Started out really well, great communication but absolutely no service or even a response to my emails since. Had a huge insurance claim issue, I was lucky to get a hold of the broker, we spoke and told me he would step in and do what he could but completely ignored all correspondence after that. Policy costs have escalated year on year and I can't seem to get an answer to my emails or a call back...they just keep sending the bills. I am shocked at these positive reviews...I am just an individual so maybe companies get serviced and the rest ignored. Find a broker who is invested in you or just get your own policy online.
