I’ll detail my experience below, but here is the bottom line: Dee is a standup salesman and MC Automart is well priced, up-front, and will bend over backwards to ensure quality is met. Me and my wife had been looking for a newer sadan with our goals being good gas mileage and reasonable pricing. We found the car we own now for sale from MC Automart and decided to give it a look in person because the pricing was awesome(5k under KBB estimate) Dee(the owner) met us at the car, and pulled it out immediately for us to test drive. He also stated, as the add did that the car was a Rebuild Title, having had damage they repaired. I asked to see photos of the damage and the Car Facts. Dee pulled it up on the computer and was transparent about the work done which was minor. We then test-drove the car and encountered some minor problems with it: ABS warming light was on Exhaust was mounted with the incorrect mount Dee immediately went to work and had the ABS sensors replaced and the exhaust mount changed in just a few days. We bought the car from him and were going to his contact to get the tire pressure sensors re-set, but the mechanics couldn’t fix it. They also found the wheels fused to the hub and 2 wheel studs were badly cross-threaded. We informed Dee about the issues and he took care of everything in just a few days! He called as soon as the car was done, and he had even hooked us up with a set of OEM wheels for No charge, even though we had already purchased the car. Working with Dee was an absolute pleasure and me and my wife ended up with a car that was very competitively priced and perfect for our needs. I highly recommend working with Dee, him and his staff are true professionals and I will be happy to buy from him again.

I can’t say enough about the quality of care we received from the owner and team at MC Auto Mart! My husband and I had to make an emergency car purchase. Our old car’s engine died while we were traveling to TN from our home state of PA. We knew we needed to make a purchase of a car to get us home. But we were working with a TIGHT schedule because we were flying to Orlando and had to drive back home as soon as we got back to Nashville. We test drove a car the afternoon before we flew out. One our test drive, we noticed a slight rattle when we drove around 30 mph. But it didn’t seem to be connected to the engine. So we were willing to purchase the car and have it checked further when we got back home. D, the owner, was both understanding of our tight schedule and determined to provide quality service. Instead of trying make a quick sale, he offered to check the rattle, have it checked while we were in FL, and pick us up from the airport when we got back into town. And he would have let us walk away from the car with no penalty if we didn’t feel comfortable with the repair work on the car. He also repaired an indicator light that didn’t affect the general operation of the car but made it more reliable long-term. Next time we need a car, I genuinely may plan a trip back to TN because of how much integrity D and his team showed. SO! Let me tell you why they deserve 5 stars(should be a 100) from me. Worth the read. I was across the street at the gym, when I came out to my car I realized I locked my keys in my car. Immediately started freaking out because I dont know anyone here that could help me, nor did I have $200 laying around to call a tow truck to help. I looked over and saw the auto mart, and decided it was worth a shot to give them a call. A sweet lady answered, and I explained what had happened, and i asked if they happened to have anything that could help me pop my door open. She took my number and said she would call her manager to see. Within a minute she called me back and said that she was going to send some of her guys over to help. The 2 men came in seconds, and luckily got it open for me quickly! I had maybe $10 in cash that I begged them to take for helping me, but they said absolutely not! I called the lady back and thanked her over and over for sending them to help me. They didn't have to, and or they could of charged me. It's been a really rough couple of months for me, so my appreciation for them is endless. I definitely recommend them for any needs you have (preferably buying a used car lol). They are so nice, and willing to help no matter the situation. If I ever am looking for another car, they will definitely be the only ones my list.

I purchased an Audi from here and before I even made it to the interstate the check engine light came on, which wasn't on during the test drive. Less than two weeks later the transmission started acting up and the vehicle jerks when driving, as well as slips out of gear and revs without driving forward, (this has happened to me on a busy highway more than once now), i called several times, was only answered once, and was told someone would call me back... I've not heard back from anyone yet....I don't even have my title yet and I'm out almost $6000...I was ASSURED that there was NOTHING AT ALL wrong with this vehicle before I bought it...I asked all the right questions...I STRONGLY advice against buying from here.... So, I've basically paid a large sum of money for a car I don't have a title for yet, still have drive out tags on, and will not run at all much longer, and only had for two weeks.... And I only drive about 10 miles or less per day.... BUYER BEWARE

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE This place has no integrity, they told me after all the papers were signed I could not take the car yet it needed an oil change, took it to the mechanic after I took it home and the oil was very low, was grainy and completely black. It was never changed. They hid several things that were serious engine issues, my mechanic explained the codes had probably been cleared I had it 3 days before the whole dash lit up with engine, EPC light, air bags malfunctioning and no traction control, rear tire sensors were shot and the rim was completely flat on one side, had to buy new tires and put over 5 grand into this car because they just lied about it all. This isn’t even half of everything that was hidden from me

Well i initially went to MC Auto Mart to purchase a vehicle. They worked with me on a price. I paid for the car in full that day. One owner vehicle. Only 82k miles. Awesome deal. So the 2nd day i had the car i noticed a tire valve stem leaking. I took the car to them and they made sure it was fixed free of charge. However, on the 4th day i came out of a store and the car wouldn't start. They came and checked for any issues. The fuel pump needed to be replaced. They went above and beyond. They came to my house and got my keys. Towed the car to the shop. They fixed the car free of charge. They even delivered to my house the following day. I'll be dedicated life long customer for sure. I live out of state and found a car I was interested in. I called ahead and inquired about the car and asked if it was in working order. I was told only one thing on the car didn’t work (which was perfectly fine with me) so I drove several hours to look at it. I got there and almost all of the electronics on the car didn’t work when I was told there was only 1 non functioning electronic. I still went on a test drive since I drove all of that way. I found out on the test drive the brakes didn’t work so I had to down shift quickly to stop in traffic.I couldn’t have driven it home if I wanted to. Be aware if you are driving a considerable distance to go look at a car there. I would look elsewhere.

Highly recommend MC Auto Mart as they go above and beyond in customer service and honoring their word. We have purchased several vehicles from Dee and if we have any problems after the sales he will make repairs at cost and his prices are reasonable and he has integrity. We recently purchased a car and it needed some repairs and he did them at cost and stayed 3 hours past closing time to repair the car and then drove it to our house at 8:00pm on a Saturday night. Now if that isn’t outstanding customer service I don’t know what is. He cares , he honors his word and he does great work. Highly recommend MC Auto Mart - they are a gem in Hermitage ! I give them a 10 star rating !

Brought my son to buy his first car. Ashley and Dee really do know their stuff. Ashley invited us in and shown us the carfax report on any of the cars that my son was interested in. The fact that she was able to actually talk to us with nothing but the intention of making sure that we were fully aware of all the facts before we bought a car really does show that MC Auto Mart LLC and their employees really do care about their customers. Found a car I was looking for on cargurus, contacted the dealership and they answered all of my questions quickly. We then negotiated a price, once agreed, I offered a deposit - they did not want one. I booked a flight and showed up on their front door step a few days later. The car was perfectly described and everything they claimed it would be. I drove it back home, 1000 miles later, happy landing back in NY. Thank you for being straight forward and an honest dealership. I will be certain to keep an eye on your inventory since I purchase cars all the time.

I was interested in a vehicle that I saw on website. After taking it for test drive the check engine light came on. I was told the part was ordered and they would call me back when it was ready . I called a few times 2-3 days apart and kept getting told I will get called back. It’s over a week now and I need to buy a car. Shame I did like the vehicle a lot, but I was a car salesman at one time. I could wait longer if I was told the part is going to take a week or so but there was no communication.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Although their cars are sold “as is,” they went the extra mile to make sure my 2003 Honda accord was in great shape even after I bought it. They ended up replacing the radiator, and fixing several problems that I ran into as I left the lot. At first I was skeptical, but Dee took care of me. He was willing to bargain the price a couple of hundred dollars, which was good enough for me. Check this place out for a trustworthy salesmanship experience.

We found a nice car for my daughter here through Carguru. They were willing to work with us on price over the phone and hold the vehicle as we drove from about an hour away. When we arrived they showed us the carfax report, encouraged us to have it mechanically evaluated, and were willing to repair a few minor issues on the spot so that everything was in perfect working order as we drove away. Pleasant experience all around. Would shop here again.

I walked into this place a few weeks ago and it was a delight to see that the new owner of the lot was Dee. I bought a cpl cars from him when he was at Greenride and they were quality cars. He’s easy to work with and will do whatever he can to make the process as simple as possible. We ended up not getting a car from here. Didnt have exactly what I, personally, was looking for BUT they have a really good selection with good prices and the man who helped us, Dee, was super nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable and thorough. It was a very good experience and I'd definitely recommend them!! Honestly I was disappointed I couldnt give them my business. If I'm ever looking for a car again I'd come back.

Bought two cars from this place and they both had major engine issues and stop working before the 30 given days. The MIC refused to help in anyway and shrugged his shoulders when we said we would need to take legal action because of the lack of help! We have them a second chance and the next cars issues were worse and more unsafe than the first. DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!

I visited this lot a few months ago and was told that the cars are for cash purchase only due to the high number of repossessions. Well that canceled me out because although I have good credit, at the time I did not have money to just pay out right for a car. Well I'm looking online and I see that they have an application for financing on their site. Wow why did you tell me that? Is it because I'm B?

I went to buy my first car in over 12 years and Dee made it super easy for me and was easy to negotiate with! I had and issue with the door key after hours when I got home and he still answered the phone and said he would take care of it ASAP! I would recommend anyone buying with cash go see DEE! Mc Auto Mart is not the place to purchase your vehicles at. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership 1st one was a 2015 volt wagon beetle and 2017 Malibu ls , both engine problems does not want to help us in anyway I have not payed not 1 car not on either car because they’ve both messed up before the 30 days , there not licensed to work on cars

Took the car to a mechanic shop before buying- good thing. The catalytic convertor was missing from the car. If they knew and were trying to swindle me, OR if they didn't know and were ignorant- NEITHER ONE of those scenarios are acceptable. Returned the car immediately. DO NOT do business with these people they will waste your time and money.

Amazing customer service and affordable pricing. The MC Auto Mart team went above and beyond in handling my vehicle purchase. I had a unique experience with some issues that they worked with me to resolve. I am thankful that I found them and made my vehicle purchase there. If I need another vehicle, they will be the first lot I check.

Rust bucket, junk, unrepairable! I knew getting a cheap car there would be repairs needed but not this bad that it was deemed unsafe to repair or put back on the road by two different shops. The rust is so bad they said it would fall apart as soon as they tried to remove any bolts. Was a big waste of my money! Very disappointed!

Let me tell you, it's been 3 weeks since I purchased a car from MC Auto Mart, and I'm pretty happy. They were patient, as our Insurer was experiencing complications with their phone calls, with getting the needed insurance for the car. The car was cleaned and detailed before we dove off with it. Getting financed was easy.

Definitely one of my best experiences with buying a car …..if u still enjoy buying a car the old fashioned way but with no pressure please try them out you won’t be disappointed! Purchasing the car was pretty straight forward and easy. Getting the title was more of a challenge. The car had a clean history through Carfax and ran well, just needed a lot of missed routine maintenance done. Overall, I am satisfied with our purchase, just not the issues we had trying to get the title.

Staff was very courteous and answered all the questions we had about the cars we were looking at. Any minor issues we found with the car during the test drive were fixed promptly at no extra cost. Ended up with a great deal on a mid-sized sedan for my wife. Would definitely shop here again in the future.

Update::: doooo not buy from this place. They sell lemon cars. Pull your own carfax report do not take theirs. We will be filing a report with the BBB and seeking legal advice. Do not go here. We purchased a warranty through them who has not paid for anything. We are a military family from Clarksville.

I bought a 2005 Audi tt from Mc Auto Mart in December 20201, they did great business & the people in the office had very good hospitality. Everything on the car works good, doesn’t have any mechanical issues, or any leaks. Amazing place to get a nice car for a reasonable price.

It’s freak show there! Drove far to get there to look at a car- only to find out it was a rebuilt title not listed. Quit frankly it was a scary experience having someone walk up to me not introducing himself asking me what I’m looking for. I thought he came off the street.

Do not due any business with this dealership, they sold me a car that needed a re- built engine. I was told that it would take 3 to 4 days, it's now been 11 days and counting. This outi is thoughly un-reliable.BUYER BEWARE!!

Drove away after buying car, engine light went on after 20 min. $800 repair. Maybe they knew, maybe they didn’t. I bought as is so I know the deal. Just not sure if they turned off the light or if they truly didn’t know.
