Really needs maintenence. 1/3rd of the front loaders are non-operational. There's hacked repairs work everywhere. Isles are a little tight, which makes it extra challenging for running kids to negotiate the facility. most washers only have 4 settings. And if you use cold, it is only for delicate setting. On a good note. It IS open 24 hours a day. There are interesting people that frequent the area (ie homeless, sock salesmen and chemical dependant folks), but they are generally not dangerous. I'm presuming the drugs that are being sold are poor quality compared to the top shelf weed that can be purchased on almost every block's dispensary in LA Clothes get generally clean. There's always an attendant on to point out when a machine is not working or help when the change machine takes your money but does not dispense quarters. theres also a recycling Center right next door if you have a couple bags of recyclables. They even take no-deposit plastic, as long as it has a recycle stamp on it, eg liquid laundry soap bottles.

this is my normal go to spot since the one in echo park was shut down. the policy is that if you show up and the place is dead the employees are allowed to close for the night but they open up promptly the following morning. the staff are very friendly are helpful. they just replaced a whole bunch of old machines over the summer and the place really needed it and if you are wondering they recycled the only machines. there is a taco shop next door, a recycling center next to that, a 99 cents store across the street next to the park. a dollar tree a small block from there. the seating options are still a work in progress. the laundromat runs on solar energy as you can see the large panels on the roof. there is wifi but the password is complex so you will have to ask one of the staff to share it with you. the wifi reaches the street so the coverage is wide and broad. the bathroom situation lacks something to be desired. and they have a machine to refill your water jugs with filtered water and a snack bar.

First thing I like about this laundry is that it is 24 hours. They're pretty lenient laid-back staff everybody seems to be minding their own business and doing their laundry. They have a lot of parking good washing machines they wash very well. There are a few people that just come to hang out so be advised that there are people that are loitering so maybe not the best place to go do laundry by yourself at night but definitely if you have somebody bring them with you. They have a restroom, massage chair ,exercise machine a few gambling games, a claw machine and some rides for kids and TVs you will definitely be entertained Coffee machine snack bar you can buy soap and bleach as well laundry bags they have everything you need for your visit.

This place is clean...you can see the difference having an attendant on the premises. Silly things like the washers clean and The dryers work. I was surprised actually the place even has great snacks as well as anything you might need.. oh and the dollar change machines both worked with no hesitation.. did I mention this place is really clean..The one thing that struck me a little was the slightly higher price for washing... A quarter gets you 9 mins in the Dryer.. in and out. That how I do laundry... I recommend Lucy's Laundry Mart.

It's alright. Sometimes it can be packed and it becomes overwhelmed. Would suggest coming during Mondays or Tuesdays. Not all machines work and even if some do you never know if they end up not working, but don't get discouraged to come it rarely happens. It is also either clean or not depending who is on shift. Some ladies are either just chatting and not doing their work. They also hold giveaways on Christmas every year for their customers which is cool. Lastly it may not be open all the time 24hrs depending on shift.

This place was good if I wasn't feeling sick I would take pictures but I'm not feeling well at all I apologize they have attendance there to help you and they have a little store they have vending machines they have massage chairs they have water dispensers for 5 gallon jugs I think you need cash to exchange it for quarters but besides that it's a really good spot there's a couple of machines that need some maintenance but overall it looked really good it's next to a recycling place and a restaurant it's a good area

It is no longer 24/7. The place is much different under the new ownership. The hours are constantly changing. They wouldn't let me in at 12am unless i was going to spend at least $10. A different time i came by around 12 am again and i was able to wash. Came by at 3am tonite and they wouldn't let me in. They said they close at 2 and open at 5. *edit Came back at 5am, waited at the bus stop for two hours and they still wouldn't let me in. I was a loyal customer until now. Taking my business elsewhere

usually I have a good experience here, parking isn't too hard to find, not good either. it is a Lil sketchy but not too bad. what's most frustrating is it claims to be 24 hours operation, but I'm here at 3:30 am and it's closed. so do not drive a far distance if you actually expect it to be 24 hours. im so bummed. im gonna go check out another place. so sad that businesses can't function under basic protocol. they just possibly lost a customer.

No issues here with the staff and the place was clean. The staff was pleasant. I liked how they haven’t moved away from allowing customers to use the change machines like some locations have, but it was freezing when I went in last night to wash clothes. I wish I had brought my overcoat inside because it was uncomfortable. It was so cold I didn’t even take the time to fold my clothes when they were done drying.

This laundry mart would barely be called serviceable, with the unhelpful staff and prominent gang presence evident always. Some of their machines seem to be in some state of disrepair, and I had to go to an insider (read: non-employee who knows the score on the place) to get the WiFi password. Overall pretty hideous place.

This laundry place is very nice and clean, the staff are very friendly but no WIFI to customer. Even there is a sign said free WIFI post on the window. Not very convenience to customer that have to wait for laundry past the time. The store got WIFI network and is lock no staff on duty around the clock known the password

Lucy‘s laundry I thought was nicely taken care of, it’s clean, the prices were good people there were very nice and the only other thing was the parking lot needs a new asfalting or just a good washing but that’s normal for here wish I had some pictures maybe I’ll add them later

This is an excellent spot with quality washers(front and top load) and dryers great prices and lots of great amenities. The quarter machines work just ask an attendant. They have lots of machines and have kept it very clean during Covid. I visit this place at least twice a month

This place is dangerous don't wash your clothes here it has mold and they charge for drying please go wash your clothes somewhere else this could be dangerous for your health not to mention that the workers that work here Don't keep this place sanitary

Great place for dope deals in the poorly lit parking lot, majority of machines are either out of service or being used buy patrons. Owners really needs to correct these problems to have a more pleasant experience for future business.

It's ok. A little too hot for me, ceiling fans are always off. A lot of the machines don't work. And too many little kids running around hitting you as they pass. Can't wait til l get my own machines at home!!!

I go to Lucy's once a week to wash, there prices are fair it's a clean facility,plus they sell all you need to wash and dry your clothes, plus they sell purified drinking water.

It's just that they have free WiFi but you have to ask for the password and that's annoying. They have a good variety of snacks and you can fill up you water tank !

Too many out-of-order machines. When it’s packed you have to use what’s available. I usually use a large size washer but sometimes I had to used two small ones.

Don’t bother, the lazy lady working here will make sure you have a horrible experience and never come back. Maybe she hates the job and not the customers hmm...

Love fluff and fold service. Close to everything. Nice restaurant next door for tacos while you wait for laundry. They text when you are done.

Machines smell really bad. Staff is friendly but the Machines stink bad about 90% of the washers have a terrible odor.
