Unfortunately, I have used Mr. Hannah for over 10 years and this year I get a very calm but disappointing call from him regarding completing my taxes. No real explanation for it just for me to come pick up my files. I feel they really dropped the ball on my taxes this year even though they had my info 2 weeks prior to the April deadline. I have since gone to a big company only to find out all sorts of deductions and additional credits I should have received over the past couple of years. Thos company did amendments for me due to the missed info from Mr. Hannah's office. After being a loyal customer for all those years I'm still in shock with the way this whole experience went down.

Very bad experience price that was quoted to me was not what I was charged. Did not offer me any advice on any way to try and save on my taxes it was my first year using him and I will not be returning. He was an ELP recommended by Dave Ramsey Solutions and I will not trust using there recommendations any more. I was misinformed on everything that was talked about prior to my taxes being done needless to say I paid 32,000 to the IRS and I really feel that I will have to get someone else to look at my taxes to insure that they were done properly.

We appreciate Mr. Hanna and his team. They are consistently supportive in answering our questions, and they typically have a quick turnaround for preparing documents. Not only that, but Mr. Hanna is familiar with Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University — which we follow closely. We do strongly recommend Mr. Hanna and his team!

Mr. Hanna has done our family taxes for many years. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his preparation of taxes. I’d highly recommend him. Quality work takes time, but it’s well worth it.
