Very bad customer seervice, staff seriously need to learn how to respect customers, had a horrible experience, they think customers will steal their clothes, how petty, still can't relate how leaving clothes hanger behind will lead to clothes being theft, never going back, would have given zero stars

Unfortunately not a great experience at all. I went there yesterday, bought a lovely green dress for $45. Washed it as it said „cold gentle wash only“… turned out shrunk and its now a shirt instead… really disappointed !!!! Never will go there. The Stuff wasn’t so friendly either.

I went into the Rundle mall store today to exchange a faulty garment I purchased from harbour town afew days ago I was very disappointed as they shouldn’t sell faulty garments had holes in the dress and then to not to be given a full refund

If i could rate this place a 0 i would!!!! I bought a dress from there and realised when i got home that i picked up the wrong size. I then went back the next day and asked to exchange the dress for a bigger size and my request was denied.

Awful, awful, awful customer service. I went to try on some items and had over 5 so the assistant took them out of my hands, gave me 5 and pointed to a change room. When I had tried on the 5, I went to switch the items and try on the

Brought a jumper from here and it had already been stained when I rang the store I was told I would have to post it back and they could not tell me if they would post out a new one or not or do a refund

Was about to try something on, curtains closed. Staff opened the curtain, stared at me. Half shut it and left. No apology or anything. Worst customer service. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

I bought a linen pants from Harbour Town on Wednesday at 4:30 pm, when I went home I realized I picked the wrong size. Went back on Thursday, they refused to exchange or refund!

If no star option was there I would rate that. The staff are very rude. Please improve your customer service at least. An option to exchange items would be great too.

i rate it a 1 because good clothes and good style but the new younger workers that work there were very rude to me.

Good store don't mind the haters, usually only those who are unhappy leave negative reviews. Give it a try.
