Went in to get half a pack of dark blonde hair to create the front clip in pieces for my LA Weave. Explained that I was to dye them blue with Directions (which they sell as well) and have 20 inch bright blue hair visibly in my head. The man was extremely rude, I felt like I was inconveniencing him by being there. He kept getting out the wrong colour even though the perfect colour in a brand I know is in my price range as it was my favourite brand for years was right in front of me. I trusted him though as he was apparently the expert. Bad decision. He sold me half a pack of hair and some clips for £39, and I got home and dyed them, the apparently HUMAN HAIR and half of it hasn't dyed, in very neat strands like highlights. Those strands are clearly synthetic. I have dyed them 3 times, wasting money on them too. I rang the shop before and another man said that I should have bought a plain colour blonde not a mixed if I was going to dye them, and so I asked why I wasn't told this when it wasn't me who chose the hair but his employee. He said we don't give any advice on dying. But he knew this information and still miss-sold me the hair. I now have hair that is totally unusable, I'm going to have to buy more hair, more dye for it and keep my hair up for days until I get it. £39 is a lot of money. I am beyond angry. I was a customer of this shop and went in there willing to part with my hard earned money and instead they've needlessly wasted my time and money. They won't give me a refund but I will make sure they think twice before conning someone else (why? I was going to buy hair anyway, why do this? As*hole).

They really helped me get the right hair extensions for my hair appointment at a salon that was right upstairs. I visited them 3 times on the same day because I was so confused on what hair to get. The staff there, of mixed ages and gender, are extremely helpful! Great atmosphere in the shop! You don't feel bad asking a million questions about certain products, they are happy to help! They even have experienced hairdressers working there so you know you're getting the right advice! They sell all sorts from makeup by the till, to hair care products by the entrance and more importantly, hair extensions for braids - synthetic and real human hair. They even sell wigs at the back! If you need anything hair related, this is the shop to go to. Easy to get here, as soon as you enter St. John's Shopping Center at the main entrance, they are located right by the escalators. Note: There isn't a refund system, however they do exchanges instead. For instance, I bought 9 hair extension packs but they were the wrong type. They said I couldn't do a refund but I could get the right hair extensions for the same price and they do an exchange! I was happy with that. If the other product is a bit more expensive than the first, then you just pay the difference.

horrible horrible staff members! seems to be a shop that “if you’re only looking and not byuing, get out”. A man shouting “anyone need help” to nearly everyone replying with a “no” which then he babbled on because everybody was just having a look. Other customers didn’t even get the chance to walk in before him offering help to shoo them off quicker as it was “busy”. Bare in mind there were only about 5 people having in the shop. Very racist. The other staff members didn’t look very comfortable with his actions. He then targated us (me, my partener and a friend) as we were blocking the “door/fire exit”. We weren’t even standing near the door. Wouldn’t give them my last pennies to save my life, not even worthy of one star. Disgraceful attitude of a “manager”. Being in the managing industry myself, I would never speak to customers in that way. Have no idea how that shop is still open.

Bought a £50 packet of human hair the same curl and grade as another company I'd got from ebay, I'd coloured the ebay hair eith truezone bleach 30%vol and after 30 mins it lifted to a strawberry blonde, I coloured the hair from this shop using the same truezone bleach and it lifted to a dark brown after 1 hour... this hair is not human hair otherwise it would of lifted there is no way you can put 30vol bleach on human hair and it not change colour. I took it back to the shop and they were very rude awful customer service skills, they were so unhelpful they offered to give me a new packet of the same hair which is pointless they didn't even offer to give me a gift card to cover the costs all they offered was to give me a new packet which i didnt want as the hair was poor quality and unfitfor purpose.

Don't bother ordering from them. They won't send your order and then 8 days after you placed it you'll be wondering where your order is and end up chasing them for information. Then you'll find out that they don't have your item in stock and didn't bother to tell you. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Was promised a refund yesterday and now I am having to file a claim with paypal. Do not waste your time and money. Dismal customer service.

Absolutely discusting people who own this went in today to look at hair pony's only to feel pressured into buying one which WAS NOT my hair colour he insisted I take it even tho I said I'm not sure! He put it behind the counter for me to purchase and when I said I didn't wqnt to buy it he screamed at me all over the shop infront of customers what a way to treat a customer will not be going again !!! Also very racist to english people.

Big range of fashion colour hair dyes here which is convenient, but the staff are extremely rude- they completely ignore you and shout to each other across you constantly, as well as always being on the phone having personal phone calls, even when serving you they keep chatting on the phone, so sometimes it takes ages for them to scan all your items and take payment due to their preoccupation.

This shop is inside St John shopping center in liverpool city center.. The shop is owned by Arabs.. They sell hair accessories,makeups,hair extensions of different colours, wigs of different styles and colors,weaves... They also sell treatments for African hair.. They have shampoo,conditioner,hair dye of different colors... They have earrings too

Avoid this place, was told they would exchange the hair extensions I bought (if they was wrong colour) if they was returned in the original packaging and attached to the card enclosed, which I did, but when I got there, they back tracked on what they said, and wouldn't exchange!! would NOT recommend to purchase anything from this place!!

It's awesome place where you can find most useful African items, there is Indian Workers they are friendly people but the only downside i guess is that they don't know if the product works or not when you are unsure of something but it doesn't matter that much overall great place i would buy something again if i need to …

Incredible! The manager of the shop is frighteningly lacking in sense of the customer. I asked him about the availability of tools for extensions (because I'm a hairdresser), he did not even deign to raise his head to answer me! Glacial experiences !! They have to work terribly on their customer service!
