So I see the short hair blonde woman and a customer coming and the lady said well good go to Home Depot then… obviously she wasn’t aware that lady was MY MOTHER…. So then we headed to the front desk to look for a manager to complain, and then I am still reaching out to corporate office. The lady was very nasty and rude to my mother….. We have s a good 60+ years in customer service between the both of us and in today’s society customer service, it SUCKS!!! We appreciate the terrible service that we got today and we will never be back WE WILL GO TO HOME DEPOT and now will we will also be selling our shares of stock…. God bless

Tried to exchange a new can, complete with the plastic seal I just removed 20 minutes earlier, of "Great Stuff" that the plastic nozzle broke before any foam even came out. While standing in the return line the guy next to me is returning a lumber cart full of battery powered lawn equipment, and a Kobalt chainsaw. He still had grass on his pants. He told the employee doing the return that "it stopped working" for each item. It was clear he bought the items to do yard work and returned all the tools after he finished. The employee didn't check any of them or even take them out of the open boxes to inspect. But I can't just swap out a plastic nozzle on a $5 can of foam because I left my wallet, with the Lowes Commercial card at home.

Gloria was very helpful to me this morning. She took the time to walk me to the area and explain to me how and what item I needed. Meanwhile three other workers were seated near the washer and dryer area talking, the Hispanic (tan, dark hair and short beard) looking man in the group only told me the isle number and pointed in the direction of the isle. Then he continued to sit and chat with his friends. When I got to the isle he sent me to it was not the correct isle. Rather than going all the way from isle 16 to the washer dryer area I thankfully saw Gloria. So grateful for her help and direction.

Tried to buy 10 bags of mulch but the area was locked. The store associates all told me something different, where to go, who to talk to, where to purchase, etc. yet it still took almost 30 minutes to get somebody to unlock and load up the mulch in my truck bed. The worst part about it is I purchased 10 bags, the associate confirmed before he loaded, and still somehow only managed to place 8 in my truck bed. I didn’t think it was necessary to count and check his own work, but of course when I get home realize that only 8 were there ‍♂️ honestly just unbelievable.

I placed a good size order for delivery and when I received the plywood it was in such bad shape I couldn't use it. It's like they gave me all the stuff the other customers pick through and didn't want also half of my order wasn't there and when I get back to the store the customer service was so bad they acted like it was my fault. They tried to replace the missing order with material that didn't match what I originally ordered. I would of gave zero stars if I could but I didn't have that option. My all around experience with Lowe's was horrible

Lowes is trying to be green in the fact that they are putting in LED lights in all of their stores. However, I wanted to purchase a SOS clearance item and they didn’t mark the pricing properly, but apparently they keep marking them down kind of a Dutch auction style until it sells or the price goes to zero. Once it goes to zero they will not sell it to you even for a dollar. They will throw it in the dumpster. Which, considering all the energy that it takes to make a product is a huge environmental waste. Shame on them.

Costumer service the worst I came in as a contractor trying to get a order for my Costumer and they are super rude and mean first they say order doesn't come out on there computer after that they say you are not added on the oder I try to talk to a manager and he doesn't show up for a long time eather. Never recommend this place the name of the lady is Kristi and name of the manager is Mike today is October 4 2023 never found someone rude like this manager at Lowes avoid if you can to talk to this two people.

Waited all day for a promised delivery. Receipt for shed ordered a week ago said I’d get call day before with 4 hr window of delivery between 8am to 8 pm. Never got that call. Called day of promised delivery at 9 and was told it was being loaded on delivery truck and I would get call 30 min b4. Called again at 5 pm and was again told would be delivered by 8 pm. It’s now 7:55, no delivery, no call. Waited 6 min for someone to answer phone and no one did. Who knows when my shed is coming???

Nothing more frustrating. Every time I go in to get lumber at this location there’s not a lumber cart to be found inside. It would be nice to see staff bringing them in throughout the day. I should have learned my lesson long ago to just bring one in from the parking lot but always hope that this time they’ll be one inside ready. Instead there are 5-6 of them with orders on them. Oh and the yellow pine 2x4 selection is horrible. Hardly ever a good piece, maybe one of every 10 is useable.

We are re-doing our bathroom, office, and bedroom so I went in to look at paint colors, lighting, shelves, etc. with my daughter while her dad works in the bathroom. Somehow we must have looked suspicious taking pictures of item to show him, because security started following me around the store. He even made a lap around us outside while my 5 year old daughter was chasing butterflies in the flowers. We’ll take our projects somewhere that doesn’t treat us like criminals.

I despise LOWES. Didnt honor "lifetime warranty" on a tool set as they don't have that set any longer. Tried to make me take a different set that had about half the tools and refused to make any sort accommodations to complete the set. The asst mgr was a little rude to me.I fixed the box and just bought new replacements to complete my set. I use Home Depot now and don't mind driving the 9 miles farther one bit. I wave as I pass LOWES on the way to HD!

I had such a great experience at this Lowes at 5155 Lenox Ave in Jacksonville Florida. I came in to get paint and the paint desk had no employee at the counter. I went down the aisle and found SHANTRELL !!! The paint department was not her section , but she took the time out to help me select what I needed . She was wonderful . Thank SHANTRELL for your wonderful customer service, I really appreciated it !!!

May 8, 2023 Lowes is advertising 4 for $10 on their 3 inch vegetable plants. Signs are posted 4 for $10. They are advertising on TV. I was charged $5 a piece at the register. Then they said I had to go to returns to get my money back. Would not take them back at the register. You would think as big as Lowes is they would not have to do the the old bait and switch. Word to the wise, Check your Receipt.

I choose this garden center over the one at Home Depot every time. It's not as crowded, there's a larger variety of shade and part shade loving plants and the prices are similar if not better. It's not a mom and pop shop to be sure, but if you're going big box, this is the one. I also like the modern design options for trellises and pots that they carry. I have had a great experience every time.

Rick that works in the door department went above and beyond for us. He was awesome! He helped us find a door we were looking for and took us up front to cash us out. There were about 8 people standing around needing help and Rick was the only associate in his area at the time and helping everyone. He deserves a raise for his great service and attentiveness to his customers!

Had it not been for Marco, I would have returned the 2 items that were first delivered, canceled the rest of the sale & gone elsewhere. Demanding that a manager call to solve an issue is a joke. I feel Lowe’s knows customer service. Little things like air in the parking lot (see picture), knowledgeable employees that are easy to find, bigger and better selection of products, store credit if you are returning items and don’t want to dig through all you receipts. All that is in comparison to the other big box store. Thanks Lowe’s 5 ⭐️’s!

Kyle in the paint department is an outstanding employee of this Lowe's location. He gives customers his undivided attention. With his years of experience, he knows what works and what does not. And he does not stand around, looking at his cell phone like other employees. He is a model employee that Lowe's should be proud to call its own.

I dropped into Lowe’s Garden Center on the way home from work. I needed some hardware cloth to make repairs on my chicken coop. There was no price on the cloth so I asked at the register. They lady was friendly as she scanned and told me the price. Then I found this super cool cat amongst the plants! I’ll be back just to see the kitty!

From what I know so far the pricing was fair and the plants I got some was full price others at half... Best part check out was fast and the associates were helpful...

Great variety of home improvement items. The staff at each department was present and able to offer assistance when requested. Main aisles where kept clear of debris. Customer restrooms where clean and no cleaning supplies were left behind. Checking out was swift considering the amount of customers that were in line. Thumbs up!

Just wasted 30 minutes of my time at this place looking for a stop valve with threads which apparently they don't carry couldn't find an employee anywhere to help me so I walked the quarter-mile all the way back to the register to have them call for help and no one showed up so I left after another 15 minutes!!!!! I love this Lowes always has a beautiful display of plants and flowers, I always have to take some home. Great associates except the Custer service desk if you need to pick up or return something could be friendly and work with an urgency that people are waiting. Other than that I love this place!

I don't know a thing about the tools or all the products that bring many people here what I do know is they have a fabulous Garden Center. A wide selection of we'll tended indoor and out door garden favorites. You can get your soil or your potting needs tools planters it's the real deal.

Lowes let's you bring your dogs, which is super handy when you have a dog that loves to get pets from the widest assortment of randoms possible. Also it makes being in Lowes far more tolerable when you are with your husband who spends entirely too much time perusing galvanized couplers.

Needed a kitchen faucet. Not sure if I agree with how much things cost. But they sell competitive offers. Got what I needed and help from friendly staff. Store was well stocked and clean. They don’t sell sprayers separately for their in house brand faucet. That was kind silly.

My new Lowe's since we moved into our new house. The staff here are much better than the Lowe's at Regency, my old store. A nice young man loaded all my wood into my truck. It was a lot, I am building a fence. He volunteered and I never even had to ask.
