I never leave bad reviews, but the management of this store is a joke. We ordered $6,000 worth of countertops from here and Shirley was great to deal with. (Countertop specialist). They advised it would take two- three weeks max to get the countertops in stock. They are made in Las Vegas and they are common style so they would have them. We ordered them and only part of the order was delivered. They said the other pieces were missing or damaged. When we went to pick up what was available we were advised they were damaged. This has went on for, so far, 2 months and we still don't have all of our countertops. Tired of waiting we went to get half of our order from the store so we could install them. When we went to pick them up it took 2 hours to locate them in the store. Once found they were again damaged on the corners in the edges. Tired of waiting we decided we would just take them and see what we could do to fix them up. Again in the process of loading them into our truck, store workers dropped them on the asphalt causing more damage to them. The manager who was helping us told us to contact Shirley with countertops for a discount or refund. When we contacted her she advised that her manager only authorized her to give us a $50 gift card. We still don't have the second half of our order. We are in the process of cancelling our order because they do not care about the customer. To have an employee damage the product at the store in front of the manager and customer and then only to offer a $50 gift card on a $6,000 order is a horrible way to do business. We were PRO members and in the last year spent $20,000 in products just to have them treat us like nothing. Shop somewhere else or Home Depot. They might care about their customers.

On 6/1/22 my husband and I went to Lowes on east Craig to look at washers and dryers! The appliance department was very busy (5 people in line). So we went over to the machines and started looking at the whirlpool sets! We looked for about 10 minutes then went to the counter to ask some questions! Btw the two employees at the counter had already cleared the line of customers! Paula was available and answered all our questions and went with us to show me how a specific feature of the washer worked! When told I was interested in purchasing the set she even went back to the stockroom to verify there was both a washer and dryer available! Unfortunately the washer was not “in stock” but would be available by the 12 of June! We purchased the set and Paula explained that inventory did show that both units were in stock and she would go back to the stockroom after we left and again see if she could find the washer and would let me know if it was available and possibly move our installation date up to June 5 if it was located! About 2 hours later I received a call advising that Paula did in fact find the washer in stock and asked if I still wanted everything delivered on 6/5! My answer was absolutely! Very long winded msg but in my opinion this is exactly what a representative of Lowes should have done! Paula is the kind of sales person managers love because she goes above and beyond to see that her customer is happy not just with the purchase but also with the experience and service received while in there store! Great job Paula!!!!!

We bought a new kitchen sink from this store and paid them to have a plumber come out and install it. Nightmare. When they removed the old sink it stuck to the countertop a little. So instead of maybe using a mild solvent to loosen things up a little or even trying to be careful at all, they just pulled it up. ripped and cracked my counter top in multiple places. They also did not secure my instant hot water faucet and when you went to use it, it would just spin to the left or right. The worst thing is that they BROKE my brand new sink when they installed it and didn't say anything. On the back right corner there is a 2 1/2 inch razor sharp sliver of porcelain broken off the sink. Ruined the sink. I didn't know until one day I was wiping the sink clean and cut my finger open on the sharp edge of the broken piece. As time has gone by the broken area has turned black and dirty and impossible to clean. It has become more and more visible and unsightly. We failed to report it promptly so I guess we are stuck with a broken sink and torn up counter. Thanks a lot Lowes. Great plumbers you have working for you. Oh, and just so you know, the rest of our remodel will be done without your help. I'm sure your competition is happy about that. If I could give Lowes on West Craig a lower rating than one star I would.

We purchased carpeting and flooring from Lowes spending a rather sizeable amount of money. The process did not go smoothly. We had to go back multiple times as estimates take over nite to complete. We waited over a month for installation. Lowes uses a third party installer and the communication between us and the installer, us and Lowes, and Lowes and the installer were in a word poor. Multiple calls to Lowes where we were promised a return call were never returned. Lowes phone system is the worst send you off to the wrong department and then always back to customer service where they say they will investigate but then NEVER call back. We had delay after delay due to this. So why four stars you ask? The installers were phenomenal. The flooring was done with absolute craftsmanship. The rugs very well done. We had a huge amount of carpeting and flooring left. Flooring was return for a full refund. The final bill was messed up so we met with the store manager and the flooring manager, explained our issues and experience and it was quickly fixed. I was impressed with both men. Would I use Lowes again. Yes.

Today i felt discriminated( i was treated diffrerently) than other customer before me at the self check out. A white female heavy built was doing her job by checking the self checkout machines a few steps from the wall but when it was my turn to pay she got into the front of the shopping cart blocking it by 1 or 2 steps and just stared at me i just felt really uncomfortable because i felt the look on her face and i though she is one of those she saw when i scanned everything on my cart weed treamer, pesticide and 2 small pvc fittinngs and used my card to pay at the moment i took the first step she approached me with a can i see your receipt looking down at me my response was REALLY she looked surprised at me i need to check it while other customer were never asked or they were not approached on the same way she did to me. Compared to the old man working on the pvc fitting he took his time to help me solve a problem with some pvc fittings This happen at 3:52 pm today 11/9/23 if you want to check the videos.

Redemption! I came back to this Lowe's after my previous bad experience with a different manager (this was in 2019) to give them another shot with a return. They definitely turned it around in 2022. I was met by Za'Kyrah she was very friendly and helpful. I felt bad for keeping her past the time she was supposed to leave but she had no problem staying to make sure I was taken care of. My receipt from another store had a problem with it. Manager Regina came through with the big decisions and made sure everything was correct and done under the correct policy. Becca handled the final checkout and made sure everything was perfect on my receipt this time, in case I have to return for any trouble with my items. Brian was there to recommend trying out new brands. Shout out Terry and Kyle for the extra assistance! I am very happy as I got my items returned, replaced with a new one. I will be coming back here to shop for home improvement.

Recently I was at the Lowe’s at Craig and Jones and I had the pleasure of working with two exceptional employees,Gina andLauren. I thought I had placed an order online and with a couple of questions Gina knew I had not actually placed an order. I was looking for 4 outdoor lights and an installer. Gina encouraged me to look for the lights in store and I did find 3 in the original boxes (with all the pieces). I was going to check a different Lowes for the 4th light. Gina checked and found a 4th light! Lauren opened a register to help me check out snd checked on an installer. Both of these amazing women went out of their way - above and beyond! I hope there are raises in their near future! My lights were installed and look great. I did not use an installer from Lowes as the cost was too high for me. I know these are independent vendors and am glad that Lowes does offer the service.

What a nightmare. Lowes is out of control. They have "0" accountability for anything theybsay or do. I am 1.5 years into gaving my sliding doors installed and its a joke. Im talking about over 7 times an installer has been here within a year and a half and it still isnt done. They keep.switching people on me corporate says they cant do anything about us buying doors directly thrpugh lowes. They claim ots a seperate entity. What bull. So half way theough this nightmare they offer $1000 off my bill. Told me they could not talk compensation until job is complete. This was said to me over and over. Yesterday they said once job is done therebis no compensation. All lies. Also job is still not done and they slider they installed is eaking on topnof all this. Oh and noone cares. lOWES BLOWS. I was a devoted customer of the Lowe’s location at Jones and Craig Road in Las Vegas for over 15 years. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on appliances, flooring and installation, all kinds of hardware, plumbing, power tools, landscape products. Then during Covid I bought a toilet and had it delivered. It was broken when I opened the box. I called the store right away and requested a pick up. They refused to pick it up. They said I would have to bring it in. Now, the returns area at this Lowe’s is tiny with One Way in and One Way out, and it’s always crowded. I didn’t feel safe during the height of Covid standing in that room. So I waited. When I felt safe to return the toilet the manager refused to issue a refund because I was three days past the return window. I am done with Lowe’s forever! Home Depot now has all my business.

If I could I wouldn't even give one star. I ordered some tiles from your store over the phone I assumed everything was well. My son went to pick it up for me yesterday, that was when everything went haywire Your person at your store said it was at the Centennial Store. He drove up there just to be told it was at your store. So he drove back to your Store and they still insisted it was not there. So since he didn't want me to go without my order he asked to just purchase it on his CC, but didn't know what I ordered. They insisted he couldn't do that, he had to pick up the order at the other store. He drove back to Centennial Store purchase it and done. When I called this morning to cancel my order she found it right away at your store. What a goofed up mess. That's why I will never place an order from your store again.

Older salesman in appliances was the RUDEST person I have ever had to deal with. I went in to purchase a $1000 dryer, I already knew which one I wanted, gave the gentleman the sku to have ordered to the house, and as we were doing the order I asked if they order me some filters for my osmosis water filter under the sink. I also had the skus, and simply wanted to add them to the delivery because they are not in stock at stores. The attitude that he gave me when he very sarcastically said "I cant order those for you there are none in the distribution center" and continued to talk to me like I was stupid. I simply asked, if I can buy it online, why would you not be able to add it to this order. He then told me to just buy it online, and that the stores dont have the ability. seems weird.

I just was at this Lowe's can I use their checkout. The lady working over at the self checkout was absolutely amazing and this review has absolutely nothing to do with her but it does have to do with her managers. So the machine that I was on did not have the change in it to give me my change so a manager had to be called to get me my change mind you it wasn't like a couple cents I was waiting for 35 dollars. It took two managers 30 minutes to get me my change. 10 of which was standing there reloading machine watching me to stand there looking at them instead of just giving me my change that it clearly stated on the machine was needed. This is completely beyond unacceptable and it wasn't busy there was maybe 10 people in the store that were customers. This is an absolute disgrace.

The cashier in the self check out lane was rude to all the customers including a military veteran she dropped his bag back on the bag area and walked away and rolled her eyes instead of assisting him. She ignored another couple and just walked away, she checked us out and made us wait for a ring 2 which as it turns out the store did not have in the first place so I had to go through the customer service line to get my money back meanwhile The cashier was talking with a female manager who was cussing in front of the store customers and started making fun of us. I have a leg injury And had to wait for a very long time and then after waiting so long they treated me poorly. I will never go back to that store and I don’t advise anyone else to go either.

I love this Lowes and I especially love the ladies that work the garden section. However, today it’s pouring down rain and I told 5 workers about the entrance being wet and slippery. There was no carpet and I almost slipped. I told the two workers at costumer service which they didn’t say or do anything about the situation. Finished shopping and then told three ladies at the self check out area about my concerns for someone falling and getting hurt. The ladies told me they let their manager knows already and didn’t do anything with the information given. It saddens me that there is no Initiation on protecting the costumers. Safety should always be a priority. I’ve had 7 years worth of great experiences but lack of safety needs to be addressed.

Been trying to buy shed for two years from Lowe's, you have them displayed in parking lot. Your in store staff did not have knowledge of ordering, delivery or set-up, we have been at your store 4-6 to times trying to get help, finally went to your 800 help line who first lost our redirect to a specialist, second attempt we finally found the correct person and now have someone scheduled. Let me point out that the number of I do now's, misdirection, and general ball drops where madding, your competition is Home Depot and based on your performance I think you should plan for them to eat your lunch. So why did we persist, well sometimes you just decide to ride the train to hell if you must. You should sharpen your collective pencils.

Jason is a subject matter expert in the power tool department. He thoughtfully recommended a great new brand called flex, which worked out perfectly. He then directed me towards his store manager, Regina, where she was very helpful in, assisting me with signing up for a Lowe’s credit card which ultimately saved me a lot of money off of my transaction. Leo was the third person involved Polite and professional, and was able to execute the discount flawlessly! I would never talk about on another company to make one look good but Lowe’s is so much better than Home Depot. Those are just the facts!!!

I am incredibly impressed with the quality of customer service at Lowe’s I am no longer a Home Depot customer they have received all my business. I flip homes for a living and I’m also a buy-and-hold investor I do a high level of volume. I’m always impressed with the customer service David at the pro desk has provided me with his cell phone number I’m able to text him questions. If they do not have a part or a product that I’m looking for David always recommends where I need to go. They continuously honor our military discount, they have my business for life I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Yet another poor experience at this store in particular. Waited and looked for employees in the wood cutting area for over 10 mins. Normally you can't even stop without someone asking if you need help. Today Nothing. No help me button by the saw. Hit the one nearby for tile and no one showed and it turned off. Finally found a few people working on an end cap who couldn't help and said "jeff" would be along shortly. Waited several more minutes. Finally called the store from my cell phone to get help and by then I was so mad I just complained and left.

It was cool I mean the shoppers where awesome and gave advice as to switch bugg repellent was best. And I was sure glad I got the zevo it kills on contact. But I got to self check out and the lady that is the assistant to help for selfcheck out was kinda rude and came off as if I was doing something wrong. Crazy. Cause even after she seen I bought it her stinky attitude didn't change . Lol whatever lady go home if ur not gonna at least smile like your life is 100% cause it is the part of having a job is to be happy with what ur doing

Wife and daughter ran in to get a quart of paint, they waited for 20 mins at the paint counter and never once saw an employee and this was after customer service said they had called someone. This was on a Sunday at 5pm. I understand places get busy but it shouldn't take that long for someone to show up. This seems to be pretty typical for big box stores though, so I guess I just need to readjust my expectations. I did give 2 stars though because the day before the service at the paint counter was quick and helpful.

Great place to be racially profiled. Every time my wife and I stop at this location we are treated like we’re criminals or something. Constantly followed around the store, people staring at us, and not believing us when we tell them we’re finding everything okay. I got treated like I was stealing when I picked up an item at the checkout to examine it. If you fall into the category of people that are labeled as “minorities” or even if you are especially dark tan, I’d stay away.

Do u believe that their installation department waits for bids to install their products. Of they don't get someone that says they will do it they wait at their convince to find someone to do it. That's craziness in my opinion. I was supposed to have something installed to 3-28-2023 but it was a no show. Another try for tomorrow. They take your money then wait at their convince. This sub contracting has to stop. Very poor customer service. An unhappy customer.

Shopping experience is fine, the biggest problem starts before you get in the store, only three shipping carts in the store the rest are in the parking lot! They need to ensure regular parking lot sweeps to ensure customers don't have to search for shipping carts once they enter the store and make sure the carts are not blocking the parking area. People are lazy and don't bother to return carts where they shouldAnd leave them wherever the feel.

This store is great. The employees are always helpful when I come in. Last time, Keri went above and beyond to help my husband and I. We had trouble finding a product. She called another store and put it on hold for us when they didn’t have it. Which sounds simple, but wasn’t because we both got hung up on when calling another store (then put on hold for 10 minutes). But she got it done and I’m thankful for her patience and good attitude.

I go here because it is close to my house and of political reasons. I don’t mind paying more here then Home Depot, but the management is not on the ball! There we’re about thirty people standing in line all the way down the isle waiting for four self check out machines! No check out cashiers open. Horrible!!!! I finally went to the garden center. No one in line. There must have been fifty employees walking around not doing anything. Crazy!

If I can take this one star away I would. This store is completely unorganized. Waiting almost 2 hours to walk out of the store with a smoker grill I paid over $600 online for is crazy ridiculous. From first 'losing' my grill to finally finding it, then them on the phone with IT trying to get my grill status in the computer to 'ready' so they can get me a receipt. Almost 2 hours! Unacceptable! I will not order another thing from Lowes.

So glad to be able to write a positive review. Clean store and well stocked isles. I went in to purchase a new toilet with install and Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and a great help! I was helped with additional questions at customer service by Ro. She was really nice and informative. She and the head cashier (Genevieve? Sorry if i didn't get it right) even helped me load my car. A really nice experience overall.

I was already not happy when I shopped at this store on Thursday. Well today I needed to return some items and I planned on purchasing a few items after dealing with the store associate, same person from Thursday I have decided I will just go to home depot instead. This place is a joke. Everybody stands around chatting with each other watching the customers fumble around lost. No one asks you if you need anything. If you ask for help they tell you if you didn't see the item, even though no one helped you look it's not there. The online is apparently never right so don't try to go by anything you see online. Save yourself the hassle and go to Home Depot

(The young man at customer service was helpful to). Lon was exceptionally professional and helpful. If it wasn't for him I would not of found what I needed and I would have went to Home Depot. Most expensive place to buy things..I m from Canada.. came to Vegas to pick up the load..was short on accessories to secure the load.. so went to lowes..they charged me double price.. when I check the same stuff in other store was selling at half price of lowes..was kind of heartbreaking..had to buy no choice..so I can be on my way back to Canada.. worst place to shop..

I went there to find a hose adapter to the vacuum hose assembly on my 12 and a half inch Dewalt planer. The retail associate of the tools department researched on his cell repeatedly to find a hose adapter from 4 inches to 2 and a half inches but was not able to find. This is why I like to shop at Lowes; they make your problem their problem. Thanks Lowe's.

Had a negative experience with an older Hispanic female employee that was just straight rude attitude aside, insisting I needed to have an unlocked item walked to the register as if I was going to steal it! I only go to Lowe’s cause they have the military discount so i will be contacting Lowe’s hr hq about employees mistreating potential customers

Nothing is in the right place, staff is unknowledgeable when it comes to advice and ignores you if you look like you may be having a hard time knowing what to get. When I finally got someone they told me I'd have to ask someone else but refused to send them over. The only question I had was about pvc pipe fittings.

Very friendly here. Unlike the home depot down the street, people that work here actually greet you and make sure you have no questions when they see you. I rarely do returns but bought 2 bags of pellets thing would work on our traeger grill since they didn't have any. When I went to return the unopened bag it was past the 90 days and couldn't even get store credit. I could understand if it was a out of season product or used but this seemed ridiculous.

Got a great deal on a water heater 300$ off nothing wrong just a order that wasn't picked up !! Look around for those deals, it pays to be a little more attentive, with rent out of sight and the economy in the toilet.. need all the help you can get The staff was very helpful and nice !

This Lowe's has great customer service. I had one person take a good thirty minutes explaining to me how to do something. I've returned items tithing any issue. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't allow Samsung pay, which I prefer to use over my debit card.

This is basically a glorified mom and pop shop; they offer very little for small businesses and, when they do carry it, typically out of stock. Home Depot is much better but even they are starting to stock most of their stuff online.

Another trip to Lowe's and another zero dollars spent. Do not trust the inventory shown online, this store can't be bothered to update or maintain quantities. 2000 in stock apparently means none at Lowe's.

Had no problems finding what I came for. Lowes sales people were very helpful and polite. Even the fat undercover secu5 was decent. Painfully obvious but decent. I will recommend this location to others.

The friendliest Lowes I have ever been to. They seem to enjoy working there and even if they are focused at their task, they smile and ask if you need help. It's nice to walk into a space with nice staff

You need to hire cashiers and open your registers to check people out. Several checkout stations and not a Single one open to help you. Only self checkout. I DONT work for Lowes!!!

Your typical big box dyi store. The comments I hear all the time is, who has the better customer service. My thought is what day do you go shopping makes a huge difference.
