Couple of days back I had a keratin treatment from Look Well salon and found amazing outcome at the end of the procedure. The results are more than I did expected and best part is my hair isn't damaged at all. Initially I was worried but now I am relaxed after getting the final outcome. This is one of the best salon I found in Ulhasnagar. Best offers, affordable services, friendly staff, lovely environment, free wifi (as it helped me to check office stuff during ME time), staff offered tea, coffee and veg sandwitch, to be honest this made my day. The staff was well behaved, proper precautions were taken in the salon, I didn't found even a single negative aspect about this salon. I will strongly recommend my friends and siblings to visit here atleast once. Special thanks to Ali who worked on my Keratin treatment, the only man whom I trust blindly when it comes to hair treatment and the salon Manager who helped me to solve the queries I had related to the salon services, ongoing and upcoming offers and correct suggestions related to the products that I bought. Overall thanks to all the team members and I had a lovely day and will surely visit soon ❤️❤️❤️

- A delightful experience 50% of credit goes to Arun, the 7 years experienced stylist. - Arun was friendly professional & a skilled person, his final work is appreciated. - The Cost becomes aside when you get to experience such a smiling friendly service in proper manner. - You must really giving him a pat on the back & a raise. - The Salon was nice, cool ambienced, music-ed, and new. - The other staff was also smiling faces which was very customer friendly. - The Equipments were sanetized before use. I will recommend install a sterilized machine. - Will surely come again next time too. - This store accepts all types of payment modes. - Keep it up.

Waxing was good. But due to huge customer rush, my hairwash was done by a receptionist. She clearly didn't know how to blow-dry properly. She mishandled my hair, saying this is the way its done. Later ,I was asked to pay extra for hair blast dry, which meant proper groomed appearance of hair after wash. I was charged exorbitantly even after being a member. They didn't even give me the bill. It's all fraud service. They charge for every single thing and don't deliver quality services. I will prefer to be loyal to my local salon which gives better service in far lesser price. In UNR, such salons won't survive the market for long. Very disappointed.

Pros: - Good interiors - Good service - Trained staff Cons: - No transparent rate card for men's services. - I went there thrice and was charged different rates (2.5K, 4K, 1.5K) for the same service. They keep giving the same excuse that it's not updated. Due to no rate card, I feel they charged me high on the 2nd visit. - Staff can be more professional. The type of professionalism we see in salons of Mumbai & Bangalore.

The Botox hair treatment service I received was highly disappointing. Despite spending 10,000 rupees, it turned out to be a complete scam. They sold expensive shampoos and conditioners, claiming they were essential for the treatment, but in reality, they did not contribute to any positive results. It's evident that they are deceiving people with their false promises

Strictly OK. Go here only if you have to. Pls avoid if you are male. The barbers are not of high quality.. be it skills and grooming. Haircut was strictly OK. Moreover, they do not have experience in shaving at all as claimed by themselves They stock only the most basic shaving stuff No gels No special stuff for sensitive skin Mainly. No training to clean shave

There is totally new staff, and this new staff is good for nothing, specially the guys sitting on reception. Beautician PRIYA purposely spoilt my eyebrows just because I asked for other beautician (haseen) before asking for her. She was like I told you haseen left, still you are asking for her. And then she spoilt my eyebrows.

Worst service provided .. people spending 10000 rupees but they don’t know how to color the hair & cut them… staff having poor attitude not attending customer properly..sabhu Salman having bad behaviour, alot of attitude, doesn’t know how to attend and fulfill customer need . Very Pathetic Pedicure service. I would request you to do quality check of your products. 900 Rupees for Pedicure but they don't have atleast one good working nailpaint and when asked for bill they said it will be emailed or messaged on registered mobile number and its been one day I haven't received the bill.
