The review below is from 2 years ago. We just worked with Michelle and Kara from Luisa Mauro's team to sell some property and they did the expected awesome job. From the initial valuation of the property to the photos of the property, the description of the property, the marketing and the advice - they were just awesome. We received an offer in a very short amount of time and the advice on the offer, counter offers and considerations was excellent. This team is first rate. Luisa Mauro and her team were awesome to work with at every step of listing and selling my home in Cedar Park. Initially Luisa Mauro came to my home and we met and walked through the house. Luisa made great suggestions on what work we needed to do to the house, prior to listing, and what we did not need to do. Luisa and I discussed pricing the house and the advice Luisa provided on the work we needed to do and the price the house should be listed for was excellent. Luisa saved me thousands on work that I had planned to do that I did not need to do prior to listing the house. Luisa and her team had a professional stager come to the house who gave excellent advice and suggestions on how to stage the house for potential buyers. Once the house hit the market, Luisa and her team were there to answer all questions and to coordinate showings. When we started getting offers, Luisa and her team provided excellent professional advice on negotiating price and conditions. We ended up selling the house for more than we thought we would get and spending less than we thought to get the house ready to sell. Luisa and her team were with us from the signed contract, through the inspection, and continued to give great advice and support at every step in the process. Through closing we could not have had a better team working for us. The best move we made in the whole process was picking Luisa Mauro and her team as our realtors. I would gladly use them again and have no reservations at all in recommending Luisa and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate. At every step in the process, the professionals we interacted with all had great working relationships with Luisa and her team and spoke very highly of them in the profession.

We contacted Luisa at the recommendation of our good friends who had gone through Marathon to purchase their first home in the Austin area a few years ago. From the very beginning and even after closing, Luisa and her team are right there beside you guiding you along through the whole process. Their guidance was very important to us being first-time homebuyers! Luisa responded within a matter of hours after I first contacted her and put me in contact with her associate, Jordan. Jordan met with my husband and I to explain the process and showed us houses. Luisa even personally called us the week after to check and see how everything went. We submitted two offers both on a very time-sensitive basis, but Jordan walked us through everything and answered all the questions that we had. When our second offer was accepted (yay!!), Jordan handed us off to Michelle, the contract specialist. Per Michelle's request, we contacted a mortgage lender the team at Marathon have worked with in the past who we ultimately selected as our lender. After our offer was accepted and we chose our lender, Michelle walked us through everything up until closing. For a first time home buying experience, I feel like Luisa and her team made it extremely easy for us. It wasn't very stressful at all! They kept us informed about what was going on on their end and anything they needed from us. They even provided us with recommendations for home improvements and a list of everyone we needed to get utilities and things set up. I trust any and all recommendations from Luisa and her team. Our inspector and lender, both recommended to us by Marathon, were both extremely experienced and trustworthy. And even though we mainly worked with Jordan and Michelle, Luisa was CCed on all communications and knows what's going on at all times. I can say with 100% confidence that we will always go to Luisa and her team for any home buying/selling needs in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone looking to buy or sell in the Austin area.

Luisa is awesome and was so easy to work with! We were first time home buyers new to Austin, so you can imagine the endless list of questions we had for her. Luisa was so patient throughout the process by helping us narrow down an area, guiding us through the steps to buying a home, assisting with asking the right questions during home visits, advising us on things we should consider, always making sure we knew and planned for next steps, and making recommendations for local contractors. Even though most of our interaction was done remotely (we were in Houston at the time), it never felt that way as she was so responsive via email and phone. Luisa and her team took care of all of the details and made the selling process as smooth as possible. The sale of my house was a bit more complex, given that I had a tenant living in the house. Luisa's team coordinated with the tenant to schedule showings and they also coordinated the photo shoot. I've also worked with Luisa on the purchase of another home and her and her team took care of all of the details such as setting up inspection and dealing directly with people. With the purchase and sale, the only thing that I had to do was sign documents. Luisa and her team took care of all of the things that usually cause headaches during the purchase and sale of a home.

My fiancé and I found the home of our dreams thanks to Luisa Mauro real estate. We worked with Morgan Burks as our agent. Morgan went above and beyond for us during the process. We were forced to back out of our original contract due to foundation issues that we discovered. It was pretty devastating at first, but Morgan didn’t miss a beat.
