The place looks nice especially when you are during evening hour as you will see Boudha temple from the top view. They do serve in two top floors but I really liked the top most floor with an open terrace. When we visited there was only one staff member who served us she was very hard working and helpful . I strongly suggest the manager of the restaurant should allow more staff and quick eatery service. I think they must allow people to have easier parkings access too. Overall we really enjoyed it.

We had to park down the road

I had seen a lot of posts about this place on social media and decided to give it a try with my friend. To be honest it was a 3.5/5 experience for me. The rooftop seating was nice. The service was okay-ish not that great. The food took a long time to arrive. We ordered the cold chicken noodles and chicken Katsu bao. The food was delicious. The chicken noodle was delectable. The katsu bao was amazing as well. However the drinks were not good at all. We ordered a lemon iced tea and a coconut drink. The lemon iced tea has a weird sickly sweet taste, could hardly taste the lemon. Not good at all. The coconut drink did not taste like coconut at all for some reason. It tasted like cucumbers instead, might have been a mix up. The prices was reasonable enough for the food. Overall, the food was great but the service might need some polishing for it to be a 5/5 experience.

I found this place ok. I visited this place after seeing a couple of famous food vlogggers posting stuff in insta, but then I realised this was all paid promotion, and that I won't be taking their suggestions again. So this place is a bit hyped. First of all, no parking available here. Best of luck getting a parking for your four wheeler. Then you literally have to walk 5 floors, the lift doesn't work. Anyways, the interiors are ok. Indoor and outdoor seatings, but didn't seem well maintained. You can see boudha from the outdoor, but it's a bit away and many buildings in between, it's not the same feeling as sitting right in front of Boudha. I liked the bao. I was disappointed with the ramyen, although looked yum, the spices were lacking. Pork gyazo was ok. The food took too long to come. Peach ice tea was good. Staff are friendly.

The place lies near the Boudhanath Temple and offers an iconic view of the monument along with the surrounding hills. The place is quite small inside, but the rooftop is decently spacious and has a good vibe going on. The service was a bit slow but the people were really hospitable and friendly. We had "Hot and Sour Noodles", it had a good taste and the soup was delicious, would rate it 4/5; "Gua Bao" was something new and it was a delight to eat 3/5. "Fire Wings" as the name suggests, we expected it to be super hot, but it was mildly spiced, taste was decent 3/5. Drinks are good here. 10% Service Charge is also added, which is not mentioned in the menu. Also this place needs to improve their toilet! Overall a good place to have some food and great time with your friends and family.

If you are in Boudha, and want to try new and delicious food, Cafe luma is a perfect place. Just 3 min walk from boudhanath stupa, and you see cafe luma in the top floor. Talking about food, the best there is gua bao, the buns are soft and crispy meat, perfect combo. It was raining so we decided to try hot and sour noodles. Damn the soup was so flavourful . You can enjoy with your friends and family. Clear view of boudhanath stupa. Just beautiful. You'll sure love the view. Ambience is really good, I personally think, more comfortable chairs and tables need to added. Foods are slightly expensive but worth it. Staffs were very welcoming and friendly. Not disability friendly as the elevator seemed to be out of use and to reach this particular restaurant you need to climb stairs. The view of Boudhanath stupa is nice from the rooftop but you mostly get the view of neighboring houses first. The mushroom bao I ordered lacked flavor and the mayonnaise sauce in it tasted quite bland. It did not come with lettuce as seen in the photos. Service was not great. I may have been the only customer but the staff just left to take a lunch break and left tables unattended. I was told to approach the counter to pay in a rude manner. The place has lots of staff but acts like they are understaffed.

I had a delightful dining experience at this rooftop restaurant with a stunning view of the Boudhanath Stupa. The peaceful ambiance added to the charm of the evening. The food was outstanding, and I must say, their hot and sour noodles and bao both veg and nonveg were my absolute favorites. A must-visit for a perfect blend of great food and a serene atmosphere.

Oyster Mushroom Bao,Hot & Sour Noodle

My friend took me here to try the oyster mushroom bao, it is so good. It is a must try food for vegetarians. We had tofu chilly too, it was good too. They have various seating arrangements. You can have view of boudha stupa and the city from the rooftop. They don’t have parking though. Staffs are friendly too.

Oyster Mushroom Bao

Didn't like the food at all. We have ordered Soyu Ramen, pressed chicken fried rice, pork wonton and mustang alu. We asked to bring them separately but came all at ones. Ramen was served warm . Pork wonton not tasty or doesn't look like on insta profile. Mustang all portion was so less . Very disappointed. Not recommend at all.

Very delicious! The food was amazing, and the view was great! It is on the 6th floor and the elevator was out of order, so get ready for exercise. *Also, the whole reason I went was for Pork Ribs, but they said they don't have any. There was another item on the menu that they didn't make either.

Restaurant is on the roof top with stunning view of Boudha Stupa. Restaurant is small and seats are limited. This place is known to serve one of the best Ramens in Kathmandu. Price of Ramens range from (NRs.) ~350 to ~900. Besides Ramens, they also serve BAOs, coffees, etc. Ramens are worth trying. They are good. I highly recommend trying BAOs. They are super good. Ramens and BAOs are non-veg here. Some of them can be requested to be made veg.

The place is really good and classic. I loved the view of Boudha Stupa from the terrace. The hot and sour noodles here is . It was so good and tasted really authentic. The gaobao is also very good. The pork tastes very good with the peanut. The spicy chicken was awesome. It had the right amount of spices and tasted just perfect. One thing I didn't like about this place was the drinks. The lemonds was blant and the ice cubes weren't clean.

It's a great place with a great boudha stupa view, great food and its roof top place is too good✨

Nice place. In top floor, with a good far view of Bouddha stupa. Ordered the set of bao, was expecting the mushroom and prawn one too, but got each extra piece of chicken and pork. It was very good. The taste was appealing with mixture of sweetness and spice. The tantamen ramen was okayish, was expecting a bit more but found it bland for the price it was. Staff were good, and kind.

Food are damn good !!! Pork, chicken bao are best u can try ramen too and mustang alu too !! Must visit if u live near boudha or visiting

It was a wonderful experience to have our lunch in Luma, a rooftop. The service, food, and the place are awesome. At our request, the manager added vegetarian salad which was not mentioned on the menu.

I had momo dumplings with cousin that came from U.S. and many other little friends with cousin from Swoyambhu. It was delicious and enjoyed the meal.My dad's sister's daughter and grand children.Thank you for the hospitality.

Came for the pork buns, which were over salted. The place itself is nice and small, and the view is good but the glass panels werr very dirty which kind of ruined the atmosphere. They messed up my drink order as well, other than that the food was average, not so great in experience.

The menu is limited but comes with great super tasty foods. The prices are quite reasonable and affordable. It's a cool place to hangout from where you can see a nice view of Boudhanath Stupa. 4/5 on ambience and the staff are pretty friendly. Overall good service.

Cozy place with great food. Loved the tofu chilli. The iced peach tea wasn’t good.
