Hi looking good team, Thank you so much for the effort to deliver the bed on time. I was greeted and assisted by Mr. Afridi at the store, he was polite enough and assisted us to see all the available options on the store and took our inputs to wisely choose the one for our home. The delivery was smooth and it got delivered on our required date. During delivery there was a minor scratch, we again contacted him and he got it rectified immediately in the next day morning. It was an amazing experience, the pricing was good with the quality of bed we received (solid wood), it looked great with proper furnishings and looked sturdy enough. Not getting good exchange rates for our old cot, based on high recommendations from friends and family we ended up in Looking Good furniture, Whitefield branch. Sales rep Soundarya was very patient and she showed all the products in the store and once we decided on the cot we wanted they offered us various customisation options. It took about a week to 10 days for the product to get ready. Once the product was ready the pictures were shared. On settling the full bill the delivery and installation was very smooth. We would highly recommend the store. In terms of the store they have very limited but functional choices. They also offered a good exchange rate for our old cot.

When they give offers like festival times, grab it, Mr. Vignesh is very humble, helpful while purchasing right from selection to delivery everything will be updated Usually for sofa it takes 12-14 days Designs are good and product is durable, I am existing customer Just for important information and experience: If purchasing bigger sofa, have the alternate plan for it's entry like lifting it from balcony or common area with the help of ropes and many guys will be required as per it's weight accordingly, as service lifts and staircase entry doors are causing trouble for bigger sofas

Posting this review after 6 months of buying a custom sized bed from Looking good furniture. The bed is amazing. quality of work, looks and storage space everything is nice. Our customer executive was Savio. And he helped us pick the right bed according to our requirements. We requested for a custom sized bed 84*72 and for the bed to have 4 storage drawers instead of hydraulic system. Thank you looking good furniture for customising it!
