I recently visited Luna Allure for an RF skin treatment. My aesthetician was fantastic, the office was clean and inviting and the front office staff were great as well. I was actually very pleased with the service and was interested in having a second treatment, but I didn’t find out until after the service was completed that they will only allow you to come back for additional treatments if you purchase the whole “package” which includes 4 sessions as well as all of the skincare products. It was over $1k to do that so I asked if I could do just the treatments without the skincare - I did not want to commit to more than $500 for a treatment before I was able to see if it worked for me or not. They offered me some discounts and were willing to remove some products but the total commitment was still close to $1,000 so I opted not to return. I would have come back and tried other services as well but I didn’t care for the high pressure sales approach. I did let them know that their website did not indicate that you couldn’t purchase single sessions after the first and that was not explained to me in advance. Think they would be wise to revisit their business model if they want repeat customers.

I have been going to Luna Allure for several months and am very happy with the results from my treatments. Aging is difficult but much easier when you can look younger, which energizes you to feel younger! The entire staff is friendly, thoughtful and considerate. Especially my esthetician, Angelica. At every visit she evaluates my skin and progress, adapting treatments to fit my individualized needs. From their personalized approach, to their facial products, you can tell that they are extremely interested in making sure you are happy with the end result. At 65 things were sagging and wrinkles appearing, but the treatments I have received are reversing all that which not only stops the aging look, but reverses it. Highly recommended! I walked into Luna Allure Stone Oak Spa with BIG expectations. YES, they definitely delivered . The staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional . Ms. Anna Karen, did a wonderfully Beautiful job on my skin today. I highly recommend her. She's down to earth and she knows her job well and does it well. I could see a difference immediately . I'm so pleased with the results that I got from just one session. I'm hooked. I will continue to come to Luna Allure simply because they know what their doing and they'll even work with you on finances. Ladies and gentlemen if your starting to look saggy. Today was my first skin tightening radio frequency treatment. Luna allure is the new aesthetics spa at stone oak San Antonio. It was an intense treatment and I saw immediate results. The skin therapist was amazing! And she explain the whole process before and during the treatment. It's a great Anti aging treatment instead of Botox and injections. Before the treatment they do AI powered skin analysis and tailored the treatment to my skin goals. The customer service here is top notch from the entrance to the therapists. You should try it!

Went to go get an RF skin tightening treatment done and I was beyond impressed! The environment was so clean, and beautiful inside. The front desk receptionist were so sweet and professional, Rosa offered me some water and brought it to me as I filled out some paperwork, and I got called to the back where my treatment was performed, and the room was beautiful and very clean! Loved and enjoyed every second of it! Will absolutely be going back and recommending to everyone I know!!

Had a lovely time at Luna Allure. My Esthetician, Angelica, was the best! She was so charismatic and kind. She walked me through the whole process and was very patient with me. Anakaren is such a nice and very knowledgeable tech!! The staff is very nice as well. Today was my first RF session, They suggested 4 treatments,I had all 4 treatments done for $1400… I thought I was going to see a big change in my skin…at my last RF treatment, they recommended 8 vampire/peel sessions for $3200 more! I’m very disappointed, they should be honest and upfront! Had I known, I wouldn’t of wasted my time.

Ana was great! I love how my skin looks after the RF skin tightening treatment. Ana also gave me advice on a skin care routine and I can see a real change in my skin so far, thanks to their skincare items. It’s only been a week and I have been wearing a lot less makeup lately. I usually do RF for body countering. And today I came to to Luna allure spa San Antonio to get there signature non surgical skin tightening that based on radio frequency technology. Sarah was great! And walk me through the different steps. It was a little warm but overall pain free and I love my results! You should visit the new med spa of stone oak !
