"Ordered the goat meat curry prices 4 kilo and remind 4 times over the phone as well but when I went to pick up firstly I paid very high price 27 $ kilo they said we have only 3 kilo something as I ordered 4 kilo it’s alright understandable after that found hardly 10 small pieces with bone rest of 3 kilo bone less "

I went back from new town to Howrah to drop back seriously not happy with customer service even in Glenorchy butcher shop sell for 11$ kilo goat meat / south Hobart butcher sell 14$ kilo / west Hobart /sandy bay everyone sell at reasonable price but I paid 27 $ kilo and got wrong order ... good luck to these guys . Am happy coz I got my money back didn’t waste for things I didn’t order
Great service! Excellent butchers who are friendly, skilled and go out of the way to deliver what you need. Fresh meat with good cuts. Also offers delicious marinated meat (with verbal instructions) for easy to cook options. Stock some vegetables too.
Staff were more interested in a personal conversation with a customer they knew than serving me. At one point, after asking for my order, the staff member cut me off to respond to the other customer in conversation. I won't be coming back.
