I am so grateful for Mr. Greg in lowes today. His help was beyond amazing. If it wasn't for him I would have bought all the wrong stuff for my fence. He helped me and my brother out tremendously. I wanted to brag about him to a manager but I found out he was the manager. I will be back because of him and his help!! Thanks Mr Greg!!

I-35 and Stassney would not let me return 2 door knob sets that I had bought there because it was longer than 90 days since purchase. Same store, unopened, receipt in hand and I had the same credit card. They wouldn’t bend at all and were happy to tell me NO! I called customer service and the supervisor and they just said sorry.

We were expecting our refrigerator to be delivered today, which was supposed to be delivered between 8am and 12. They never showed up. Customer service gave us the run around. We are a big family and we need a fridge! We are disappointed in the customer service. I took the day off for nothing. I don't recommend.
