I used to love lucky kitchen but I think the recipes have changed recently. The crispy chilli beef is not crispy anymore because it is swimming in sauce, which is now so spicy I can't eat it. The chicken balls were overcooked inside and had raw dough on the outside. And the prices have increased! Guess I have to find a new good Chinese. More

Incredibly good customer service, Uber eats driver gave more than half of my order to the wrong customers and refused to compensate me, however the restaurant offered to supply me with another meal free of charge. Very polite and friendly staff and very tasty food I would definitely order from here again! 100% recommend!

By far my favourite Chinese takeaway in bristol, the singbard box is always a go to for me as it is always done perfectly. The customer service is great as the staff are very friendly. I would definitely reckon this to anyone who likes tasty food.

Ordered ribs - got one rib chopped up amongst a sea of chopped onions for £8 odd !! . Im used to getting a tray of ribs 5-9 ribs at every other chinese for £6-7. Proper racked off with this greasy sly rinse tactic especially as i paid top

This place is amazing. Really friendly staff, fantastic prices. £30 for 2 chow mein, sticky beef, chicken balls, rice, prawn toast, and they even gave us free poppadons and 2 free cans of coke. Best tasting chinese I've ever visited,

Very reasonable prices and food was delivered half hour early. Food was tasty, not greasy at all, and big portions. My new favourite place! Food was incredibile and good value! Very friendly staff. Definitely coming again.

Very decent first meal ordered from here, tasy and not greasy as some Chinese takeaway can be, Pancake Roll excellent, nice salt and pepper chicken, generous portions, very promising.

Really good food if you like sweet and sour chicken ball style Chinese takeaway. Big portions, good value, the best I've tried in the area. Their satay noodle dishes are really good.
