Would not recommend to go , It takes so much longer to get the document done, they don't answer phone calls , not answer emails. by the time i pick up my document at the office, they don't even let you go inside, the office, that's right, they have their door closed, you ring the bell, they handed to you by the door, if you want to ask any questions , its just a no way, i am paying thousands of dollars for lawyer fee, don't even get an explainlation on my document break down. poor poor poor service, will never ever go back to this lawyer office anyone.

Allan was helpful and answered my questions at the beginning. But I was really disappointed for further services which I called for multiple times and required to have my breakdown cost early so that could have enough time to prepare for the big cost. However, nobody contacted or emailed me till a day right before I have to sign the papers. Also I got 2 different prices through the 2-times phone call and finally when I got the breakdown cost by email, there was the 3rd price... So unprofessional! Made me doubt if they do their job right or not.

Overall a very bad experience. There was a long delay to get the documents than what was being told to us and no one informed us . The day we went to sign the documents the person was so rude he did not even wanted to explain us and was just asking us to put the signature which did not seem like a professional behaviour . Behaviour was really rude .

I have used Allan for several real estate transactions throughout the years. Never an issue, his work is efficient and meticulous. Not only is Allan an excellent lawyer, he's a wonderful person!
