This sad branch of a dying brand is the absolute worst. Set amidst a dystopian parking lot of epic Road Warrior proportions, these poor employees are terribly understaffed, constantly out of basic materials, and the online inventory is not accurate. Paint Lady is a diamond in the rough, and this store’s only saving grace.

My experience was fine here. However buyer beware…I ordered something online here and when I went to pick it up they clearly tried to sell me something pre-used. Box was very beat up and the equipment was covered in dirt and dust and had obviously been used at a work site - I refused it and they did locate me a new one.

I walk in to the store on delta park about 9:50 pm. On 04-17-23 itil I find in far corner plumbing, they start yelling on me, STOR IS CLOSED, GET OUT...
