The Salon Manager (Monika) was attending to us well & tried to accomodate our preferences. She even helped us with some photographs after our services were complete. Appreciated. 2. All staff tried to flex our service preferences. 3. Refreshments were served What was terrible? 1. Looks Salon overcommitted by taking 3 Pedicure requests when they did not have sufficient staff for 3 parallel pedicures. 2. Only some of the staffs were skilled. Others were very average & they need lot of training. 3. Lot of time was wasted as there was too much gap between requested services.

I got the hair color done from here both global and balayage highlights in golden blonde, I opted for the senior hair stylist and I paid 16000+ for the color. They took more than 5 hours to do the color and didn’t get the memo correctly. The color wasn’t even visible in my hair at day1 and I was getting too late so I couldn’t get it right the same day. Next day again I went there and again they took 5 hours to just correct the already done color. I can’t believe the bad services at all and the hair stylist didn’t understand my requirement at all. The next day he first bleached my hair too much and due to which the ends of my hair got so rough so later he cut my hair so short to remove the damaged hair. I can’t believe this he completely ruined my hair . The end result also was so so light than what I was expecting. This is ridiculous services in the money what I paid.

I am giving two stars because my earlier experience was really good in hair cut when you had Mr. Kabir as hair stylist, but this time pathetic, the stylist was Mr. Rahul, I asked for butterfly haircut, though it looked nice when he did all that blow dry and outer curls, but after wash I realised that the cut is uneven, huge difference between right side layers and left side layers, I waited for like one week to see is this in my head only or is the cut actually inappropriate, but it confirmed when few of my friends said the same thing. I am very disappointed as this has ruined my whole plan, I have to attend wedding in next 15 days and this haircut looks worse. I won't say salon is bad because I have been visiting from last 3 years but this time it was very disappointing.

My experience at looks is overwhelming as I entered I feel little bit confused because I always use bounce salon but when I met Mr. Shubham with a welcoming smile he give me detailed info of every products here I have done hair cut, color, Hair Spa and Shaved and overall the hair spa was best part because with the hair spa he gives me the back massage too and this was amazing here I met Mr. Mayur who always passing comedy messages making me happy once again thank you so much Shubham for best hospitality.

Great staff, the place is well managed and clean. Me and my cousin got facials, body polish, manicure and pedicure from them. Shout out to Pooja for very attentive service. All service was satisfactory, other than nail care. The cuticles on my hand weren’t very well removed, the shaping on my cousin’s nails was uneven and the painting of the nails wasn’t very clean or even, very subpar as far as expectations from professional work goes. I’d recommend the place for other services for sure and would come back again.

Had my very first hair color experience in Jaipur and so amazing service it was here at this place Staff and full team is is really helpful here and so understanding. It was my wedding anniversary next day and I reached there late evening, still they understood me and worked till 11:30pm for my service. Recently visited the Salon and had a Superb Experience. Got my Hair Coloring Done from Vishnu And Yugal both did an appreciating Job. I am highly satisfied with the service and also with their behaviour. The Initial Color didn’t came out as I planned and was not looking good on me , Vishnu went forward and redo my hair until I am satisfied without me saying a word.
