Reason behind 1 Star review - PVR is famous for providing best entertainment & Services but I don't think this branch deserves it. If movie halls have 2 movie at the same time if they did it strongly then they'll also have the management to control crowd. There was a lot of mistakes in their management. People was angry and they were shouting some people was close to flight with ticket checker. PVR should take action on this misbehave. I was rejected to enter because there system was showing ticket is already scanned and they shouted on us and said to go home. After waiting 15 mins we again asked to check one more time they said again this ticket is scanned you shared the tickets with someone. No checking No Resolutions. We were going home but we tried one more time but this time we visited Box Office and they confirmed this ticket is already scanned and he said to wait when everyone will enter the hall then they'll help me in this. This process took approx 30-45 Mins. After everyone entered the hall they allowed us but for one condition if someone was sitting on the same seats then we need to exit the premises immediately we agreed on that and we entered. I booked tickets I've the app, pdf tickets, mail confirmation, WhatsApp confirmation and they don't confirmed anything. Unprofessional and 20IQ People with 0 Common sense. PVR should take actions on these types of people. If anyone need i also can share the video of crowd was unmanaged. Now time for the screen. Screen light is lil low it should be more brighter. There was some scenes when in dark we was not able to see anything because the issue of brightness. In my whole life i didn't faced any issues with any cinema hall. I recommend you to go with any Cinepolis cinema for better experience. Not recommended. Go on your own risk.

Sab kuch ek hi jagah par apko mil jayega yaha Chahe kisi mobile company ka authorise service center ko ya kisi or comny ka lagbhag har compny ka service center mil jayega and obviously cinema hall ya kahe theater wo to yaha ki shaan hai . Khane pine ke liye apko road side food se leke high quality ka food tak available hai for example burger king dominos McDonald kfc etc etc bahut kuch hai yar khane ke liye yaha or sabse badiya bat iske bagal me hotel seven seas bhi dekhne ko mil jayega apko. Apko har ek chiij bade se bade brand ki Frenchiss store dekhne ko mil jayegi jaise ki lenskart etc and parking ki suvidha achhi hai bhale hi paise parking hai but yes apki gadi to kam se kam sef rahti hai or space ki kami nhi hai parking ke liye bahut space hai ground floor se leke basement tak parking available hai. Or yaha par apko Mi vivo oppo cashify jaise store bhi milenge or kuch to branded clothing stores bhi dekhne ko mil jayenge apko yaha or daily household use ke liye apko raj Mandir hyper market jaise stores bhi mil jayenge jaha aap apne ghar ke daily household items ki bhar bhar ke shopping kar sakte hain everything available here.

I went m2k cinema for watching movie. lt is near to my place and safe to visit with family. Great ambience with good audio and video quality.. Washrooms are clean and basic hygiene is maintained there.k 5 months ago Everything is best except snack price, Quality and Quantity even at M2k, Service and security are very good. It is very good for a Family. Ticket Price is Quite Higher compare to other multiplexes. It has low 3d shows. Best Places to visit with family. 1. A big car parking facility is available (charges may be high according to time spent). 2. Movies can be booked in advance and it's a multiplex having good service. 3. Various food options are available and all big food outlets are available. 4. Best Street food stalls are available ️ chilli potato, chaap, paneer noodles, etc. 5. Digital Market for Mobile Phones and gadgets shopping available. 6. I have only one complain which is bags are not allowed every M2K like Pitampura And Rohini .... So If students will come this place so please don't bring bag this cinema... If you think that I will give own bag at Back side M2K so this is your responsibility because MCD Check every time that No legal work... But Theater are also good picture quality only good not too good , atmosphere are also good so that why I am only happy not Satisfied ... So choise is yours I know mosty Theatres are not Allowed bags But Inox or Janak Cinema are also welcome with bags...

This is a good cinema hall which is older than 2 decades now. The movie screens are of good quality and halls are clean but your experience may vary depending on the day and time you are visiting. The food offered inside the hall is too costly which dampens the experience a bit. The USP of this place is actually what's outside. There are so many good snacks and meals outlets, many good stores in this complex that most of the movie-goers prefer eating out before or after watching the movie.

Forgot my specs went back and collected from the counter post 20 minutes.. very nice staff and clean and tidy place. From diet cheap to expensive all sorts of foods are nearby available post or pre cinema. Audio system is good so is AC and the seats are also good and cheap tickets and well connected with Metro and e rikshaw and is just behind a bus stop in the shopping complex. Washroom is also available on ground floor post or pre exit from the hall for senior citizens

I watched The Batman movie. I also see some fog and dark screen which was I experienced in past by watching fantastic beasts 2 movie at M2K Rohini. It is a multi screen cinema. seats are comfortable. the screen seems big due to the small hall.I experienced some fog and dark on the screen. The sound is good. Ticket price is normal. You will get a better experience for Bollywood movies. McDonalds and Subway are next to the entrance of the cinema.

I have a strong dislike for this place due to my initial experience when I interviewed for the Cinema Staff position and subsequently chose to work here. On my first day, I arrived late, and unfortunately, I encountered an individual, whom I presume was the manager or CEO, who raised their voice at me. It left me with the impression that the management lacks effective communication skills.

i went there for buying 2 phones in this mobile tech Market. i purchased two phone of Samsung zflip 5 and s23 ultra respectively. excellent staff was there. many brands dealer of phones and upgrading accessories were already present. i took a small survey in market. Experience was amazing. Good theatre with proper cleanliness. PVR feels little more premiums compare to M2K. The best part about this place is that there are so many eateries around the place you can go to so many good places to eat after a movie and that's the only reason I choose M2K over other theatre.

Worst experience They have hired a private person to charge for the carry bag. They charge 30 for even a small carry bag and didn’t allow to take along the bag or an option to submit it at the counter. They are just using the private person to earn commission from it.

If you try to go inside this place for a movie, they ask you to keep your bags in a random shop nearby and that shopkeeper asks 30 rupees per bag. There is no guarantee of safety for your bags and it’s a total scam they are running. Beware and go at your own risk.

They have hired a private person to keep the luggage that visiters carry. He charges 30 rupees for a single bag. They have not provided a clockroom for visitors deliberately, so that the private person can earn. They might be having some commission in that.

When we arrived, there was a fight in the parking lot, at the entrance the cinema is also a fight. There is no entrance to McDonald's to pick up the ordered food, you have to pay for parking for 10 minutes

Went there to watch mardani 2 , 11:45 pm show . It was nice . There were security guards and available drinking water. And parking as well .it was good , no traffic and no hassle in parking the car.

The halls and cafeteria are average. Washrooms are not very clean. Average experience with respect to price of tickets. I can find cheaper tickets at PVR at times with better service.
