One and half hour back I ordered Sithapul Basundi and Sithapul Kheer each worth ₹98/- nearly after 40 mins I received only kheer that is an add on item main item is missing the I made complaint to Swiggy Normally people refunded full amount but I don’t know what relationship with this I received only ₹36/- refunded and I called Restaurant people also they simply saying sorry for missing item in kitchen after that they said contact swiggy only. I know Lunch box is sister concern for Behrouz Biryani, I don’t think this cheating happened but after seeing reviews I know that these is happened repeatedly so they doing mistake by deliberately don’t order from this if u want to order please put cash on delivery and see the parcel before swiggy delivery boy exit, Restaurant and swiggy people cheating customers

Gave lunchbox a try by ordering the aloo paratha and egg as well. Though the packing was great, however the food was oily. A little more than required. Could considerably work on it as well. I wasn't super impressed with the egg as well. I havent ordered from the place again, giving sometime to see if they improve over quality with time or not. Might wait for some more months before I short- list is on my list.

Pathetic food, I ordered aloo paratha, and the material used for making paratha is not wheat it's a artificial thing which is not good for human health, and the oil used to make it smells really bad as it's years old, these guys are cheating everyone by keeping their tagline "honest food" . Worst experience

These people cheat there customer i ordered for 3 kulcha tub and 5 chole kulcha for which i paid 1042rs on 30july and for my shock these people have only send 3 kulcha tub and the main ordered of 5 chole kulcha was missing and i complaint this to swiggy they are giving me refund of 200rs . …

Gave a try not at all worth it. Ordered aloo paratha and butter chicken rice . Tasteless, no flavour and soggy, chicken is rubber and rice is undercooked with sweetness. Only packaging is good and fooling everyone with it..

These people Just cheating customers. Don't waste your money . Try some other place for good food
