dzisiejszych czasach w centrum Krakowa??!!!) - zejście do oblesniej toalety schodami których lepiej nie pokonywać pod wpływem gdyż można się połamać - straaaaasznie długo trzeba czekać w kolejce do kasy (po każde jedno piwo trzeba stać w kolejce). Przede mną stały 3 osoby i minęło dobre 15 min zanim przyszła moja kolej (pan robi drinka, w międzyczasie myje szklanki i roznosi do stolików ) więc masakra. - obowiązuje tylko język angielski (nie robi mi to wielkiej różnicy przy zamówieniu piwa ale trochę dziwnie, w końcu jesteśmy w Polsce)

*Obsługa usilnie próbuje rozmawiać z klientami po angielsku. *Śniadania dość drogi względem jakości. *Angielskie śniadanie podane po 30min, mimo niewielkiego obłożenia. *Kelner nie podał tostów mimo iż są zawarte w śniadaniu (dopiero po upomnieniu tosty dotarły do stolika) * W menu zawarte 2 kiełbaski (na talerzu 1) * Grillowany pomidor okazał się ćwiartką pomidora. * Masło podane w plastikowym opakowaniu (trochę słabo jak na restaurację na rynku Krakowa. * Brak możliwości płacenia kartą (w dzisiejszych czasach niezbyt akceptowalne) Generalnie odradzam.

V centru Krakowa si tady můžete dát vcelku za přijatelné peníze dobrou kávu, ale na toaletu jděte raději do tržnice naproti. Takovéhle záchody nejsou asi ani v pražském metru. Opravdu hnus, chybějící dveře nebo prkénko, problikávající světlo, chybějící toaletní papír.. děs. Druhá věc obsluha, nevšímavá, platit se dá pouze v hotovosti a obsluha bere peníze navíc automaticky jako dýško. Sbalí peníze, a pak už se vás nevšímají. Jedna hvězda je za to kafe. Nedoporučuji k návštěvě, na náměstí je spousty lepších podniků.

If could give this place 10 stars I would. The plac eis full on brits, the owner is brits and work behind the bar what a guy. Definite spot for breakfast and drinks in the evening. its such a good place to go back and fourth from in between tours, you know they speak english, the onder is charming to talk to and so interesting to hear about his businesses. Great fry up btw :) Thanks to the lovely staff for making our trip so much easier

While the atmosphere of the bar is quite nice and the staff were friendly, the drinks are definitely tourist-priced. Just one street further off the square and the price drops from 15 zloty they charge to 5 zloty, a third of the cost. If you do want to sit by the main square, do so during Happy Hour when drinks are half price.

The owner is very rude... It was the worst place that i have ever been!!! We went with my family and order coffee and omelet.... We got a wrong order and he did not even apologize . He started talking in a very bad way and we just left dissapointed . Although we did not eat, the food seamed to be dirty. Very dissapointed

Went here in the afternoon just for a drink, great place to people watch. Live band in the square and many bars stretch the length of the street. In the evening they dont serve food but have a happy hour from 5 - 9 two beers 20plz you have to go into the bar as no table service in evening. Cash only no credit cards.

England in Krakow. Delicious breakfast in a great setting. very nice atmosphere outside. Superb, speedy service. Staff could not have been nicer, the owner service us and it was super busy so he rearranged the tables to make sure we could all fit. Definitely returning for breakfast and happy hour next time.

However the management should take responsibility for checking the standard throughout the day/night. Additionaly access to toilet not suitable to anyone with poor mobilty

Very rude went in there for a cup of tea because I had to wait for the others in the family but told me they don't serve single drinks then when I went to the bar to ask the barman he said don't speak English even though we all went there the night previously, some of the bars are very rude.

Pizza smaczna, piwo jak to piwo, obsługa miła i pomocna - nawet bez proszenia dostaliśmy wodę dla psów. Jedyny ale duży minus to bałagan w toalecie - ogromna dziura wywalona pięścią między kabinami, dojście do toalety przez jakiś magazynek (sic!). Zaszczana podłoga, deska... ech

Tragedia i porażka, brak możliwości płacenia kartą!!! Obsługa udaje że nie zna języka polskiego a między sobą rozmawiali po polsku,, co to za zakaz mówienia po polsku do klientów??? Ceny oczywiście z kosmosu a jedyny plus to miejsce przy samym rynku. Doradzam omijać z daleka

Нет возможности оплаты картой, а только наличные. Официанты не знают польский язык. Цены очень завышены, поскольку 12 злотых за чай с пакетика я считаю достаточно много. Единственный плюс это хорошее местоположение и быстрое обслуживание. В общем не рекомендую данное место.

Good bar off the old town square in Kraków. Prices very reasonable for this area of town. The beer offer in October was very good value, a large Tyskie for only 5 złotych. I can't comment on the food as I didn't eat, but the staff were very helpful …

Looked amazing walked for 30 mins to get breakfast, at 11am on 6th Augest and to be told we're not open till 3pm, the yesterday 7th Augest I went down at 8pm to find doors wore locked, its a pity. I could see this place doing well its got a prime location.

40 minut czekania na jedzenie po to zeby do pie zywa i rogali dostac plastikowe opakowanie z maslem i mini dzem rowniez w plastikowym opakowaniu. Nie wspominajac o tym ze angielskiego to tutaj nie kojarzą. Za to brytoli jest duzo takze buractwo pasuje.

I understand that it's only a bar at night and that during the day it is a cafe as well. There is a general untidiness with boxes etc lying around. The staircase was wobbly and the patio heaters all out of gas. Not having access to a drinks…

Pizza margarita to jakiś skandal, sam sos pomidorowy z jednym listkiem bazylii. Śmiech na sali i dodatkowo piwo rozcieńczone z wodą i ochydnym sokiem najtańszym. Obsługa bardzo nieprzyjemna, wszystko robią z wyrzutem. Nie polecam.

Don’t bother going here. Horrible food, gave us no toast and a sausage less on each plate, when complained they just said the menu has changed and still charged us the same amount. Worst English breakfast I’ve ever had.
