I found this company after looking for a good installer for a Tow A Car kit that I'd decided to have fitted to my wife Fiat 500. What first caught my eye was a very tidy and clean well set out workshop. That led me to hope that the workmanship would be as clean & tidy. I have had the job done & I've not been disappointed, the workmanship was very high & a very tidy install. The car came out as clean as it went in after a major job, plus they serviced it as well at an affordable price. So all in all top marks it’s just a shame they are 60 miles from where I live.

Brilliant Garage. Trust them completely. I came across them by chance as another garage wanted to charge me over £150 more for a few minor things after MOT. The guys are brilliant and professional. I once took my car in for an issue, while there asked them to check exhaust as there was a funny noise. Fixed it but didnt charge as said it was still under warranty from last time they did it. Wouldnt have had a clue if they hadn't been honest! Highly recommend this business to anyone.

I took the plunge to purchase a LWB Peugeot Boxer Campervan last year & had some real difficulty finding a reliable garage to take it to for servicing & MOT's. For anyone with a big van I couldn't recommend these guys more. I've had a few major and minor issues with it that M&J have promptly resolved at a fair price. They're my go-to for the van & I'm really happy with their services to date.

After booking my car in for some repairs and being quoted a set figure (the man on the phone used the word quote) I then get a call to say worth putting another part on and he said on phone to me it shouldn’t be much difference price wise. I gave the go ahead. Go pick car up to be shown huge bill almost double the original quote. Im NOT Happy at all. wont be using this garage again.

I’ve been taking my car to M&J for years now. Really fantastic service and nothing is too much trouble. Their prices are very competitive and you know that if they carry out work it’s always completed to the highest standard. Their workshop is well maintained and spotless too. Very friendly and knowledgable in all areas of motor maintainence. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Took my Motorhome in for repair after a major issue with the wiring loom, nothing was too much hassle for Mark and the team, they cracked on with the repair and completed it in a nice and timely fashion, well communicated and very highly recommended indeed, so much so I will be taking my BMW there for service in the very near future. 5 star all round.

never met a garage so polite, helpful and trust worthy, drove over 80 mile to get work done (fitted A frame to car for towing) and was at first a little wary with been so far away but no need to be with these guys, one hundred and ten percent. will get my work again ( motorhome car ect) well recommended. regards Gary.

My Honda failed MOT 18/01/22 of N/S FT Drop link £65 for part & fitting. At home i checked last year's MOT 27/01/21 at M&J Auto's, they fitted this part, should last 50.000 miles, this one did 3.000 for this part and an impact sensor, MOT M&J Auto's charged me £434 Mark said not going to do anything is void.

AN HONEST GARAGE!!! Took my Audi in with a braking issue and M&J Auto Repairs had it fixed within a few hours! Probably the first time I've paid less than expected rather than a lot more. Quick, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Another happy customer.

The people are so amazing I came in without an appointment because my car was scaring me they took time out of their busy day and looked at it and fixed it up and didn’t charge me a penny!!! Was so so helpful I cannot be more thankful :)

Booked a ford transit in for a new lock, dropped it in the morning and was ready in afternoon. Top guys, gave cheap quote sorted problem no worries. I was late collecting it and the lad waited for me, thanks again! Good guys here.

I have taken my volvo v40 in there and they fixed everything in the best standard, the price was very affordable. I would never look for any other garage for my car because people in there was very friendly and professional.

A really positive experience. Very communicative service. Admittedly it was bad news (MOT Failure) but the guys were able to get me booked back in and the work done really quickly while keeping me in the loop.

Avoid!!! He charged me 550 pounds for a simple service and when I took the car for MOT after 2 months they told that he stole me because nothing was fixed properly or changed. Just avoid.

Excellent repairs, got me through an MOT and hard to sort out repairs very quickly. Constantly stayed in contact to keep me updated and suggested best options for my interests.

Was one of my favourite garage, Mark is very professional. But sometimes they charge you almost double from other garage with 25%VAT. But they are trustworthy at their repairs.

Had a door locking problem on an old VW, repaired quickly, was kept informed of progress, clean garage not too cramped, good service, tad pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Very friendly garage,all mechanics are experienced and knowledgeable. They always try to fit you in to fit your Requirements. Give them a go you won't be disappointed.

Excellent experience dealing with M&J. Replaced my timing belt much cheaper than another well-respected independent garage, and were professional throughout.

Very bad behaviour, he charged me a lot more with no warning at all (no ring, no message). There are much better places around to trust your car.
