It's a shame as the massage was not too bad. However, when booking the pictures gave the impression that this was a full spa with multiple amenities. It isn't. It's a dry spa with treatment rooms and 1 sauna. This is not the spa experience I was expecting, especially for the price. On top of this, we were double booked, I went with my partner as a birthday treat. Could not receive treatments together as there is no booking on the system. (Luckily, emails confirmed our booking) so we basically had to both sit around and wait for the other to finish as there's no other facilities. The fact the hotel staff had no idea what the resident spa is called or if we were even in the right place was kinda ominous of the rest of the experience. Avoid and spend elsewhere you'll get a much better experience.

The spa is clean and tidying but, it’s not a whole day event, at most it’s 2 hours if that. I never got an email asking me get there 1.5 hours before hand. So I missed on my sauna time, in the end I requested the lady at reception who allowed me to have 20 minutes. For the overall service I am kinda disappointed because we wanted to spend longer at the Spa. It was too quick this not really a spa, it’s a clinic for message and facial as spa time and other is very limited. Head to an all day spa, that will be better if looking for a complete pamper day.

We had a lovely experience at Luinere Spa, the spa has a modern flair to the traditional spas. We were given Prosecco as part of our package and the ambiance was perfect. The therapists were amazing and very informative. We opted for the package that includes the hotel stay. The location is a stones throw from Brindley place, so we had a plethora of options for restaurants and bars to choose from. It was overall a great experience and would certainly recommend a visit.

Great Spa here with my friend on Sunday 23rd April. Madr to fefl welcome abd the staff were driebdly and helpful. I had the 60 minutes Swedish massage my friend had 30 minutes Swedish massage and 30 minutes facial. We went in together. Lovely and warm relaxing room with nice chilled music and aromatherapy oils . My massage was so relaxing and comforting, the time flew. Lovely glass of prosecco afterwards and time to relax in our robes

I went yesterday for a 60 minute full body swedish massage. It started well but the lady only massaged my back legs and back and head for 60 minutes. She did not even touch my arms, thighs, front body. No oil applied on arms atall. I don't know how it is full body massage when u don't massage half of the body. They should give full service if they are charging full amount. Very surprising.

My partner and I had massages by Tia and Lily, who were both amazing! We had a warm welcome as we entered the spa, used the sauna facilities, followed by an excellent massage. They were both very attentative, taking care of us afterwards as well, with water and a well deserved Prosecco! Thanks so much and we can’t wait to come back!!

The sauna and changing rooms are small but all the team are very friendly and helpful from booking and throughout the experience. Especially the lady in reception. I had a 30 minute facial with my sister which was nice and relaxing. We both said how great our skin felt afterwards.

Absolutely perfect! Lilly the masseuse was so good. She left me feeling relaxed and completely refreshed. I had the sauna to myself which was a bonus. Luneire Spa is the perfect little getaway to relax, refresh feel good and get the essential me time

I am so happy with my treatment, i have been to many spas but Luenire is the best by far, I will definitely be coming back and i high recommend! The staff is so welcoming and professional, the facilities are also very high standard.

I had the best experience at Luenire. The Spa was clean, the customer service was great and I had the most amazing full body massage for Lilly. Highly recommended and I will be visiting again very soon :-)

The receptionist is lovely and really welcoming and the masseuses make you feel very comfortable and are great at their job. I loved the whole experience and would definitely be back
