Absolute 5 Star Service...and more. Answered phone quickly even though it was a late night call. My door lock had stopped working and I couldn't lock my door. Called Steve spent less than a minute on the phone, text him my address and he arrived within 15 minutes. He sorted out the problem quickly also. He was very professional, kind, amicable and trustworthy - thanks Steve you really did a great job and I will be recommending to everyone now - I've already passed your details on to friends to your contact details in their phone! What a fantastic job! Steve was unbelievably quick to respond and explained what he was doing every step of the way. His service was fast and efficient and he took every care to ensure there wasn’t a single mark left anywhere - you couldn’t even tell a locksmith had been when he was done! 100% recommended.

UPVC porch door wouldn't open despite being unlocked so called Stephen who arrived when he said he would and methodically investigated the problem, pleasantly explaining what he was doing. A faulty part was replaced and the door now works as it should. Highly recommended.
