Razac and his team is good (the sales team) Whilst the owners and other staff in front is of no help Bought a pan from them had a manufacturing default they refused to help me out but Razac was helpful in helping me sort it out. Even though in past 6 months my company have bought over R100 000.00 worth of stuff from them the owner refused to help bad service shows he is not for the community he is just the to line his pockets Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there

Poor service I got from this guys is shocking. I bought a door merante, and couple of vanish but for 2 weeks the guys failed to make contact that they couldn't find the door I was looking for. Bare in mind I had paid already when i tried to give them a call telephonically they will say stock is coming in soon

Most terrible experience at this store, stood in line to see a salesman but other customers who came in 10 minutes after me got attended to after me.. When I asked how the queuing system works I was laughed at. Very disappointed

The counter staff is very rude and inappropriate he doesn't know how to talk with customers..not helpful at all..not sure if he does this to all the customers..very disappointed..he must go for training oh get fired.

Get stock, get receipt, pay for stock, go back to collect stock, get approved by gaurd at door, get approved by gaurd at exit. WASTE OF TIME
