Imagine the plight of general wards. 2) Staff can be found openly eating Moongfali in the ICU. Staff seen eating chips during Operation. 3) Blankets don't have covers to ensure you develop Infections, Rashes and exposed to Beg bugs. 4) Patients are shifted to ICU even if there is no need, to make extra money from insurance company, or simply because the private room doesn't not have any essential facility. 5) Doctors insists on medical reports only from Maahi Diagnostics , clearly have a cut in every report and gets mad if you do it from somewhere else. 6) There is no meal facility for indoor patients so be prepared to bring food/tea for your patients 3 times a day on your own. I will not recommend even my enemy to look at this hospital for any minor surgery or even a basic check up. Now choice is yours..You are fortunate that you are reading this post.

Doctor and staff all are unprofessional. They will give you small chit instead of proper bills resulting into black money. Doctor only forgets what he has advised in his previous session. They are running a fake hospital whose email Id is also not valid. This hospital charges 500 rupees for consultancy without providing any bill. So I would request all to go to Apollo hospital as they charge only 600 rupees and Apollo staff and doctor are very good. Please go to good hospital instead of going to Lucknow hospital.

Worst hospital worst doctors meri mummy kbhi bolti thi ki adhi bimari doctor ke sahi tarike se baat krne se sahi ho jati hai .but yaha Aisa bilkul bhi nahi hai after taking fees they behave like ki ap free me advice lene aaye ho.even government hospital are much more better than this hospital.i never come here again and not suggesting anyone else to visit this hospital doctor continuously busy on his phone.even jb ap unse appointment leke unke samne baithe ho tb bhi vo reels dekhne me busy.

I had gone to consult the orthopaedic at the Lucknow hospital with my 2 year old grand daughter who had sprained her foot. The attending doctor Dr. Saurabh Agarwal was busy scolding a worker using foul language and such a high intimidating tone with utter disregard to the presence of patients. While I respect the fact that the doctors are relieving us of our pains, they should not take us for granted. There is no favour happening.

Doctor kaise ho puchhne ke 1800 charge krta hai ICU me staff double meaning majak krte hai aaps me, for example- injection hip me lagate samay ek staff dusre se kahta hai, dhire dhire pura dalna aur dal k hilana nhi jyada dard hoga. Injection lagne k bad puchege aaps me maja aya dalne me. ICU Me baithkar 12 bje rat tak hasi majak karege aur pan masala khayege Fir phone pe movie dekhege

Pathetic. Waiting for doc for past 2 hours. He came late and until he came, there was no information on when he would come. Several patients were allowed to jump the queue. Now it has left his cabin and we are told that he has gone for breakfast. He showed up at 11:30 am and left for breakfast at 12:15. Finally took our refund and walked out at 1:10 pm. Shame on Dr Agarwal and the entire staff.

My grand father was having unbearable left hand pain. Went to this hospital in emergency. The sleepy doctor without even checking injected pain killer injection and gave pain killer. When we came outside to purchase medicine, just looking at grand father, the medical store guy said he is having heart attack. The pain was because of that. Stay away from this hospital. They are killers.

He understands and listens to the problems carefully and gives treatment accordingly. All the staff are very humble and cooperative. Overall, one stop solution for all bone and joint issues.

Got my mother treated for a broken bone at thigh area. And Dr Saurabh Agarwal did it really well. Removed the earlier implant from her leg and also the wire around her knee and placed a new rod inside bone to treat the bone breakage. Really Thankful to him to being available when needed all the time and also treating my mother with all the care.

Dr. Saurabh is very greedy person. He told his staff of medical store, not to give any medicine to any person whose prescription is more than 6 months old. I faced this problem and I personally met and request him not to do like this. But his rigid behavior surprised me that how a Doctor could be like this.
