Worse experience ever. The owner was not there. The two attendants or should I say two idiots at the store gave a bath to my pet. Only one was working and he didn’t know what to do and how to do his job. My pet was crying like anything. I have been to other grooming salon but my pet has never ever cried. He chained my pet on an open table and then looked for a drier. If My pet would have jumped, he would have broken his neck. The other idiot was busy over the phone and didn’t bother to help. If you love your pet then please don’t go here. I was lucky that I didn’t leave my pet in their hands as we were standing there during the entire process. Can’t describe what we went through. Never ever I am taking my kid there. Not even to buy a bloody chew bone. They should probably shut their grooming service before killing someone’s kid.

I have visited this salon twice still not satisfied with the haircut my cat has knots and staff have casual attitude they don’t bother about your time and how far you have travelled to get an haircut In my first visit the staff wasn’t skilled to cut my cats hair On my second visit the main staff didn’t bother to check and give proper hair cut or remove knots Though I paid full amount You guys should be professional don’t just earn money

I resently visited shop , the service providers me was excellent .. The discount system was very unique , they provide totally 20 percentage discount , on product and service... 10 on bill or 10 in point system . Mr. Kaustubh have great amount of knowledge so I totally satisfied . In shop there are also all kinds of brands dog food available .

I went to their shop, the shop was very hygienic and clean, all workers including the shop owner were too polite. The Owner personally gave attention and did grooming of my cat. I would definitely recommend it.The Price was also too much affordable. Totally Worth it. Best Grooming parlour for pets in Nagpur. And Perfect place for your Pet.

Very bad service they charge 600 rs for spa but they dont clean pets properly and after that they use to tell that pet having infection and selling there products which is not worth i will not recommend
