It was totally disappointed to come to this pub, after a long time we frnds gathered and want to celebrate beautiful moments and came to this pub on 28/11/2023 and that evening after entering into the pub ,some people are celebrating their parties on dance floor ,so we got adjusted for that too, and after some time we were dancing on one corner of dance floor ,then suddenly the staff came to us and said that, don't dance here and enjoy ,u people can go to the sitting section and dance, with a rude manner he told to us, i and my friends got totally disappointed and felt very sad, and we compromised ourself and ordered food and alcohol, and staff said that sir there is no alcohol in this pub, again we felt very bad about this ,because while booking the staff and manager of the pub no one have had intimated to us that, there is no alcohol, and dance floor is completely filled with some party people, because of that we lost our happiness and precious time of everyone ,and while coming to the food ,the food is worst and the service charge is completely depends upon the customer, how u service (pub staff) ,and u people are demanding that it is a mandatory, this is worst behaviour and rude manners from ur side and never suggest my friends & relatives and others nor to go to LUFT pub and spoil ur time. Please guys don't go to this pub they will treat you in a very rude manners.

Extremely rude manager, and stale food. We had made an advance booking 3 days before. The manger directed us to a tiny table with 5 stools. We had a pregnant lady with us and requested something downstairs. The manager very rudely told us that “They follow a system of who gets which table” like something was written on our faces. He went ahead and told us “ I am giving you a table coz you have reservation else I would let you enter without it”. Since we didn’t want to move clubs with a pregnant lady we decided on staying back no matter the table. The sushi served was stale which was smelling and the spring rolls were stale which they just refried and served. When asked if they have a sangria, they served us some kind of juice with a touch of wine in it. We asked them to either correct it or cancel it. Then the bartender assured us he will make a good sangria only to come back with more wine with just apples in it. The other Blu good part was the music and the server who served us with a smile. We just gave up. Never going back!

We just pre-booked the pub to celebrate my friend's Birthday here. We went there by seeing the Google Star ratings and reviews with full expectations but the whole night got ruined. Very disrespectful staff. The staff is not at all professional. The lady at the counter checked our bags without asking for permission. They did not let us occupy the dance floor as some other family is booked to celebrate their 25th anniversary. If they don't want any other guests in the pub, they should have not let us to pre-book and we danced somewhere at the corner. The food is unsatisfactory for the price. I did not have one piece completely of what we had ordered. They were not informed prior that there was no alcohol served. Also, they demanded service charges even after we were not at all happy with the service and they told us it is mandatory to pay Overall its a disastrous experience.We are fully dissatisfied with what happened that night. At least we are ok with music. I do not recommend others to go

They showed disrespect to us , only money minded not service based.They are treating customers according to richness, food is average and waste of time to go there, place is also small.They are demanding us to pay service charge that is too much. They also restricted us to go to dance floor, this is one of worst experience I have had there.Among all the visited restaurants, this is by far the worst restaurant, I suggest you guys to not to go there. The entry is not welcoming we were asked to showcase 2 physical ID proofs whereas others walked in freely. Even though it is a common practice to ask two ids the way it was asked was arrogant and not welcoming. The ambiance of the place is very good. The food is a bit pricy for the menu and the portions. The Murgh Angara tikka with chesse dip is basically chicken tikka just a fancy name to the dish. The harvest pizza portion size is better than similar places but tasted a bit bland. The pav with panner Keema is a must try.

Had been here on last Sunday 24th Dec, music was good and had good time. Had ordered pizza and it was yum and also crispy corn was average. Coming to the service and atmosphere. At the time of order we were said if a full bottle whiskey was taken mixtures will be complimentary (Soda and water). Later they come up putting Bill of Rs.250 for 1 soda. Being Sunday club was supposed to be closed by 11 30 and they had turned of air conditioner by 10 45 and when asked they said it was closing time. We were sweating in a club, such pathetic maintenance.

I really like the pub but there is a bouncer named Bilal Zamani who is very rude who keeps irritating from the time the music stops.. i really like the ambieand people like Balaji are really nice but if u really are customer centric i hope you guys will give feedback to this person.. i go to lot of clubs but none of the bouncers are so rude like him.. its not a one time experience but its the second time hence i am writing this.. i am attaching a photo of the same guy fighting with other group..

Was here for FAT Club Kitty Party and it was totally amazing. Loved everything that was served. I chose to have some fresh mocktails. Loved the vegetarian food. Friends loved the non vegetarian affair they had. Paneer, momos, mezze platter. The desserts were the highlight though. Lovely Tres Leches and the Hazelnut based dessert was so so good Would definitely go back with friends here ❤️
